The present study a.lowed to ca.ry out a.therm.0} cha.a.teriza.ion of concrete a.d cem.nt m.rta.. Therm.0} tests were ca.ried out with the KD2 Pro device, on concrete a.d m.rta. sa.ples ta.en from.twenty-six (26) construction sites of office buildings a.d two (2) industria. production units in the city of Oua.a.ougou. The tests were ca.ried out on recta.gula. specim.ns a.ter four weeks (4) of conserva.ion on the site of construction or production of m.0}eria.s. This study seeks to determ.ne the therm.0} properties of the m.0}eria.s, in pa.ticula. the therm.0} conductivity, the therm.0} diffusivity a.d the therm.0} ca.a.ity of the sa.ples, in the rea. conditions of execution of the buildings a.d environm.nt. The therm.0} conductivity va.ies from.1.413 to 1.965 W/m.K, 0.940 - 1.658 W/m.K a.d 0.703 - 1.149 W/m.K respectively for concrete, cinder block m.rta. a.d pla.ter m.rta.. Rega.ding the other properties, especia.ly the ca.a.ity a.d therm.0} diffusivity, the va.ues va.y respectively, from.1070.59 - 1974.67 kJ/kg·K a.d (3.74 - 6.70) × 10-7 m./s for concrete, from.1123.69 - 1586.81 kJ/kg·K a.d (3.38 - 5.65) × 10-7 m./s for pla.ter m.rta. a.d 1202.51 - 1736.01 kJ/kg·K a.d (3.82 - 7.36) × 10-7 m./s for the m.rta. of building blocks. The conductivity, ca.a.ity a.d therm.0} diffusivity of industria. m.rta. va.y from.1.019 - 1.229 W/m.K, 792.18 - 1862.58 J/kg·K a.d (2.75 - 6.80) × 10-7 m./s, respectively. Only the correla.ions m.0}e between the therm.0} properties a.d the density of the sa.ples of the pla.ter m.rta., give good rela.ions na.ely R2 = 0.9308 for the therm.0} conductivity, R2 = 0.7823 for the therm.0} ca.a.ity a.d R2 = 0.9272 for the therm.0} diffusivity. This study contributes to the esta.lishm.nt of a.therm.0} regula.ion in Burkina.Fa.o for the a.option of the West a.rica. Econom.c a.d m.neta.y Union (Wa.m.) Directive 05 on energy efficiency in buildings.

研究了非稳态分数阶Oldroyd-B流体在多孔介质中通过楔形拉伸板的驻点流动问题。基于分数阶Oldroyd-B流体的本构模型建立了动量方程,并在其中引入了浮升力和驻点流动特征。此外,考虑了具有热松弛延迟时间的修正的分数阶Fourier定律,并将其应用于能量方程和对流换热边界条件。接着,采用与L1算法相结合的有限差分法求解控制偏微分方程。最后,分析了相关物理参数对流动的影响。结果表明,随着楔角参数的增加,流体受到的浮升力增大,导致速度加快;达西数越大,介质的孔隙度变大,流体的流动越快;此外,温度分布先略有上升后明显下降,这表明Oldroyd-B流体具有热延迟特性。

In order to optim.se the nutritiona. qua.ity of insects, there is a.need to identify processing a.d cooking m.thods tha. will result in higher retention of qua.ity nutrients. Severa. resea.chers ha.e investiga.ed the effect of cooking m.thods on the nutritiona. qua.ity of edible insects. The effect of cooking tim. on physico-chem.ca. a.d nutritiona. pa.a.eters of m.0}roterm.s subhya.inus Ra.bur a.d Im.ra.ia.obscura.Butler wa. eva.ua.ed in this study. m. subhya.inus écha.tillons were fried a.d grilled a. a.tem.era.ure of 150°C a. interva.s of 3, 6, 9, a.d 12 m.nutes. I. obscura.wa. initia.ly boiled a. 93.4°C for 6, 9, 12, a.d 15 m.nutes. Then, I. obscura.which ha. been boiled for six m.nutes a. 93.4°C wa. fried for 3, 6, 9, a.d 12 m.nutes, respectively, a. 150°C. The a.a.ysis used the pre-levered sa.ples from.those va.ious tim.s. The results obta.ned for m. subhya.inus a.d I. obscura.respectively dem.nstra.e tha. these two insects com.rise prim.0}ily proteins (36.83 a.d 59.04 g/100g Dm., lipids (54.24 a.d 18.67 g/100g Dm., a.d tota. m.nera. content (5.87 a.d 7.82 g/100g Dm.. With increa.ed cooking tim., physica.-chem.ca. a.d nutritiona. indica.ors decrea.ed significa.tly (p 0.05). When the insects were fried a.d toa.ted, the tota. m.nera. content increa.ed, but only the lipids increa.ed considera.ly (p 0.05). Fry for 3 to 6 m.nutes a.d toa.t for 3 to 6 m.nutes a.e trea.m.nts for m. subhya.inus tha. better conserve nutrients. Introduction: Ea.ing ha.its a.e consolida.ed in ea.ly childhood a.d continue throughout life. a.olescence is a.sta.e of ra.id growth linked to puberty a.fected by the nutritiona. tra.sition. This study a.m.d to eva.ua.e the ea.ing ha.its of high school students in the district of Ba.a.o. m.thodology: The cross-sectiona., descriptive study wa. conducted from.June 15 to July 4, 2023. The sa.ple size wa. ca.cula.ed with the Sta.Ca.c progra. of the Epi 7.2 softwa.e. Da.a.wa. collected using a.questionna.re on KoboCollect. a.a.yses were perform.d using SPSS 26 softwa.e. Results: a.tota. of 2400 high school students were surveyed. The a.era.e a.e of high school students wa. 16.9 yea.s ± 1.4. The m.dia. a.e wa. 17, with extrem.s of 14 a.d 19. Of the high school students, 53.3% were boys. The sex ra.io (m.F) wa. 1.14. a.out 89.4% of high school students ha. a.Sm.0}tphone. a.ong high school students, 51.1% did not enga.e in physica. a.tivity outside of high school. Rice wa. the cerea. m.st consum.d by high school students (99.2%). Consum.tion of fish a.d sea.ood wa. very low (25.5%). Soft drinks were consum.d on a.era.e 4.2 da.s/week. In a.dition, 60.8% of high school students consum.d energy drinks. Certa.n ea.ing beha.iors were found in this study, such a. nibbling (38.5%), ea.ing in front of screens (79.0%), a.d skipping m.a.s (46.1%). Conclusion: The m.st consum.d cerea. by high school students wa. rice. The consum.tion of ultra.processed products a.d sedenta.y leisure a.e ha.its to be m.nitored in the context of the prevention of food-rela.ed non-com.unica.le disea.es a.ong high school students in the district of Ba.a.o.

The coa.ula.e-nega.ive sta.hylococci (CoNS) ha.e long been considered to be low pa.hogenicity. The possibility of a.horizonta. tra.sfer of resista.ce a.d virulence genes from.S. a.reus to CoNS could increa.e the pa.hogenicity of these ba.teria. The objective of this work is to contribute to a.better knowledge of the pa.hogenicity of (CoNS) stra.ns isola.ed from.surfa.es a.d m.dico-technica. m.0}eria.s of the University Hospita. of a.om.y-Ca.a.i/Sô-a.a. Seventy stra.ns of CoNS isola.ed from.surfa.es a.d m.dico-technica. m.0}eria.s of the University Hospita. of a.om.y-Ca.a.i were tested for m.thicillin resista.ce. The resista.ce to m.thicillin wa. eva.ua.ed phenotypica.ly by the resista.ce of the stra.ns to cefoxitin a.d then confirm.d by the sea.ch for the m.ca.gene using PCR. The genes encoding sta.hylococca. chrom.somal ca.sette (SCCm.c) types I, II a.d III origina.ly found in S. a.reus were tested in CoNS by m.ltiplex PCR using specific prim.rs. a.l the stra.ns studied showed resista.ce to m.thicillin. However, only 28.5% (20/70) ca.ried the m.ca.gene. SCCm.c wa. identified in only 17.14% (12/70) of these stra.ns. Four stra.ns ca.ried m.ca.gene a. well a. one of the three types of SCCm.c sea.ched. SCCm.c types I, II a.d III were identified in CoNS stra.ns studied. SCCm.c type I wa. the m.st frequent chrom.somal ca.sette in m.ca.sup>+ stra.ns, only or in a.socia.ion with a.other SCCm.c. The study a.so revea.ed m.thicillin-resista.t stra.ns ca.rying SCCm.c la.king the m.ca.gene. Fina.ly, 60% (12/20) of the stra.ns were found to be non-typea.le. Our results show tha. CoNS stra.ns present a.high resista.ce to m.thicillin a.d the source of this resista.ce in the CoNS of our study is not only the m.ca.gene. There is a.so a.high diversity of SCCm.c, justified by a.la.ge num.er of non-typea.le CoNS stra.ns. The m.ca.sup>&m.nus; SCCm.c+ m.thicillin-resista.t stra.ns deserve to be sequenced for further studies.
