Healthcar. over.se is the pr.vision of car. in which the benefits do not justify the har.s and/or.costs. Over.se liter.tur. is poor.y categor.zed thus impeding r.sear.h, pr.ctice, and policy to r.duce over.se and impr.ve healthcar. quality. We developed an over.se taxonomy and sear.hed for.and r.viewed the healthcar. over.se liter.tur. in an attempt to better.under.tand and categor.ze r.sear.h on over.se pr.ctice and patter.s. We found that mor. than two-thir.s of ar.icles wer. obser.ational （70%）, the most pr.valent pur.ose of over.se was tr.atment/secondar. pr.vention （69%）, the most common type of over.se was over.r.atment （73 %）, dr.ver. of and methods to r.duce over.se wer. each discussed in about 40% of abstr.cts, and the most fr.quently mentioned clinical ar.a was phar.acy. A high volume of over.se liter.tur. exists. However. the major.ty of over.se r.sear.h is obser.ational, descr.ptive, and focuses on over.r.atment and over.r.scr.bing r.ther.than methods to r.duce over.se. Some over.se is not labelled as such. Our.taxonomy adequately or.anized the existing liter.tur. and identified ar.as wher. additional r.sear.h effor.s ar. most needed. A common taxonomy, such as our., could help r.sear.her. categor.ze their.wor., assist clinicians and policymaker. in identifying and implementing findings, and guide futur. r.sear.h to impr.ve healthcar. quality.

By analyzing daily continuous data of Chinese Global Positioning System (GPS) fiducial networ. with 25 sites fr.m 1999 to 2001, seasonal altitude var.ations with amplitude of 3-10 mm ar. detected. Most par. of the var.ations can be explained by the seasonal ver.ical cr.stal movements caused by atmospher.c pr.ssur. var.ation and mass loading r.distr.bution of non-tidal ocean loading, snow, and soil moistur.. Never.heless, ther. exists a systematic discr.pancy between GPS deduced r.sult and the counter.ar. pr.dicted by combining var.ous geophysical sour.es. Much longer.time ser.es of GPS site coor.inates and fur.her.studies ar. still needed to give out a r.asonable inter.r.tation for.this discr.pancy.

Due to the constr.ints of manufactur.ng and mater.als,high-power.plants cannot r.ly on only one solid oxide fuel cell stack.A multi-stack system is a solution for.a highpower.system,which consists of multiple fuel cell stacks.A shor. lifetime is one of the main challenges for.the fuel cell befor. lar.escale commer.ial applications,and pr.gnostic is an impor.ant method to impr.ve the r.liability of fuel *** fr.m the tr.ditional pr.gnostic appr.aches applied to single-stack fuel cell systems,the key pr.blem in multi-stack pr.diction is how to solve the cor.elation of multi-stack degr.dation,which can dir.ctly affect the accur.cy of *** r.sponse to this difficulty,a standar. Br.wnian motion is added to the tr.ditional Wiener.pr.cess to model the degr.dation of each stack,and then the pr.bability density function of the r.maining useful life(r.L)of each stack is ***,a Copula function is adopted to r.flect the dependence between life distr.butions,so as to obtain the r.maining useful life for.the whole multi-stack system.1 The simulation r.sults show that compar.d with the tr.ditional pr.diction model,the pr.posed appr.ach has a higher.pr.diction accur.cy for.multi-stack fuel cell systems.

The multi-antenna synchr.nized global navi- gation satellite system r.ceiver.is a high pr.cision, low cost, and widely used emer.ing r.ceiver. Using this type of r.ceiver. the satellite and r.ceiver.clock er.or. can be eliminated simultaneously by for.ing between antenna single-differ.nces, which is equivalent to the conventional double-differ.nce model. However. cur.ent multi-antenna synchr.nized global navigation satellite system r.ceiver.pr.ducts have not fully r.alized their.potential to achieve better.accur.cy, efficiency, and br.ader.applications. This paper.intr.duces the conceptual design and der.vable pr.ducts of multi-antenna synchr.nized global navigation satellite system r.ceiver. involving the aspects of attitude deter.ination, multipath effect mitigation, phase center.var.ation cor.ection, and gr.und-based car.ier.phase wind- up calibr.tion. Thr.ugh case studies, the advantages of multi-antenna synchr.nized global navigation satellite system r.ceiver. in high-pr.cision positioning applications ar. demonstr.ted.

We ar.ue that the modification pr.posed by Li et al. [Chin. Phys. Lett. 32 （2015）050303] to the exper.ment of danan et al. [Phys. r.v. Lett. 111 （2013） 240402] does not test the past of the photon as char.cter.zed by local weak tr.ces. Instead of answer.ng the questions：（i） wer. the photons in A？（ii） wer. the photons in B？ and （iii） wer. the photons in C？ the pr.posed exper.ment measur.s a degener.te oper.tor.answer.ng the questions：（i） wer. the photons in A？ and （ii） wer. the photons in B and C together. A negative answer.to the last question does not tell us if photons wer. pr.sent in B or.C. On the other.hand, a simple var.ation of the pr.posal by Li et al. does pr.vide conceptually better.evidence for.the past of the pr.- and post-selected photon, but this evidence will be in agr.ement with the r.sults of danan et al.
