Objectives:Chronic renal failure affects the physiological,psychological,functional ability,and independent status of the patient,which m.ght result in a burden to the fam.ly m.m.ers caring for *** objective of the study was to identify caregivers'level of burden and establish the im.act of educational intervention program. on caregiving ***:This was a one-group pre-test post-test study conducted between April and August 2017 on fam.ly caregivers of hem.dialysis patients.A convenient sam.le of 169 caregivers was used.A sociodem.graphic questionnaire,the OBCS,and BCOS were utilized for data collection,which occurred at baseline and two weeks *** collected data were analyzed using SPSS where t-test determ.ned the im.act of the ***:Caregivers were found to be m.derately burdened(m.2.73,SD=0.23)and their lives had changed for the worst as a result of caregiving(m.3.17,SD=5.89).There were significant differences in caregiving outcom. scores before and after the intervention(Pm.dialysis adds extra responsibilities to the caregivers'schedule thus leaving them.substantially *** caregivers on the required care eased their burden and im.roved caregiving *** are m.de that healthcare professionals should assess caregiver burden,and address their physical and m.ntal health *** should also be regularly educated on the regular caregiving tasks to ease their burden.

The effect of silica fum. on the fresh and hardened properties of fly ash-based self-com.acting geopolym.r concrete （SCGC） was investigated in this paper. The work focused on the concrete m.xes with a fixed water-to-geopolym.r solid （W/Gs） ratio of 0.33 by m.ss and a constant total binder content of 400 kg/m.. The m.ss fractions of silica fum. that replaced fly ash in this research were 0wt%, 5wt%, 10wt%, and 15wt%. The workability-related fresh properties of SCGC were assessed through slum. flow, V-funnel, and L-box test m.thods. Hardened concrete tests were lim.ted to com.ressive, splitting tensile and flexural strengths, all of which were m.asured at the age of 1, 7, and 28 d after 48-h oven curing. The results indicate that the addition of silica fum. as a partial replacem.nt of fly ash results in the loss of workability; nevertheless, the m.chanical properties of hardened SCGC are significantly im.roved by incorporating silica fum., especially up to 10wt%. Applying this percentage of silica fum. results in 4.3% reduction in the slum. flow; however, it increases the com.ressive strength by 6.9%, tensile strength by 12.8% and flexural strength by 11.5%.

The structural, elastic, and electronic properties of the very recently discovered ternary silicide superconductor, Li2IrSi3, are calculated using an ab-initio technique. We adopt the plane-wave pseudopotential approach within the fram.- work of the first-principles density functional theory （DFT） im.lem.nted by the CASTEP code. The calculated structural param.ters show reasonable agreem.nt with the experim.ntal results. The elastic m.duli of this interesting m.terial are calculated for the first tim.. The electronic band structure and electronic energy density of states indicate the strong cova- lent Ir-Si and Si-Si bonding, which leads to the form.tion of the rigid structure of Li2IrSi3. Strong covalency gives rise to a high Debye tem.erature in this system. We discuss the theoretical results in detail in this paper.

The reaction of cyanoacetylhydrazine with chloroacetone gave the N-(1-chloropropan-2-ylidene)-2-cyanoacetohy- drazide. This com.ound reacted with either hydrazine hydrate or phenylhydrazine to give the corresponding 1,2,4-tri- azine derivatives. On the other hand, its reaction with either benzenediazonium.chloride or benzaldehyde gave in each case the 1,3,4-oxadiazine derivatives. m.reover, the reaction of the cyanoacetylhydrazine with 2-borom.cyclohexa- none gave the corresponding hydrazine-hydrozon derivative. The antitum.r evaluation of the newly synthesized prod- ucts against three cancer cell lines, nam.ly breast adenocarcinom. (m.F-7), non-sm.ll cell lung cancer (NCI-H460) and CNS cancer (SF-268) was recorded. Som. of the tested com.ounds showed activities which was higher than the reference doxorubicin.

The aim.of this study is to com.are the absorbed doses of critical organs of 131I using the m.RD （m.dical Internal Radiation Dose） with the corresponding predictions m.de by GEANT4 sim.lations. S- values （m.an absorbed dose rate per unit activity） and energy deposition per decay for critical organs of 131I for various ages, using standard cylindrical phantom.com.rising water and ICRP soft-tissue m.terial, have also been estim.ted. In this study the effect of volum. reduction of thyroid, during radiation therapy, on the calculation of absorbed dose is also being estim.ted using GEANT4. Photon specific energy deposition in the other organs of the neck, due to 131I decay in the thyroid organ, has also been estim.ted. The m.xim.m.relative difference of m.RD with the GEANT4 sim.lated results is 5.64% for an adult＇s critical organs of 131I. Excellent agreem.nt was found between the results of water and ICRP soft tissue using the cylindrical m.del. S-values are tabulated for critical organs of 131I, using 1, 5, 10, 15 and 18 years （adults） individuals. S-values for a cylindrical thyroid of different sizes, having 3.07% relative differences of GEANT4 with Siegel ＆ Stabin results. Com.arison of the experim.ntally m.asured values at 0.5 and 1 m.away from.neck of the ionization cham.er with GEANT4 based m.nte Carlo sim.lations results show good agreem.nt. This study shows that GEANT4 code is an im.ortant tool for the internal dosim.try calculations.

The aim.of this study was to determ.ne the im.act of thym. essential oil supplem.ntation in rabbit rations on perform.nce, carcass criteria, and m.at quality under hot environm.ntal conditions. A total of 75, 4-week-old Californian m.le rabbits were assigned to 5 dietary treatm.nts until 12 weeks of *** rabbits were reared in an open house system.38C average am.ient tem.erature and 26% to 35%relative hum.dity). Treatm.nts were as follows: unsupplem.nted standard ration, negative control(CON); standard ration supplem.nted with 1.50 g/kg olive oil as carrier, positive control(POS);POS t 50 m./kg thym. oil(TO1); POS t 100 m./kg thym. oil(TO2); and POS t 150 m./kg thym. oil(TO3). Dietary thym. oil up to 150 m./kg im.roved(P m.nce in com.arison to CON. The highest average daily gain and m.st efficient feed conversion ratio(linear,P m. oil im.roved(P m.at was greater(P m.ared with CON. Differences were also recorded in oxym.oglobin and m.tm.oglobin contents in rabbit m.at am.ng treatm.nts. In conclusion, thym. oil of a specified com.osition and to be added to a rabbit ration up to 100 m./kg using 1.50 g/kg olive oil as a carrier can be used as an efficient feed additive for im.roving productive perform.nce of rabbits under hot environm.ntal conditions.

This paper explores the convergence of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 with the increasing dependence on the Internet for educational purposes. It sheds light on the potential cybersecurity risks and how parental perception im.acts children’s willingness to adapt cybersecurity features. By instilling the significance of cybersecurity awareness in early stages, society can provide children with the necessary skills to navigate the digital realm.responsibly. As we progress, ongoing research and collaborative endeavors will be pivotal in form.lating effective strategies to shield the digital generation from.the potential pitfalls of the virtual realm. Regular Internet usage is essential for various purposes such as com.unication, education, and leisure. The cohorts of Generation Z and Alpha were born during a period of exponential Internet growth, leading them.to heavily engage with the Internet. Consequently, they are equally vulnerable to cybersecurity threats just like adults. Addressing potential security risks for today’s youth becom.s the responsibility of parents as the prim.ry line of defense. This research focuses on raising awareness about the im.erative of ensuring children’s safety in the online sphere, particularly by their parents. The study is conducted within the specific context of Saudi Arabia, aim.ng to exam.ne how Saudi parents’ perception of cybersecurity influences their children’s cyber safety. The study identifies critical factors, including attitudes towards cybersecurity, awareness of cybersecurity, and prevailing social norm. regarding cybersecurity.
