The amount of data that is traveling across the internet today, including very large and complex set of raw facts that are not only large, but also, complex, noisy, heterogeneous, and longitudinal data as well. Companies, institutions, healthcare system, mobile application capturing devices and sensors, traffic management, banking, retail, education etc., use piles of data which are further used for creating reports in order to ensure continuity regarding the services that they have to offer. Recently, Big data is one of the most important topics in IT industry. Managing Big data needs new techniques because traditional security and privacy mechanisms are inadequate and unable to manage complex distributed computing for different types of data. New types of data have different and new challenges also. A lot of researches treat with big data challenges starting from Doug Laney’s landmark paper, during the previous two decades;the big challenge is how to operate a huge volume of data that has to be securely delivered through the internet and reach its destination intact. The present paper highlights important concepts of Fifty-verdana;">six Big Data v’s characteristics. This paper also highlights the security and privacy Challenges that Big Data faces and solving this problem by proposed technological solutions that help us avoiding these challenging problems.

Studying the possibilities of electron beam welding (EBW) and the principles of construction of equipment for electron beam welding,led by academician Boris Evgenyevich Paton,began at the *** Electric Welding Institute (PWI) in *** resulted in development of the first laboratory-scale plant and welding of different small *** year later the method of electron beam welding turned out to be in great demand:in nuclear power engineering,in production of electric vacuum devices and liquid-fuel rocket *** 1961-1962 owing to effective coordination of work performed at government level,the first production machines for electron beam welding were put into operation at a number of branch *** the next few years,application of electron beam welding became wider,first of all in the above mentioned industries,and simultaneously electron beam welding began to be accepted by aircraft and power engineering *** 1960-s PWI organized in Ukraine full-scale production of power units,developed by it (guns,power sources and control systems) on the basis of Sumy Factory of Electron Microscopes.72 complete sets of power source units of SP-30 type (25 kv,500 mА),330 complete sets of U-250А (30 kv,450 mА),320 complete sets of ela-60 (60 kv,250,500 and 1000 mА) and ela-120 (120 kv,1000 mА) were manufactured in different periods of *** October 16th 1969 the first test of electron beam welding and cutting of metals was carried out in ?Soyuz-6? spaceship,that practically initiated the space *** was performed in vulkan unit developed by *** that in space X-radiation and difficulties with high-voltage insulation could eliminate the possibility of electron beam application,low accelerating voltage (not higher than 8 kv) was used.

The use of plant extracts as antifungal agents is gaining increasing attention, particularly for the control of black pod disease in cocoa. Despite extensive research, current strategies haven’t been entirely effective. This study evaluated the effectiveness of Cymbopogon citratus and Blumea balsamifora leaf extracts, both individually and in combination, against Phytophthora megakarya. We assessed the efficacy of the most promising combination (75% B. balsamifera, 25% C. citratus) after storage at room temperature for up to 9 days. Agar microdilution and in vivo bioassays were conducted to determine antifungal susceptibility and effectiveness. Blumea extract exhibited the highest overall inhibitory activity, with the lowest minimum inhibitory concentration (117 µl mL−1) while C. citratus had a narrower range of MIC (146 to 233 µl mL−1). The combination of C. citratus and B. balsamifera demonstrated a synergistic effect against P. megakarya, achieving growth inhibition on v8 media (92.72 ± 4.20% to 100%) and on artificially infected detached pod cortex (92.24 ± 4.53% to 98.75 ± 1.25%), which was not significantly different from the positive control (Ridomil). Furthermore, this combination maintained its effectiveness for up to 9 days at room temperature. These findings suggest that combining plant extracts can enhance their antifungal properties.

Significance of glacio-morphological factors in glacier retreat：a case study of part of Chenab basin,Himalaya

A study has been carried out in part of Chenab basin,Himalaya to understand the relationship between glacio-morphological factors and change in glacial area. Initially change in areal extent of glaciers was derived for two time frames(1962-2001/02 and 2001/02-2010/11). The study comprised of 324 glaciers for the monitoring period of 1962-2001/02 for,which 11% loss in glacial area was observed. Two hundred and thirty-eight glaciers were further monitored between 2001/02 and 2010/11. These glaciers showed an area loss of 1.1%. The annual deglaciation has been found to be higher during the period of 1962-2001/02 compared to 2001/02-2010/11. The spatial and temporal variability in deglaciation was also addressed usingglacio-morphic parameters. Area,length,percentage of debris cover,and various elevation parameters of glaciers were observed to have significant controls on relationships to the rate of glacial shrinkage. Largerarea and longer glaciers show a lower percentage of retreat than smaller and shorter ones. Moreover,glaciers located at lower altitudes and having gentle slopes show more area retreat. The results of area retreat in debris covered and debris free glaciers supports that the glaciers covered by debris retard ice melting at some extent. 158 glaciers were observed having no debris cover,and these exhibit 14% of loss in surface area. In glaciers having 40% debris cover,8% of deglaciation was observed. The glaciers located below equilibrium line altitude(ela) have experienced 4.6% of deglaciation for the time frame 2001/02 – 2010/11 whereas it was found to be 1.1% for the glaciers occurring above ela. However,theorientation of glaciers did not show any considerable influence on glacial change based on hypothesis.
