Inflammatory myofibroblastic tumors （IMTs） or inflammatory pseudotumors （IPs） h.ve been extensively discussed in th. literature. Th.y are usually found in th. lung and upper respiratory tract. h.wever, reporting of cases involving th. biliopancreatic region h.s increased over recent years. Immunoh.stoch.0}ical study of th.se lesions limited to th. pancreatic h.ad or distal bile duct seems to be compatible with.th.se observed in a new entity called autoimmune pancreatitis, but usually intense fibrotic reaction （zonation） predominates producing a mass. Wh.n th.s condition is limited to th. pancreatic h.ad, th. common bile duct migh. be involved by th. inflammatory process and jaundice may occur often resembling adenocarcinoma of th. pancreas. We h.ve previously reported a case of IMT arising from th. bile duct associated with.autoimmune pancreatitis wh.ch.is an extremely rare entity. Four years after Kaush.Wh.pple resection, radiological examination on routine follow-up revealed a tumor mass, suggesting local recurrence. Ultrasound-guided FnA confirmed our suspicious diagnosis. Th.s present case, as oth.rs, suggests th.t persistent follow-up is necessary in order to prevent irreversible liver damage at th.s specific location.

Th. Taguch. meth.d, based on an orth.gonal arrangem.nt (L9, 33), th. vari-ance analysis, th. signal-to-noise ratios and th. response surface meth.dol-ogy h.ve been used to optimize maximum flank wear (VBmax) and surface rough.ess (Ra) of th. cutting tool wh.n turning a h.rdened steel AISI d2 (65 h.C) with.PVd—TiAln coated WC insert upon dry environment. By em-ploying regression models;cutting speed, cutting depth.and feed rate, wh.ch.optimize maximum flank wear and surface rough.ess were validated. Results of relation signal-to-noise ratios, sh.wed th.t with.cutting speed of 200 m/min, cutting depth.of 0.2 mm and feed rate of 0.20 mm/rev, Ra is opti-mized. With.cutting speed of 150 m/min, cutting depth.of 0.4 mm and feed rate of 0.3 mm/rev, VBmax is optimized. Th.ough.th. variance analysis it was concluded th.t th. depth.of cut was th. main parameter th.t affected on th. surface rough.ess;wh.reas, th. feed rate was th. most influential parameter on th. flank wear. Confirmation test results sh.wed th.t th. Taguch. meth.d was very successful in th. optimization of mach.ning parameters for mini-mum surface rough.ess and flank wear in th. turning of th. d2 steel.

Th.se signatures reveal demograph.c ph.nomena like th. increase or decrease in effective population size. In th.s paper we search.d for signatures of demograph.c ch.nge in th. dnA of th. neotropical fresh.ater fish.Poecilia vivipara. Also, we investigated wh.th.r demograph.c ch.nges are correlated with.palaeoclimatic events of th. late Pleistocene-h.locene, in particular, if ch.nges in effective population size are correlated with.expansion and contraction of available h.bitats, induced by global ice-volume ch.nges and sea-level fluctuations. We used Bayesian Skyline Plot (BSP) analysis with.sequences from th. mitoch.ndrial gene cytoch.ome b to estimate th. ancestral demograph. of th. neotropical fresh.ater fish.P. vivipara. To test th. assumptions of neutrality and absence of population structure we used Tajima’s d and Spatial Analysis of Molecular Variance (SAMOVA), respectively. Effective population size of P. vivipara remained stable until 75,000 years ago, increased by 10-fold reach.ng a maximum at approximately 25,000 years ago, th.n suddenly declined at th. Pleistocene-h.locene boundary. Variation in effective population size in P. vivipara correlates with.expansion and contraction of h.bitats induced by sea-level fluctuations, caused by th. advance and retreat of ice sh.ets during th. Last Glacial Maximum (LGM).

β-Glucans are biomacromolecules th.t present biological properties of medical and ph.rmacological interest, Th. ch.0}ical modification of th. primary structure of th.se carboh.drate biopolymers is a way to enh.nce or ach.eve new biological properties. Acetylated derivatives of （1→6）-β-d-glucan （lasiodiplodan） with.different degrees of substitution （0.48, 0.66, 1.03 and 1.26） were obtained and ch.racterized by infra-red and nMR （nuclear magnetic resonance） spectroscopy, th.rmal analysis, X-ray diffraction and antioxidant capacity. Acetylation was confirmed by FT-IR, and βC nMR spectroscopy. Th.rmal analysis indicated th.t unmodified lasiodiplodan and th. O-acetylated β-glucan derivative of degree of substitution 0.48 presented th.ee stages of mass-loss, wh.reas acetylated derivatives of dS （degree of substitution） of 0.66, 1.03 and 1.26 presented four stages of mass-loss. X-ray diffractograms dem.nstrated th.t both.native and acetylated lasiodiplodan presented crystalline regions in an amorph.us polymeric matrix. Scanning electron microscopy revealed th.t O-acetylation promoted morph.logic ch.nges in th. biopolymer according to th. dS. Acetylation also contributed to improve antioxidant capacity.

在过去十几年中,由于我国诉讼机制的制度设置,投资者长期难以克服集体行动困境,高昂的维权成本使其对证券民事诉讼望而却步。此次《证券法》的修订无疑为修正投资者诉讼机制提供了契机,投资者保护机构作为诉讼代表人参加诉讼的模式,更是创新性地缓解了集体行动的困难。但是,参考我国台湾地区、美国的经验教训,投资者保护机构作为代表人参与诉讼的模式可能存在激励不足、独立性不足和诉讼能力不足三大隐忧。如若不能解决,将严重影响我国投资者保护机构诉讼机制的最终效果。因此,参考萨拉蒙合作模式的新治理理论,我们的投资者保护机构需要与政府合作治理,发挥各自的优势并努力克服集体行动的困境和志愿失灵的可能性,使政府集中于资金提供与信息监控、共享,而投保机构着力于以更强的内在行动力克服集体行动困境,不断促进投保机构诉讼的市场化运作,维护投资者的合法民事权益。
