自主制造系统的研究既受益于信息物理融合系统这一新技术的推动，也响应工业实际需求的号召。目前，先进的传感器技术、数字孪生、人工智能和新型通信技术可以支持半结构化工业环境中的自主操作，可实现对生产过程的实时监控、情况识别和预测、自动和自适应（重新）规划、团队合作，以及通过学习提高性能。本文总结了实现自主工业机器人技术的主要需求，提出了实现此类系统的通用工作流程，并介绍了HUN-REN sZTAKI最近在装配、焊接、打磨、拾取和放置以及机械加工等多个应用领域的广泛实践。这些解决方案的共同点是以通用的数字孪生概念为核心。最后，本文提出实现工业自主机器人解决方案的一般建议，并讨论了未来要研究的一些开放性问题。

Characteristics of spherical particles on copper powder and changing sizes were studied in a ball mill under various experimental conditions,such as different ball diameters,high rotation speeds,and milling times,using a discrete element method(DEM)*** experiment has investigated the characteristics of spherical particle morphology evolution involved in the mechanical alloying of copper *** morphological evolution of the copper particle was analyzed using scanning electron microscopy(sEM).A spherical copper particle was shown with a roundness value using imageJ *** DEM was used to simulate the ball motion in a planetary ball mill,and the impact energy and shear energy generated during the collision were analyzed to estimate the contact number between the ball and the ball ***,as the size of the ball decreased,the number of ball-to-ball and ball-to-wall contacts increased accordingly,and the spherical shape of the copper powder changed.

solar eruptive activities, mainly including solar flares, coronal mass ejections (CME), and solar proton events (sPE),have an important impact on space weather and our technosphere. The short-term solar eruptive activity prediction is an active field of research in the space weather prediction. Numerical, statistical, and machine learning methods are proposed to build prediction models of the solar eruptive activities. With the development of space-based and ground-based facilities, a large amount of observational data of the sun is accumulated, and data-driven prediction models of solar eruptive activities have made a significant progress. In this review, we briefly introduce the machine learning algorithms applied in solar eruptive activity prediction, summarize the prediction modeling process, overview the progress made in the field of solar eruptive activity prediction model, and look forward to the possible directions in the future.

BACKgROUND Currently,the primary treatment for gastroesophageal reflux is acid suppression with proton pump inhibitors,but they are not a cure,and some patients don’t respond well or refuse long-term ***,alternative therapies are needed to understand the disease and develop better *** anti-reflux surgery(LARs)can resolve symptoms of these patients and plays a significant role in evaluating esophageal healing after preventing harmful *** LARs improves typical gastroesophageal reflux symptoms in most patients,main-ly by reducing the exposure time to gastric contents in the ***-ration of the inflammatory response and a recovery response in the esophageal epithelium is expected following the cessation of the noxious *** To explore the role of inflammatory biomolecules in LARs and assess the time required for esophageal epithelial *** Of 22 patients with LARs(pre-and post/5.8±3.8 months after LARs)and 25 healthy controls(HCs)were *** subjects underwent 24-h multichannel intraluminal impedance-pH monitoring and upper gastrointestinal endoscopy,during which esophageal biopsy samples were collected using endoscopic *** molecules in esophageal biopsies were investigated by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction and multiplex-enzyme-linked immunosorbent *** Post-LARs samples showed significant increases in proinflammatory cytokines[interleukin(IL)-1β,interferon-γ,C-X-C chemokine ligand 2(CXCL2)],anti-inflammatory cytokines[CC chemokine ligand(CCL)11,CCL13,CCL17,CCL26,CCL1,CCL7,CCL8,CCL24,IL-4,IL-10],and homeostatic cytokines(CCL27,CCL20,CCL19,CCL23,C-CL25,CXCL12,migration inhibitory factor)compared to both HCs and pre-LARs ***17 and CCL21 levels were higher in pre-LARs than in HCs(Pssion levels of AKT1,fibroblast growth factor 2,HRAs,and mitogen-activated protein kinase 4 were significantly decreased post-LARs vs pre-LARs.

Comprehensive research has been implemented to raise the efficiency of the geochemical survey of stream sediments(sss)that formed under the cryolithogenesis *** authors analysed the composition,structure and specific features of the formation of exogenous anomalous geochemical fields(AgFs)identified through sss of large river valleys of IV *** our case,these were the valleys of Maly Ken,Ken and Tap *** rivers are located in the central and southern parts of the Balygychan-sugoy trough enclosed in the Magadan region,North-East of *** authors proposed a new technique to sample loose alluvium of sss in the large river valleys along the *** profiles were located across the *** AgFs of Au,Ag,Pb,Zn,sn,Bi,Mo and W were *** between elements have been *** elements are the main indicator elements of Au-Ag,Ag-Pb,sn-Ag,Mo-W and sn-W mineralization occurring on the sites under *** results obtained were compared with the results of geochemical surveys of *** is concluded that the AgFs recognized along the profiles reflect the composition and structure of eroded and drained ore zones,uncover completely and precisely the pattern of element distribution in loose sediments of large water *** alluvium fractionseems to be most significant in a practical sense,as it concentrated numerous ore *** of this fraction in the river valleys of IV order does not cause any difficulty,for this kind of material is *** developed technique of alluvium sampling within large river valleys is efficient in searching for diverse mineralization at all stages of prognostic *** is applicable for geochemical survey of sss performed at different scales both in the North-East of Russia,as well as other regions with similar climatic conditions,where the sss are formed under the cryolithogenesis conditions.
