Takotsubo syndrome(TTS)is a cardiovas-cular condition characterized by a transi-ent cardiac dysfunction,generally invol-ving the apical segments of left ventriculum,in ab-sence of significant coronary artery disease.[1]It fre-quently affects postmenopausal women,following physical or psychological stress.[2]TTS often mimicks an acute myocardial infarction(AMI),presenting with symptoms as chest pain,dys-pnea,palpitations and,less commonly,pre-syncope and syncope.

Purpose: This paper aims to point out the scientific development and research density of renewable energy sources such as photovoltaic, wind, and biomass, using a mix of computational tools. Based on this, it was possible to verify the existence of new research trends and opportunities in a macro view regarding management, performance evaluation, and decision-making in renewable energy generation systems and ***/methodology/approach: A scientometric approach was used based on a research protocol to retrieve papers from the Scopus database, and through four scientometric questions, to analyze each area. Software such as the Science Mapping Analysis Software Tool(Sci MAT) and Sci2 Tool were used to map the science development and ***: The scientific development of renewable energy areas is highlighted, pointing out research opportunities regarding management, studies on costs and investments, systemic diagnosis, and performance evaluation for decision-making in businesses in these *** limitations: This paper was limited to the articles indexed in the Scopus database and by the questions used to analyze the scientific development of renewable energy *** implications: The results show the need for a managerial perspective in businesses related to renewable energy sources at the managerial, technical, and operational levels, including performance evaluation, assertive decision making, and adequate use of technical and financial ***/value: This paper shows that there is a research field to be explored, with gaps to fill and further research to be carried out in this area. Background: The development of a vaccine against hepatitis B virus (HBV) has been a major achievement in terms of prevention of HBV infection. To evaluate the immunological status against HBV of dental-profession students, we analysed the long-term immunogenicity and effectiveness of HBV vaccination in Italian dental students with different work seniorities, determining the influence of epidemiological variables on the immune response. Methods: This study, carried out from January 2014 to April 2016, involved 361 under- and post-graduate dental students attending the Second University of Naples. HBV serum markers were determined and multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to identify factors associated with the level of long-term immunogenicity. Results: Of the 361 subjects evaluated, 15 (4.2%) declared no history of vaccination. All vaccinated subjects were HBsAg/anti-HBc negative, with 86 (24.9%) having an anti-HBs titre <10 IU/L. The latter were younger, more likely to be attending undergraduate dental school, and more likely to have been vaccinated in infancy. Conclusion: The findings of this study suggest that assessment of HBV serum markers in workers potentially exposed to hospital infections is useful to identify small numbers of unvaccinated subjects or vaccinated subjects with low antibody titre, all of whom should be referred for a booster series of vaccinations.

Most of the toxicity data presented in the literature are obtained in relatively simple media, like distilled water. The literature reported that nanoparticles agglomerate immediately upon being added to cell culture media and if the agglomerates are used directly in antimicrobial studies, the interpretation of the toxicity results tends to be complicated. Six different molar ratios Ag-TiO2 composites were synthesized by a reduction method using two different commercial TiO2 particles as base materials and were used to find the aggregate size in distilled water and Mueller-Hinton Broth, and to obtain the minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) against E. coli and E. faecalis. To evaluate the evolution of the Ag-TiO2 particle size (z-average) three dilutions of each of the synthesized composites 100 μg/ml, 250 μg/mL and 500 μg/ml were realized in deionized water and Mueller Hinton broth. It was found that Ag-TiO2 composites increased in size after being diluted in Mueller-Hinton Broth, but once they grew in size, they remained constant for 24 minutes, and after this time, did not affect the MIC for the microorganisms involved.

The preparation of stable, uniformed silver nanoparticles by the reduction of silver ions using albumin is reported in the present paper. It is a simple process for obtaining silver nanoparticles. The samples have been characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM), which reveal the nature of the nanoparticles. These studies conclude that the particles are mostly spherical in shape and have an average size of 26 nm. The UV-vis spectra show that an absorption band, occurred because of the Surface Plasmon Resonance, existing at 443 nm;the Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA) shows that only 2% of the weight is organic matter. The average particle size was measured with a Nanosizer DLS.
