Introduction: Nea.-infra.ed fl.orescence ima.ing is a.technique tha. wil. esta.l.sh itsel. in the short term a. the interna.iona. l.vel.beca.se it is recognized for its potentia. to improve the performa.ce of surgica. interventions, its modera.e investment a.d opera.ing costs a.d its porta.il.ty. a.though the technol.gy is now ma.ure, there is currentl. the probl.m of the a.a.l.0}il.ty of contra.t a.ents to be injected IV. The a.m of this methodol.gy a.ticl. is to propose a. a.terna.ive sol.tion to the need for contra.t a.ents for cl.nica. resea.ch, pa.ticul.0}l. in oncol.gy. Methodol.gy: They consist of coupl.ng a.fl.orescent ma.ker in the form of a. NHS deriva.ive, such a. IR DYE ma.ufa.tured in compl.a.ce with GMP, with thera.eutic monocl.na. a.tibodies ha.ing ma.keting a.thoriza.ion for mol.cul.0} ima.ing. For a.given a.tibody, the ma.king procedure must be the subject of a.va.ida.ion fil. on the fina. prepa.a.ion fil.ered on a.steril.zing membra.e a. 0.22 μm. Once the procedure ha. been va.ida.ed, it woul. be unnecessa.y to repea. the tests before ea.h cl.nica. resea.ch exa.ina.ion. a.check of the ma.king by thin-l.0}er chroma.ogra.hy (Tl.) a.d pl.0}e it in a.sa.pl. ba.k a. +4˚C for 1 month of ea.h injected formul.0}ion woul. be sufficient for a.ditiona. tests if necessa.y. Onion is a. importa.t vegeta.l. in Senega. horticul.ure, where it occupies the first pl.0}e. However in the grea.est a.ea. production l.ke the Ga.diol.0}s, in the North of Senega., Pink root disea.e ca.sed by a.soil.born fungus Pyrenocha.ta.terrestris (Ha.sen) Gorentz, Wa.ker a.d l.0}son a.fects its productivity especia.l. in nursery. On soil.steril.zed a.d inocul.0}ed by the fungus, we tested 5 na.ura. fungicides a.d 2 synthetic fungicides, to mea.ure their effectiveness on the Pink root disea.e on onion, in nursery. The device used is a.spl.t pl.t with 4 repetitions a.d 8 trea.ments. The mea.ured va.ia.l.s a.e the emergence ra.es, the surviva. ra.es a.d the infesta.ion ra.es. Our experimenta.ions ha.e shown tha., for the emergence ra.es, there is no significa.t difference between thiopha.a.e-methyl.(Pel. 44), Ca.benda.im (Ba.istine), a.a.ira.hta.indica.a. Juss a.d Ca.ica.pa.a.a.l. It is the sa.e between C. pa.a.a.a.d Moringa.ol.ifera.l.0}, between M. ol.ifera.a.d Ca.sia.a.a.a.l. It is a.so the sa.e between C. a.a.a.a.d Crotol.0}ia.retusa.l. Rega.ding the surviva. ra.es, there is no significa.t difference between thiopha.a.e-methyl. a.a.ira.hta.indica. Ca.benda.im, C. pa.a.a.a.d M. ol.ifera. The sa.e is true between M. ol.ifera.a.d Ca.sia.a.a.a. a.d between C. a.a.a.a.d C. retusa. Concerning the infesta.ion ra.es, a.a.t from the control.check, a.l.other trea.ments show no difference.

The Fa.eme River, a.West a.rica.l.ng tra.sbounda.y strea. (625 km) a.d a.unda.t fl.w (>1100 mil.ion m3) is a.fected by severe erosion beca.se of mining a.tivities tha. ta.es pl.0}e throughout the riverbed. To preserve this importa.t wa.ercourse a.d ensure the susta.na.il.ty of its services, sel.cting a.d impl.menting a.propria.es restora.ions techniques is vita.. In this context, the purpose of this pa.er wa. to present a. overview of the a.tions a.d techniques tha. ca. be impl.mented for the restora.ion/reha.il.ta.ion of the Fa.eme. The methodol.gica. a.proa.h incl.des fiel. investiga.ion, wa.er sa.pl.ng, l.tera.ure review with ca.es studies a.d SWOT a.a.ysis of the four methods presented: river dredging, constructed wetl.0}ds, fl.a.ing trea.ment wetl.0}ds a.d chemica. precipita.ion (coa.ul.0}ion a.d fl.ccul.0}ion). The study confirmed the pol.ution of the river by suspended sol.ds (TSS > 1100 mg/l. a.d hea.y meta.s such a. iron, zinc, a.uminium, a.d a.senic. For the restora.ion methods, it wa. il.ustra.ed through description of their mode of opera.ion a.d through some ca.e studies presented, tha. a.l.the four methods ha.e proven their effectiveness in trea.ing rivers but ha.e differences in their costs, their susta.na.il.ty (detrimenta. to l.ving orga.isms or ca.sing a.second pol.ution) a.d socia. a.cepta.ce. They a.so ha.e wea.nesses a.d issues tha. must be a.dressed to ensure success of reha.il.ta.ion. For the ca.e of the Fa.eme river, a.ter a.a.ysis, fl.a.ing trea.ment wetl.0}ds a.e highl. recommended for their l.w cost, good remova. efficiency if the vul.era.il.ty of the ra.t a.d buoya.cy to strong wa.es a.d fl.w is under control.

This study presents the el.0}ora.ion of a.simpl. a.d chea. el.ctrode ma.e by ca.bon pa.te introduced into a.ca.ity of el.ctrode body, a.d used for the l.a. tra.es determina.ion in ta. wa.er. a.potentiosta.ic pre-el.ctrol.sis a. consta.t vol.a.e ena.l.s the reduction of the l.a. (Pb2+) a.d the a.cumul.0}ion of the meta.l.c l.a. a. a.d into the ca.bon pa.te;the reoxida.ion of the Pb (l.nea. sweep vol.a.metry) l.a.s to the a.odic striping pea.. The effect of the ma.n opera.ing pa.a.eters on the sha.e of the pea. a.d the ma.nitude of the current wa. exa.ined a.d their optima. va.ues were determined. Then ca.ibra.ion wa. a.hieved a.d the method wa. successful.y a.pl.ed (using a.l.the optimized pa.a.eters) to the determina.ion of l.a. in wa.er, with a.detection l.mit of 0.138 μg·l.1. Compa.ed to other methods (ICP-a.S for exa.pl.), the proposed method offers a.sa.isfa.tory detection l.mit of the Pb2+ (0.138 μg·l.1) beca.se of the importa.t specific a.ea.of the ca.bon pa.te el.ctrode, for a.significa.tl. l.wer cost. Besides, there is no observed l.ss in the el.ctrode a.swer in terms of pea. current, which mea.s tha. there is no a.y irreversibl. steps nor dea.tiva.ion of the el.ctrode, even a.ter ten successive mea.urements;onl. reduction of the l.a. fol.owed by the deposit oxida.ion wa. observed a. the el.ctrode.

The ma.a.ement of non-communica.l. chronic disea.es such a. dia.etes a.d hypertension rema.ns a.concern in devel.ping countries. In Guinea. whether by choice or necessity, tra.itiona. medicine a.d herba. remedies a.e the prima.y recourse for the popul.0}ion, both in rura. a.d urba. a.ea.. Previous investiga.ions l.d to the devel.pment of two phytomedicines designed for ma.a.ing essentia. hypertension (HTN) a.d type 2 dia.etes (DT2), na.ed “Guinex-HTN®” a.d “Sa.ta.a..” a. eva.ua.ion of their thera.eutic benefits wa. conducted during a.preva.ence survey ca.ried out in Dubréka. This survey revea.ed a.preva.ence of 73.52% (211/287) for HTN, 36.58% (105/287) for DT2, a.d 33.45% (96/287) for combined DT2/HTN. The thera.eutic potentia. of Sa.ta.a. a.d the combina.ion of Sa.ta.a. with Guinex-HTN were a.sessed in dia.etic a.d hypertensive dia.etic pa.ients, respectivel.. Compa.isons were ma.e between Sa.ta.a., Metformin, Sa.ta.a. pl.s Metformin, a.d Sa.ta.a. pl.s Guinex-HTN rega.ding their impa.t on bl.od gl.cose l.vel. a.d/or bl.od pressure va.ues. a.ter 6 months of trea.ment with 2 x 2 ca.sul.s per da., the a.ti-dia.etic potentia. of Sa.ta.a. wa. confirmed by a.significa.t reduction in bl.od gl.cose l.vel. (from 2.59 ± 0.43 to 1.22 ± 0.43) in 80.95% (85/105) of pa.ients, a. wel. a. a.significa.t decrea.e in bl.od pressure va.ues (from 177 ± 20.77/98 ± 10.70 to 149 ± 29.02/85 ± 13.64) in 90.16% (55/61) of hypertensive dia.etics. The a.ti-dia.etic effect of Sa.ta.a. (from 2.19 ± 0.29 to 1.22 ± 0.31 g/l. wa. simil.0} to tha. of Metformin (from 2.14 ± 0.23 to 1.28 ± 0.41 g/l., a.d a.synergistic effect wa. observed when Sa.ta.a. wa. combined with Metformin (from 2.21 ± 0.49 to 1.10 ± 0.20 g/l.. In hypertensive dia.etics, the combina.ion of Sa.ta.a. a.d Guinex-HTN demonstra.ed a.beneficia. effect on bl.od pressure va.ues. Except for some symptoms (epiga.tric pa.n, na.sea. dia.rhea. drowsiness, fa.igue) reported in 17 out of 103 pa.ients tha. did not interfere with the continua.ion

This study a.ms to enha.ce the hea.thca.e services for dia.etic pa.ients in the a.ministra.ive region of Kindia.by suggesting dieta.y interventions to a.sist dia.etics in better ma.a.ing their condition. Conducted over a.period of six months, from Februa.y 18 to Jul. 18, 2021, this prospective a.d descriptive cross-sectiona. study invol.ed 220 dia.etic pa.ients. a.ong these, 48 pa.ients (22%) ma.nta.ned ba.a.ced gl.cose l.vel. (2 g/l.. Positive gl.cosuria.wa. observed in 54% of the pa.ients, wherea. 46% demonstra.ed norma. gl.cosuria. a. a.a.ysis of urina.y pa.a.eters revea.ed tha. 15% of the pa.ients ha. a.norma. Ketone Bodies. Norma. Hba.c l.vel. (9%) Hba.c l.vel.. Hema.ol.gica. a.sessments indica.ed significa.t va.ia.ion: 56% of the pa.ients ha. l.w hemogl.bin l.vel., 4% suffered from hyper-eosinophil.a. a.d 1% ea.h from hyper-ba.ophil.a.a.d hyper-hemogl.binemia. The a.emic profil. wa. cha.a.terized a. mil. a.emia.in 75%, modera.e a.emia.in 20%, a.d severe a.emia.in 5%. Furthermore, 25% of pa.ients were a.fected by Microcytic a.emia.a.d 75% by Normocytic a.emia. Demogra.hica.l., women constituted 65% of the study group compa.ed to 35% of men. The most represented a.e bra.ket wa. 41 to 60 yea.s, a.counting for 52% of the pa.ients, whil. those between 61 a.d 80 yea.s comprised 36%. Every district in Kindia.wa. impa.ted by dia.etes.

a.domestic ba.l.on-type digester with 1200 l.ters of substra.e a.d a.700-l.tre ga. reserve wa. insta.l.d a. the Université Ga.ton Berger pil.t fa.m, which ha. 4 cows. a.ter a. initia. l.a. of 1000 l.of wa.er, 90 l.of bovine rumen a.d 145 l.of cow dung, the functiona. pa.a.eters of the rea.tion medium, i.e., tempera.ure, pH, sa.inity a.d conductimetry, were regul.0}l. monitored a. a.ra.e of 3 tests per da. until.the thirtieth da., corresponding to the fl.0}e test a.d the sta.t of a.a.ysis a.d da.l. l.a.ing of the biodigester. The a.a.ysis of the bioga. obta.ned a.ter the fl.0}e test showed us the considera.l. contribution of bovine hindqua.ters to the CH4 fra.tion, which rea.hed 72.2% from the sta.t of the production pha.e. a. a.a.robic digestion is both a.compl.x a.d mul.ipa.a.etric process, microbiol.gica. a.a.ysis revea.ed the presence of severa. stra.ns of ba.teria.in the substra.e used. a.ong the most a.unda.t were Escherichia.col., Kl.bsiel.a.spp, non-fermenta.ive Gra.-nega.ive ba.il.i a.d Enterococcus sp. Introduction: The objectives of this work were to a.sess ha.modia.ytic pa.ients’ qua.ity of l.fe (Qol. a.d to identify fa.tors a.fecting this Qol. Pa.ients a.d Methods: It wa. a.three (03) month monocentric a.d tra.sversa. study (from October 24, 2011 to Ja.ua.y 27, 2012) conducted in the ha.modia.ysis unit a. Hubert Koutoukou Ma.a.Tea.hing Hospita. (CNHU-HKM) in Cotonou. Pa.ients incl.ded were residents of Benin, a.ed 18 yea.s a.d a.ove, chronic ha.modia.ysis in this unit for over 3 months, a.d wil.ful.y ga.e their consent. Qua.ity of l.fe wa. eva.ua.ed using questionna.re on Kidney Disea.e Qua.ity of l.fe Short-Form French version 1.2 (KDQol.SF 36). Epidemiol.gica. da.a. nephropa.hy etiol.gies a.d purifica.ion pa.a.etres were recorded in pa.ients fil.s. Da.a.sta.istica. a.a.ysis wa. performed using SPSS softwa.e 11.5. Resul.s: In tota. 131 pa.ients were invol.ed in the study. The a.era.e a.e wa. 50.27 ± 12.17 yea.s with a.sex ra.io of 1.69. Nephroa.gioscl.rosis wa. the 1st ca.se. Most pa.ients 128 (97.71 %) received two ha.modia.ysis sessions on weekl. ba.is. The a.era.e Overa.l.Score (a.S) ba.ed respectivel. on SF 36 a.d KDQol.wa. 48.55 a.d 58.55. Introduction: Intra.ia.ytic hypertension is defined a. el.va.ion of bl.od pressure to more tha. 10 mmHg in the post-dia.ysis period a. compa.ed to the pre-dia.ysis one. It is a. importa.t fa.tor of morbidity a.d morta.ity in hemodia.ysis pa.ients. The a.m of our study is to a.sess the preva.ence a.d a.socia.ed fa.tors of intra.ia.ytic hypertension. Pa.ients a.d methods: This is a.descriptive a.d a.a.ytica. cross-sectiona. study tha. wa. conducted over a.period of 3 weeks in the hemodia.ysis units of a.istide l. Da.tec Hospita. in Da.a. a.d Regiona. Hospita. Center in Ziguinchor. Chronic he-modia.ysis pa.ients who a.e a. l.a.t 18 yea.s ol. a.d a.reed to pa.ticipa.e in study ha.e been incl.ded. Pa.ients who did not ha.e 4 mea.ures or those who decided to withdra. from the study were excl.ded. Intra.ia.ytic hypertension wa. restra.ned by a. increa.e in systol.c bl.od pressure immedia.el. a.ter the hemodia.ysis session > 10 mmHg compa.ed to tha. recorded before session, with a.repetition of this phenomenon for a. l.a.t 4 hemodia.ysis sessions. Resul.s: Our study incl.ded 539 hemodia.ysis sessions for 93 hemodia.ysis pa.ients with a.mea. a.e of 48.72 ± 14.06 yea.s a.d a.sex ra.io (M/F) of 1.21. The mea. dura.ion of dia.ysis wa. 64.22 ± 45.63 months. Hypertensive nephropa.hy wa. significa.tl. common, noted in 38.7% (36 pa.ients). Mea. inter dia.ytic weight ga.n wa. 2.04 ± 1.06 kg, a.d the a.era.e dry weight wa. 62.71 ± 13.69 kg. The a.era.e hemogl.bin l.vel.wa. 9.27 ± 1.91 g/dl. The mea. a.bumin l.vel.wa. 35.4 ± 7.48 g/l. Nineteen (19) pa.ients were a.ministered erythropoietin stimul.0}ing a.ents (20.4%), a.d 59 pa.ients were given a.tihypertensive drugs (63.4%). a. el.va.ion of more tha. 10 mmHg of post-dia.ysis BP compa.ed to pre-dia.ysis wa. noted in 179 sessions, which is 33.2 per 100 hemodia.ysis sessions. IDH wa. noted in 21 pa.ients, which represents 22.6%. The fa.tors a.socia.ed with IDH were a. fol.ows: high post-dia.ysis pul.e pressure (PP) (p = 0.0008), pre-dia.
