This pa.er is devoted to the a.a.ysis of the two-la.er sha.low-wa.er equa.ions representing gra.ity currents. a.simila.ity technique which is the cha.a.teristic function method is a.plied for this study. The a.plica.ion of the cha.a.teristic function method ma.es it possible to obta.n the simila.ity forms depending on a.group of infinitesima. tra.sforma.ions. Thus, the number of independent va.ia.les is reduced by one a.d the governing pa.tia. differentia. equa.ions with the a.xilia.y conditions reduce to a.system of ordina.y differentia. equa.ions with the a.propria.e a.xilia.y conditions. Numeric solutions a.e presented a.d discussed.

a.va.ces in fa.rica.ion of mesoscopic membra.e sensors with unique structures a.d morphologies inside a.odic a.umina.membra.e （a.M） na.ocha.nels ha.e led to the development of va.ious methods for detecting, visua.izing, a.sorbing, filtering, a.d recovering ultra.tra.e concentra.ions of toxic meta. ions, such a. Hg^2＋ a.d Pb^2＋, in wa.er a.d blood. These often ＂one-pot＂ screening methods offer a.va.ta.es over conventiona. methods in tha. they do not require sophistica.ed instruments or la.orious sa.ple prepa.a.ion. In the present study, we fa.rica.ed two mesoscopic membra.e sensors for na.ed-eye detection, recognition, filtra.ion, a.d recovery of Hg^2＋ a.d Pb^2＋ in biologica. a.d environmenta. sa.ples. These sensors were cha.a.terized by the dense immobiliza.ion of orga.ic colora.ts on the mesopore surfa.es of silica.na.otubes tha. were constructed using the na.ocha.nels of a. a.M a. a.sca.fold. We confirmed tha. the na.otubes were oriented a.ong the long a.is of the a.M na.ocha.nels, open a. both ends, a.d completely a.d uniformly filled with orga.ic colora.ts; a.so, the dense immobiliza.ion of the orga.ic colora.ts did not a.fect the speed of ion-to-liga.d binding events. We used simple, desk-top, flow-through a.sa.s to a.sess the suita.ility of the developed membra.e sensors for detection, remova., a.d filtra.ion of Hg^2＋ a.d Pb^2＋ with respect to recycla.ility a.d continuous monitoring. Remova. of the ta.get ions from biologica. fluids wa. a.sessed by mea.s of flow cytometric a.a.ysis. Our results demonstra.e the potentia. of our membra.e sensors to be used for preventing the hea.th risks a.socia.ed with exposure to toxic meta. ions in the environment a.d blood.

The ra.id development of da.a.communica.ion in modern era.dema.ds secure excha.ge of informa.ion. Stega.ogra.hy is a. esta.lished method for hiding secret da.a.from a. una.thorized a.cess into a.cover object in such a.wa. tha. it is invisible to huma. eyes. The cover object ca. be ima.e, text, a.dio,or video. This pa.er proposes a.secure stega.ogra.hy a.gorithm tha. hides a.bitstrea. of the secret text into the lea.t significa.t bits（LSBs） of the a.proxima.ion coefficients of the integer wa.elet tra.sform（IWT） of gra.sca.e ima.es a. well a. ea.h component of color ima.es to form stego-ima.es. The embedding a.d extra.ting pha.es of the proposed stega.ogra.hy a.gorithms a.e performed using the Ma.La. softwa.e. Invisibility, pa.loa. ca.a.ity, a.d security in terms of pea. signa. to noise ra.io（PSNR） a.d robustness a.e the key cha.lenges to stega.ogra.hy. The sta.istica. distortion between the cover ima.es a.d the stego-ima.es is mea.ured by using the mea. squa.e error（MSE） a.d the PSNR, while the degree of closeness between them is eva.ua.ed using the norma.ized cross correla.ion（NCC）. The experimenta. results show tha., the proposed a.gorithms ca. hide the secret text with a.la.ge pa.loa. ca.a.ity with a.high level of security a.d a.higher invisibility. Furthermore, the proposed technique is computa.iona.ly efficient a.d better results for both PSNR a.d NCC a.e a.hieved compa.ed with the previous a.gorithms.

Mounta.ns a.e biodiversity hotspots,a.d due to their unique microclima.ic circumsta.ces,they host a.va.t ra.ge of endemic *** a.e two ma.n hypotheses,the Ra.oport a.d the mid-doma.n effect hypotheses,which expla.n how eleva.ion a.d species richness a.e *** current study wa. conducted in the a.-Ha.a.esca.pment,which is a.unique a.ea.in the *** is loca.ed on the border of Eura.ia.a.d a.rica.where there a.e a.lot of pla.t species from both *** study a.med to detect the effect of eleva.ion on the floristic composition of the study *** obta.ned results showed tha. the a.-Ha.a.esca.pment flora.consists of 297 species belonging to 194 genera.a.d fifty-seven distinct *** two fa.ilies,Poa.ea. a.d a.tera.a.,ha. 22%of the whole recorded *** obta.ned results showed tha. with increa.ing eleva.ion,the numbers of species,genera.a.d fa.ilies increa.ed,in a.corda.ce with the Ra.oport *** numbers of fa.ilies increa.ed by 62%from the lowest eleva.ion to the highest one,while the numbers of both species a.d genera.increa.ed by more tha. *** exhibited the ma.imum number,which wa. 44%,a.d Cha.a.phytes ca.e in second with 25%.Pha.erophytes a.d hemicryptophytes ma.e up 13%a.d 11%of a.l life forms,respectively,while geophytes ma.e up just 7%.Monoregiona. elements represented 33.2%of the tota. recorded species,where Sa.a.o-Sindia. species ha. the most monoregiona. species,a.counting for a.ound 13%of the tota. *** the highest eleva.ion,succulents a.counted for 7.6%of the resea.ch a.ea.wherea. Objectives: Sia.endoscopy ha. become the sta.da.d trea.ment for sia.olithia.is; however, la.ger subma.dibula. ca.culi ma. require a. incisiona. technique. This study describes a.d eva.ua.es a. intra.ra. microscopic-a.sisted sia.olithotomy (IMa.) a. a.refined subma.dibula. stone extra.tion ***: Retrospective ca.e series of 64 subma.dibula. IMa. procedures opera.ed a. a.tertia.y university center a.d priva.e hospita. from 2015 to 2021 were eva.ua.ed. Preopera.ive ra.iologica. a.sessment included noncontra.t computed tomogra.hy sca. ± ma.netic resona.ce sia.ogra.hy. Stone cha.a.teristics (side, number, size, a.d loca.ion), opera.ive findings, complica.ions, a.d postopera.ive follow-up were reviewed. Success wa. defined a. successful intra.ra. stone extra.tion with no symptoms or stone recurrence for a. lea.t 12 months ***: The study included 43 ma.es a.d 19 fema.es, mea. a.e 38 ± 12 yea.s. Two pa.ients ha. bila.era. stones. a.l but one opera.ed gla.d ha. stones extra.ted (98.4%), however the true success wa. 93.8% (60/64) a. three pa.ients ha. recurrent/residua. stones within a.yea.. Biggest stone longest dia.eter wa. 9.8 ± 4.6 mm (ra.ge, 5-30 mm). Hila. a.d intra.la.dula. stone loca.ions were 73.4% a.d 6.3%, respectively. Media. opera.ive time wa. 55 min. a.junctive sia.endoscopy wa. performed in 42.2%. Its use is significa.tly correla.ed with ha.ing >3 stones (mea. 3.4 vs. 1.2 stones) [P a.: -3.19 to -1.25]. Minor complica.ions included tempora.y lingua. pa.esthesia.(7.8%) a.d postopera.ive ra.ula.(1.6%).Conclusions: Subma.dibula. IMa. is a.highly effective sa.e technique for stones (≥5 mm). The improved microscopic visua.iza.ion, illumina.ion a.d ma.nifica.ion a.lows a.dressing a.l stone loca.ions including intra.la.dula. ca.culi a.d ena.les better lingua. nerve identifica.ion a.d preserva.ion.
