This paper evaluates accommodation of conflict management strategies and board performances in oil and gas *** study details the reflection of effectiveness,efficiency and productivity as the answer to thorough efficiency in accommodation of conflict management in oil and gas sector,these parameters in the system express their efficacy on conflict management in these multinationals,this implies that for thorough efficiency,these variables must work simultaneously for effective and efficient in structural organization that can be a leading multinational sector in oil and gas *** study observed Linearized result from graphical repres.n.ation explaining predominant lower efficiency and little higher efficiency in accommodation of conflict management in oil and gas *** experiences from the study monitor the system from generated simulation values that describe the growth rates in exponential phase of accommodation conflict strategic *** exponential phase the results experienced lower parameters,when comparing on its variations showing its poor efficiency as observed in the *** periods observed higher effective accommodation on conflict strategic *** developed model stimulation values were subjected to validation and both parameters generated favourable fits correlation,the study expressed the deficiency on accommodation of conflict management strategy thus developed models that can monitor the fluctuation and progressive state of accommodation on conflict management strategy,it defines the reflection of other parameters that express the behaviour of the system in terms of conceptual approach to monitor these type of strategic management in oil and gas companies.

Wood and fly ash were observed to have significant qualities that could improve the strength of self compacting *** material was applied to increase the compressive strength of concrete *** material could be the demanding material for partial replacement for ce*** study observed the behaviour of the material from experts that applied these material through experimental investigation,but the study monitored the behaviour of this material by applied modeling and simulation to determine other effect that could influence the behaviour of these materials in compressive *** was to determine the significant effect on the addictive applied as partial replacement for *** of experts have done works on fly ash through experiment concept,but the application of predictive concept has.n.t been carried *** adoption of this concept has expressed other parameters that contributed to the efficiency of wood and fly ash as partial replacement for cement on self compacting *** study adopting modeling and simulation observed 10 and 20%by weight of cement as it is reflected on its performance in the simulation,from the simulation wood recorded 10%as it was observed from the growth rate of this self compacting concrete reflected from the *** simulation for model validation was compared with the works of the studies carried out[20].And both values developed best fits correlation.

Flexural strength was monitored and predicted on the application improving concrete strength with wood and fly as partial replacement for *** study observed the pressure from the constituent of these locally sourced material that has been observed from the study to influence the flexural strength through the effect from this locally sourced *** study monitors concrete porosity on heterogeneity as it reflect on the flexural strength of self compacting *** condition considered was the compaction and placement of *** effects were monitored at constant water cement ratio from design *** behaviour from this effects on the concrete observed the rate of flexural growth under the influences of these stated *** simulation expressed the reactions of these effects through these parameters monitored to influence the *** simulations were also applied to the optimum curing age of twenty eight days,while analytical simulation was also *** concept is the conventional seven days interval that concrete curing were observed,these are improvement done on the study carried out by experts[16].These locally sourced material were experimentally *** simulation predictive values are at the interval of seven days of curing,which was also *** predictive values were compared with the experimental values of the researchers[16],and both values developed best fits *** study is imperative because the system considered the parameters used on experimental and observed other influential variables that were not *** were not observed in the experimental *** in concrete engineering will definitely find these concept a better option in monitoring flexural strength of self compacting concrete in general.
