BACKGROUn. Crohn.s disease(CD)is a chron.c in.lammatory bowel disorder that progresses to bowel damage(BD)over *** image-based in.ex,the Léman. in.ex(LI),has been.developed to measure cumulative *** To characterize the lon.-term progression.of BD in.CD based on.chan.es in.the LI an. to determin. risk factors for lon.-term *** This was a sin.le-cen.er lon.itudin.l cohort *** who had participated in.prospective studies on.the accuracy of magn.tic reson.n.e imagin. usin. en.oscopy as a gold stan.ard an. who had a follow-up of at least 5 years were reevaluated after 5-12 *** Seven.y-two patien.s were *** in.reased in.38 patien.s(52.8%),remain.d un.han.ed in.9 patien.s(12.5%),an. decreased in.25 patien.s(34.7%).The small bowel score an. surgery subscale sign.fican.ly in.reased(P=0.002 an. P=0.001,respectively),whereas the fistulizin. subscale sign.fican.ly decreased(P=0.001).Baselin. parameters associated with BD progression.were ileal location.P=0.026),CD phen.type[stricturin.,fistulizin.,or both(P=0.007,P=0.006,an. P=0.035,respectively)],disease duration.10 years(P=0.019),an. baselin. We an.lysed histologically two Acan.hamoeba keratitis(AK) eyes with an.erior an. posterior segmen. in.lammation.an. blin.n.ss. Two en.cleated eyes of 2 patien.s(age 45 an. 51y) with AK(PCR of epithelial abrasion.positive) were an.lysed. Histological an.lysis was performed usin. hematoxylin.eosin. periodic acid-Schiff an. G?m?rimethen.min. silver stain.n.. We could n.t observe Acan.hamoeba trophozoites or cysts n.ither in.the corn.a n.r in.other ocular tissues. Mean.hile, we foun. uveitis, retin.l vasculitis an. scleritis in.these eyes, due to the lon.-stan.in., recalcitran. AK. So in.this stage of AK, systemic immun. suppression.may be n.cessary for a lon.er time period.

Urban.microclimate peculiarities in.two Arctic cities in.n.rthwestern.Russia--Kirovsk （67.62°n. 33.67°E） an. Apatity （67.57°n. 33.38°E）-were in.estigated by usin. mobile temperature records. The experimen. was carried out in.an. aroun. Apatity an. Kirovsk in.February 2014 an. December 2016. The DS 18B20 digital thermometer was in. stalled on.the roof of a car （height： approximately 1.2 m） to measure an. record temperature variation. automatically. In.addition.to the digital thermometer, the car was also equipped with an.on.oard global position.n. system, allow- in. every temperature measuremen. to be referen.ed with an.altitude an. a latitude/lon.itude position. The possibility of urban.heat islan. formation.in.these polar cities, above the Arctic Circle, was studied. Our an.lysis in.icated that on.11 February 2014, the temperature varied in.accordan.e with the backgroun. en.iron.en.al lapse rate （-0.0045℃ m^-1）, an. n.arly correspon.ed to it （-0.0165℃ m^-1） on.12 February 2014. On.6 December 2016, a stron. local temperature in.ersion.with a positive value of 0.032℃ m^-1 was detected, seemin.ly caused by the formation.of a cold air pool in.the valley n.ar Kirovsk. It was foun. that the temperature variation. within.an. outside these cities are stron.ly in.luen.ed by local topographic effects an. the physical con.ition. of the atmospheric boun.ary layer.
