目的评估丙型肝炎教育对中国农村慢性丙型肝炎（CHC）患者疾病知识和抗病毒治疗接受程度的影响。方法河北省某县CHC项目的农村患者接受HCV教育，包括医生给予讲座和随后进行的互动式讨论，并完成教育前后测试。结果总共纳入151例CHC患者。平均年龄为57．3岁，50．3％为男性，51．0％患者的受教育程度为小学或文盲，76．2％的家庭月收入低于3000元。98.0％的患者将其基线丙型肝炎知识定义为“无”或“只有一点”。多因素分析显示，年龄和家庭收入与基线知识总分相关。教育后，患者知识总分的平均分（范围：0-28分）从13．1升至23．0（P〈0．001），题目回答正确患者的平均百分比从46．8％升至82．1％（P〈0．001），患者对抗病毒治疗的接受程度从33．9％升至65．6％（P〈0．001）。结论虽然中国农村患者的受教育程度较低，按患者选择的方式进行的丙型肝炎教育可以显著改善患者的疾病知识和抗病毒治疗的接受程度。

It is easy to argue that open data are critical to enabling faster and more effective research *** this article,we describe the approach we have taken at Wiley to support open data and to start enabling more data to be FAIR data(Findable,Accessible,Interoperable and Reusable)with the implementation of four data policies:“Encourages”,“Expects”,“Mandates”and“Mandates and Peer Reviews Data”.We describe the rationale for these policies and levels of adoption so *** the coming months we plan to measure and monitor the implementation of these policies via the publication of data availability statements and data *** this information,we’ll be able to celebrate adoption of data-sharing practices by the research communities we work with and serve,and we hope to showcase researchers from those communities leading in open research.

In this study,a gravity-driven membrane(GDM)filtration system and hydroponic system(cultivating basil and lettuce)were combined for nutrient recovery from primary municipal *** GDM system was optimized by increasing the periodic air sparging flow rate from 1 to 2 L/min(∼15 hr per 3-4 days),resulting in a∼52%reduction of irreversible ***,the total fouling was not alleviated,and the water productivity remained *** GDM-filtrated water was then delivered to hydroponic systems,and the effects of hydroponic operation conditions on plant growth and heavy metal uptake were evaluated,with fertilizer-and tap water-based hydroponic systems and soil cultivation sys-tem(with tap water)for *** was found that(i)the hydroponic system under batchmode facilitated to promote vegetable growth with higher nutrient uptake rates com-pared to that under flow-through feed mode;(ii)a shift in nutrient levels in the hydroponic system could impact plant growth(such as plant height and leaf length),especially in the early ***,the plants cultivated with the GDM-treated water had compara-ble growth profiles to those with commercial fertilizer or in ***,the targeted hazard quotient levels of all heavy metals for the plants in the hydroponic system with the treated water were greatly lower than those with the commercial ***,com-pared to the lettuce,the basil had a lower heavy metal uptake capability and displayed a negligible impact on long-term human health risk,when the treated water was employed for the hydroponic system.

In order to improve patient care in the United States there,the government made a mandate called HIE(Health Information Exchange).This order was created from the belief that sharing digital health in-formation between,across,and within health communities will improve one's healthcare experience across their *** health information,*** personal health record,should be shareable between healthcare providers;such as private practice physicians,home health agencies,hospitals and nursing care *** of the *** now have electronic health records,however,with a lack of standards for structuring health information and unified communication protocols to share health information across providers,only a small percentage of *** engage in computerized *** order to understand barriers and facilitators in the *** HIE adoption,we reviewed the published research literature between 2010 and *** search yielded 664 articles from Medline,PsychInfo,Global health,InSpec,Scopus and Business Source Complete ***-nine articles met our inclusion *** article presents the compiled organizational and end user barriers and facilitators along with suggested methods to achieve continuity of care through HIE.

Huanglongbing(HLB)is a disease that has devastated the Florida citrus industry,threatens the entire *** industry,and globally is rapidly ***’s citrus production is 90%sweet orange,which is quite sensitive to *** heavy reliance on sweet orange for Florida citrus production makes the industry especially vulnerable to diseases that are damaging to this type of ***,90%of Florida oranges are used in producing orange juice that is defined by a federal regulation known as the“orange juice standard”,specifying that at least 90%of“orange juice”must be derived from Citrus *** analyses definitively reveal that sweet orange is not a true species,but just one of many introgression hybrids of *** and ***,with phenotypic diversity resulting from accumulated mutations in this single hybrid,the“sweet orange”.No other fruit industry is limited by law to such a narrow genetic ***,there are new citrus hybrids displaying reduced sensitivity to HLB,and in some cases they produce juice,alone or in blends,that consumers would recognize as“orange juice”.Reconsidering current regulations on orange juice standards may permit use of such hybrids in“orange juice”,providing greater latitude for commercialization of these hybrids,leading to higher-quality orange juice and a more sustainable Florida orange juice industry.

OBJECTIVE:To unmask the underlying mechanisms of Yisui granule(益髓颗粒,YSG)for the treatment of Myelodysplastic syndromes(MDS).METHODS:Our study used an SKM-1 mouse xenograft model of MDS to explore the anti-tumor potential of YSG and its safety,assess its effect on overall survival(OS),and evaluate whether its mechanism is associated with the demethylation of the secreted frizzled related protein 5(s FRP5)gene and suppressing Wnt/β-catenin *** amplicon sequencing was applied to detect the level of methylation of the s FRP5 gene;western blotting,immunofluorescence staining,and real-time Polymerase Chain Reaction were performed to detect DNA methyltransferase 1(DNMT1),s FRP5,and other Wnt/β-catenin pathway-related m RNA and protein ***:The results showed that high-dosage YSG exerted an anti-tumor effect similar to that of decitabine,improved OS,and reduced long-term adverse effects in the long ***,YSG reduced the expression of DNMT1 methyltransferase,decreased the methylation,and increased the expression of the Wnt/β-catenin pathway antagonist-s ***,components of the Wnt/β-catenin pathway,including Wnt3a,β-catenin,c-Myc,and cyclin D1,were down-regulated in response to YSG,suggesting that YSG could treat MDS by demethylating the s FRP5 gene and suppressing the Wnt/β-catenin ***:Our findings demonstrated that YSG could be used alone or in combination with decitabine to improve outcomes in the MDS animal model,providing an alternative solution for treating MDS.

The design and synthesis of bio-nano hybrid materials can not only provide new materials with novel properties, but also advance our fundamental understanding of interactions between biomolecules and their abiotic counterparts. Here, we report a new approach to achieving such a goal by growing CdS quantum dots （QDs） within single crystals of lysozyme protein. This bio-nano hybrid emitted much stronger red fluorescence than its counterpart without the crystal, and such fluorescence properties could be either enhanced or suppressed by the addition of Ag（I） or Hg（II）, respectively. The three-dimensional incorporation of CdS QDs within the lysozyme crystals was revealed by scanning transmission electron microscopy with electron tomography. More importantl~ since our approach did not disrupt the crystalline nature of the lysozyme crystals, the metal and protein interactions were able to be studied by X-ray crystallography, thus providing insight into the role of Cd（II） in the CdS QDs formation.

Fruit cracking is an important problem in horticultural crop ***(SlPG)and expansin(SlEXP1)proteins cooperatively disassemble the polysaccharide network of tomato fruit cell walls during ripening and thereby,enable softening.A Golden 2-like(GLK2)transcription factor,SlGLK2 regulates unripe fruit chloroplast development and results in elevated soluble solids and carotenoids in ripe *** determine whether SlPG,SlEXP1,or SlGLK2 influence the rate of tomato fruit cracking,the incidence of fruit epidermal cracking was compared between wild-type,Ailsa Craig(WT)and fruit with suppressed SlPG and SlEXP1 expression(pg/exp)or expressing a truncated nonfunctional Slglk2(glk2).Treating plants with exogenous ABA increases xylemic flow into *** results showed that ABA treatment of tomato plants greatly increased cracking of fruit from WT and glk2 mutant,but not from pg/exp *** pg/exp fruit were firmer,had higher total soluble solids,denser cell walls and thicker cuticles than fruit of the other *** from the ABA treated pg/exp fruit had cell walls with less water-soluble and more ionically and covalently-bound pectins than fruit from the other lines,demonstrating that ripening-related disassembly of the fruit cell wall,but not elimination of SlGLK2,influences *** incidence was significantly correlated with cell wall and wax thickness,and the content of cell wall protopectin and cellulose,but not with Ca^(2+)content.
