Revised simulations of ALT-like devices are *** results from these simulations closely match those from experiments and demonstrate the capabilities of the devices as applied to ramp compression of metals to pressures of 20 Mbar by imploding liners driven by∼10 MG azimuthal magnetic fields(with currents up to 55 MA).These results can be applied to the design of experiments on isentropic compression of materials.

BACKGROUND:Hypertriglyceridemia is an unusual cause of acute pancreatitis and sometimes considered to be an *** study aimed to investigate the clinical and analytical features and the APOE genotypes in patients with acute pancreatitis and severe ***:We undertook a one-year,prospective study of patients with acute pancreatitis whose first laboratory analysis on admission to the emergency department included measurement of serum *** APOE genotype was determined and the patients answered an established questionnaire within the first 24 hours concerning their alcohol consumption,the presence of co-morbidities and any medications being *** patients’ progression,etiological diagnosis,hospital stay and clinical and radiological severity were all ***:Hypertriglyceridemia was responsible for 7 of 133 cases of pancreatitis (5%);the remaining cases were of biliary (53%),idiopathic (26%),alcoholic (11%) or other (5%) *** with these remaining cases,the patients with hypertriglyceridemia were significantly younger,had more relapses,and more often had diabetes *** usually consumed alcohol or consumed it excessively on the days before ***,the ε4 allele of the APOE gene was more common in this group (P<0.05).CONCLUSION:One of 20 episodes of acute pancreatitis is caused by hypertriglyceridemia and it is linked to genetic (ε4 allele) and comorbid factors such as diabetes and,especially,alcohol consumption.

Distribution area and taxonomic borders within the species complex Spermophilus erythrogenys sensu lato remain *** evidence suggests that red-cheeked ground squirrels of Southeast Kazakhstan are remarkably different in terms of the acoustic structure of their alarm calls from the red-cheeked ground squirrels of the Kurgan region in *** this study,we analyzed the differences in the acoustic structure of the alarm call and mitochondrial DNA(complete control region,1005-1006 bp and complete cytochrome b gene,1140 bp)in 3 populations of red-cheeked ground squirrels(Tara,Altyn-Emel and Balkhash),all located within areas isolated by geographical barriers in Southeast *** found that the alarm call variables were similar between the 3 study populations and differed by the maximum fundamental frequency(8.46±0.75 kHz)from the values(5.62±0.06 kHz)reported for the red-cheeked ground squirrels from the Kurgan region of Rus*** in mtDNA control region was only 3%and variation in cytochrome b gene was only 2.5%.Phylogenetic trees based on cytochrome b gene polymorphism of 44 individuals from the study area and adjacent territories indicated 3 clades with high(98-100%)bootstrap support:“intermedius,”“brevicauda”and“iliensis”).We conclude that the 3 study populations in Southeast Kazakhstan belong to the clade intermedius and suggest a taxonomical revision of the species complex Spermophilus erythrogenys sensu lato,including analyses of nuclear DNA and alarm calls for populations of the brevicauda and iliensis clades.

Here we report results of our investigations of new class of bioactive palladium compounds (AH n ) m [PdCl 4 ], which were discovered as a result of systematic study of correlations between composition, structure and bioactivity of different types of platinum metals coordination compounds. For the first time we demonstrated in vivoa possibility of development of palladium compounds, which exceed cisplatin in antitumor activity and do not show immunosuppressive effects, and palladium compounds with immunostimulating and radioprotective activities. Combinations of cytostatic agents or radiation with palladium complexes lead to significant synergism of their activities and high therapeutic efficiency exceeded an efficiency of their separated use.

Biocorrosion processes at metal surfaces are associated with microorganisms, or the products of their metabolic activities including enzymes, exopolymers, organic and inorganic acids, as well as volatile compounds such as ammonia or hydrogen sulfde. It was proved that strain Lactobacillus delbrueckii B5 constituted biofilms in the presence of different amounts of carbohydrates （5% sucrose and a mixture of 5% lactose, 5% fructose and 5% maltose）. The obtained information was used in a study treating the anticorrosive properties of microbial biofilms synthesized by the latter strain. The study of the corrosive stability of steel samples was conducted on the gravimetrique method. The rate of corrosion, calculated. The structure of layer over steel plates was analyzed by the degree of protection, and coefficient of protection has been Scanning Electron Microscopy （SEM） JSM 5510.

Abstract： In the present study was investigated Arg-X protease-sensitive in supramolecular-genome compartments （nucleoplasm, chromatin, nuclear matrix）, during the period of the transcriptional activation of chromatin when the growth processes was initiated in the mature germs of winter and transformed from it spring wheat. The germs have been separated from endosperm from 0 h （air-dry seed） up to 21 h in each 3 h after the start of seeds soaking. Cell nucleus have been allocated from germs and cleared, and then from them supramolecular-genome compartments were extracted by increasing ionic strength of solution. The Arg-X （tryptase） activity was assessed by cleavage of Arg-X bonds in the arginine-enriched protein protamine in all nuclear fractions. In the present study have shown what Arg-X protease-sensitives zones can be located on the supramolecular structures of chromatin matrix in processes of realization of ontogenetic programs of development in mature germs of the winter and transformed from it spring wheat. Arg-X protease-sensitive can translocate and coordinated in heteropolymer structures on the same genetic matrix. Questions of epigenetic mechanisms are discussed.

随着中俄双方关系深入发展,俄罗斯学习汉语的人数不断增多,因而对汉语教材的需求也在逐步增加。2015年9月1日在国家教育部提出了汉语成为学校的正式课程之一,第二外语科目成为所有5-9年级学生必修的科目。对外汉语教材评估是对外汉语教材研究的重要组成部分。虽然近年来俄罗斯的汉语教材研究取得了较好的成绩、研究范围也在扩大,编写的教材也越来越多,但是在教学实践上,汉语教材的情况比较复杂,因为俄罗斯教育标准对词汇语语法大纲,阅读量与口语等提出了具体要求。俄罗斯教育标准规定,普通中小学不能使用国外出版社的教材,因为外国教材不符合俄罗斯教育理念教育原则和目的。近十几年来,教材数量和种类不断增加,学习者也加深了对教材编写的理论探讨。虽然俄罗斯研究者在理论上指出国内汉语教材所存在的问题,但是在编写汉语教材中并没有解决现代教材中的不足的地方,所以在实践上有效的教材较少。这种情况就导致了俄罗斯国内汉语教材的缺乏,所以亟待解决的问题是编写符合本国教育理念的儿童汉语教材。汉语教材问题成为了对外汉语教学方面急需解决的一个大问题,什么样的教材能帮助汉语学习者快速而有效的提升汉语水平是相关研究者必须面对的难题。通过分析了俄罗斯儿童汉语教材的使用现状,本研究选择了最常用的俄罗斯儿童教材《该学汉语了!》与中国出版的《快乐汉语》为研究对象。在此基础上,笔者将俄罗斯与中国儿童汉语教材联系起来进行对比研究相当有必要,通过两套儿童汉语教材在结构与内体内容（话题、语法项目、词汇、练习、文化因素）各方面的比较研究,我们指出了各自教材所存在的优势与不足。通过这项比较研究,一方面对俄罗斯现有学者和教师在使用汉语教材中存在的问题提出了相关的意见和建议,以促进国内相关学校的儿童汉语教学的发展,另一方面还就现阶段的汉语儿童教材编写给出一些参考意见,也希望能为未来的学术界能够编写出更加有利于俄罗斯汉语儿童教学的教材做出一点贡献。

Tne copper-nickel factory's emissions in the Murmansk region,Russia,led to the degradanon of plant cover and topsoil with the subsequent formation of industrial *** this study,the industrial barrens were remediated by means of Technosol engineering,when grasses were sown on the two different types of mining wastes (carbonatite and serpentinite-magnesite) covered by hydroponic *** serpentinite-magnesite waste was significantly different from the carbonatite waste in the content of silicon (Si) and manganese (Mn),pH,and *** wastes had an alkaline pH level and high content of calcium (Ca) and magnesium (Mg).The vegetation and Technosol properties at the remediated sites were analyzed in 2017 and compared to the initial state (2010 year) to assess the efficiency of the long-term *** quality and sustainability of Technosols based on the serpentinite-magnesite wastes were substantially higher compared to the carbonatite-based *** and a projective cover of the grass community depended on Si content in the original mining waste and were found to be higher in the serpentinite-magnesite *** content of organic carbon and its fractions,microbial biomass and basal respiration after seven years of Technosol evolution was comparable to natural *** parameters were directly related to plant cover state and were inversely proportional to copper (Cu) content in *** Technosol development led to the reduction of nickel (Ni) and Cu migration in soil-plant ecosystems due to neutralization and adsorption properties of mining wastes and phytostabilization by underground parts of grass *** Technosol development in its early stage of pedogenesis indicates the efficiency of applied remediation technology to the degraded acidic soil under the conditions of industrial atmospheric pollution.

Comparison of the Analgesic Activity of Antiparkinsonian Aminoadamantane Derivatives Amantadine and Hemantane

The efficacy of some aminoadamantane derivatives used as neurodegeneration treatments is due to their ability to block NMDA receptors. But this mechanism of pharmacological action can also produce analgesic activity. Analgesic properties of two aminoadamantanes, amantadine (20 mg/kg) and hemantane (20 mg/kg), which were uncompetitive NMDA receptor antagonists, were assessed in rodent models of pain induced by different pain stimuli (tail-flick test, acetic twitches test in mice and formalin test in rats). Additionally, the anti-inflammatory properties of hemantane and amantadine were evaluated in mice with acetic peritonitis and in rats with hind paw edema induced by formalin injection. The results of our study demonstrate that the analgesic activity of the 1-aminoadamantane amantadine differs from the 2-aminoadamantane hemantane. The analgesic activity of amantadine administered intraperitoneally was more pronounced in the case of acute thermal pain in mice compared to hemantane, and only amantadine had a significant analgesic effect on the acute early phase of formalin pain in rats induced by the effect of the algogen on the primary sensory afferents. Hemantane was more effective than amantadine for relieving pain produced by inflammation owing to its pronounced anti-inflammatory activity: only hemantane decreased the amount of acetic twitches in mice that received drugs orally and was effective in the tonic phase of formalin pain in rats.
