Single coronary artery is a coincidental finding during coronary angiography or at autopsy. Although it is a rare condition and most of time has an asymptomatic clinic;prognosis varies. We would like to report a case about percutaneous coronary intervention in a patient who has anomalous single coronary artery arising from right sinus valsalva.

To explore the function of licochalcone A as an anticancer phytochemical on HepG2 cells and investigate its potential mechanisms,we analyzed the microRNAs(miRNAs)expression profile of HepG2 cells in response to licochalcone A(70μmol/L)in vitro.102 dysregulated miRNAs were detected,and SP1 was expected as the transcription factor that regulates the functions of most screened miRNAs.A sum of 431 targets,the overlap of predicted mRNAs from TargetScan,miRDB,and miRtarbase were detected as the targets for these dysregulated *** signaling pathway was the hub pathway for the targets.A protein-protein interaction network was structured on the STRING platform to discover the hub *** them,PIK3R1,CDC42,ESR1,SMAD4,SUMO1,KRAS,AGO1,*** screened ***,the miRNA-target networks were established to screen key dysregulated *** key miRNAs(hsa-miR-133b and hsa-miR-145-5p)were ***,the miRNA-target-transcription factor networks were constructed for these key *** networks for these key miRNAs included three and two transcription factors,*** identified miRNAs,transcription factors,targets,and regulatory networks may offer hints to understand the molecular mechanism of licochalcone A as a natural anticarcinogen.

In humans androgen decline is presented as a clinical picture which includes decreased sexual interest, diminished erectile capasity, delayed or absent orgasms and reduced sexual pleasure. Additionally, changes in mood, diminished well being, fatigue, depression and irritability are also associated with androgen insufficiency. The critical role of androgens on the development, growth, and maintanence of the penis has been widely accepted. Although, the exact effect of androgens on erectile physiology still remains undetermined, recent experimental studies have broaden our understanding about the relationship between androgens and erectile function. Preclinical studies showed that androgen deprivation leads to penile tissue atrophy and alterations in the nerve structures of the penis. Furthermore, androgen deprivation caused to accumulation of fat containing cells and decreased protein expression of endothelial and neuronal nitric oxide synthases （eNOS and nNOS）, and phosphodiesterase type-5 （PDE-5）, which play crucial role in normal erectile physiology. On the light of the recent literature, we aimed to present the direct effect of androgens on the structures, development and maintanence of penile tissue and erectile physiology as well. Furhermore, according to the clinical studies we conclude the aetiology, pathophysiology, prevalance, diagnosis and treatment options of hypogonadism in aging men.

贸易开放度对经济增长的影响 ——以发展中国家为例

贸易开放度与经济增长在不同的角度反映了一国的经济发展水平,对一个国家而言,这两个指标的含义以及它们之间存在着的相互作用关系,对促进一国经济的可持续发展有着重要的作用和现实意义。本文将发展中国家依据世界银行的定义分为6个地区,从地区整体层面与地区国家层面两种尺度采用面板数据模型分别考察了发展中国家与地区贸易开放度与经济增长之间的作用关系。依据两种尺度设计了应用计量模型,将贸易开放度的度量指标纳入内生增长模型,在劳动力、人力资本、资本存量等因素的影响下,考察贸易与经济增长之间的作用关系。研究发现:(1)对于发展中地区总体而言,货物依存水平相比较与服务贸易开放水平显得更加重要,对经济增长的促进作用也更加明显。(2)发展中国家和地区因其复杂的地缘政治、人文环境以及经济制度与结构多样,因而面对全球化、经济危机等波动时曾现出不同的反应和表现出不同的影响。而相对于国际大环境而言。更加受到了国家内部政策、局势以及经济结构的影响,从而在贸易开放与经济增长之间也表现出了不同的作用关系。(3)6个地区普遍出现了服务贸易对外水平远低于货物贸易对外水平的情况,显示出在服务贸易开放水平方面的低水平情形,且各个地区之间存在明显差距。(4)欧洲与中亚地区、东亚与太平洋地区均存在货物贸易开放度与服务贸易开放度都对经济增长率正的推动作用。而在南亚地区、中东与北非、撒哈拉以南地区则更加侧重货物贸易开放度。而相对于加勒比海地区而言,服务贸易对经济增长的影响则显得更加重要。

Throughout history, respiratory tract infections due to viruses, especially influenza viruses, continue to cause serious diseases, up to death, all over the world, as a result of the inability to develop effective treatment methods or vaccines. Due to changes in the antigenic structures of respiratory viruses, especially RNA viruses, there are difficulties in the production of effective vaccines. The World Health Organization estimates 150,000 hospitalizations and 30,000 to 40,000 deaths due to the flu epidemic in the United States alone, with a total of 25 to 50 million cases each year. Respiratory viruses are a major cause of influenza-like illness symptoms in children and adults, causing significant illness and death each year. Various herbal remedies have been used for the prevention and treatment of viral respiratory diseases in many parts of the world. Among those found to be effective are propolis, licorice root, ginger, black cumin, carob, but there is also scientific evidence for the effectiveness of several complementary treatments for the common cold. For example, oral zinc intake can reduce the severity of the common cold. Regular intake of vitamin C supplements can reduce the duration and severity of viral infections. Various herbs are widely used as medicine to clear viral respiratory infections. Influenza control and treatment mainly depend on chemical or biochemical agents isolated from plants. These agents include various polyphenols, flavonoids, saponins, glucosides, and alkaloids. We added such plants, propolis, and licorice honey to the content of bronxbal paste, which is a combination of supportive therapy, bronchial dilator, immunomodulator, mucolytic, and born antiviral and antibacterial effects during coronavirus and other bacterial-virus-caused pneumonia.
