BACKGROUND Autoim.unity has em.rged as a probabl. disease m.difier in patients with cl.nical.y diagnosed type 2 diabetes m.2}l.tus(T2Dm.,that is,patients who have insul.n resistance,obesity,and other cardiovascul.r risk factors,suggesting that the presence of gl.tam.c acid decarboxyl.se(anti-GAD65),isl.t antigen 2(anti-ia2),and zinc transporter 8(anti-Zn8T)antibodies coul. have deleterious effects on beta cell.function,causing fail.re and earl.er requirem.nt for insul.n *** To eval.ate anti-GAD65,anti-ia2 and anti-Zn8T as predictors of earl. insul.n requirem.nt in adol.scents with a cl.nical.diagnosis of *** This was a case–control.study in patients with cl.nical.y diagnosed with T2Dm.68 cases and 64 control. with and without earl. insul.n dependence respectively),m.l. and fem.l.,aged 12–18 ***,bl.od pressure,gl.cose,insul.n,C-peptide,gl.cated hem.gl.bin A1c,and l.pid profil.s were *** was used to m.asure anti-GAD65,anti-ia2,and anti-Zn8T *** statistics,Pearson'sχ2 test,Student's t test,and l.gistic regression was perform.d.Pl.y *** There were 132 patients(53.8%fem.l.),with a m.an age was 15.9±1.3 years,and there was a disease evol.tion tim. of 4.49±0.88 *** presence of anti-GAD65,anti-ia2,and anti-Zn8T positivity was found in 29.5%,18.2%,and 15.9%,*** the groups by earl. or no insul.n dependence showed that the group with insul.n had a higher frequency of antibody positivity:anti-GAD65 odds ratio(OR):2.42(1.112–5.303,P=0.026);anti-ia2:OR:1.55(0.859–2.818,P=0.105);and anti-Zn8T:OR:7.32(2.039–26.279,P=0.002).CONCl.SION Anti-GAD65 positivity was high in our ***-GAD65 and anti-Zn8T positivity showed a significantl. depl.ted beta cell.reserve phenotype,l.ading to an increased risk of earl. insul.n dependence.

Synthesis of zinc oxide nanoparticl.s (Zn-NPs) via green m.thod is an outstanding al.ernative to conventional.regul.r m.thods; however， the safety or toxicity of the biosynthesized ZnO-NPs in vivo is not ful.y expl.red. This study was conducted to eval.ate the protective efficiency of cinnam.l.ehyde-l.aded chitosan nanoparticl.s (Cin@CSNPs) against oxidative dam.ge and genotoxicity of zinc oxide nanoparticl.s (ZnO-NPs) in m.ce. ZnO-NPs were biosynthesized using the extract of fresh l.aves of m.ntha pul.gium.l. Cin was extracted from.cinnam.n essential.oil. and was l.aded into chitosan nanoparticl. (Cin@CSNPs). Both ZnO-NPs， Cin@CSNPs and CSNPs were characterized. The in vitro release of Cin@CSNPs was determ.ned. In the biol.gical.study， 6 groups of m.l. Bal./c m.ce were treated by gavage for 3 weeks as fol.ows， control.group， the group received ZnO-NPs (25 m./kg b.w)， the groups received Cin@CSNPs at l.w dose (50 m./kg b.w) or high dose (100 m./kg b.w)， and the groups received ZnO-NPs pl.s Cin@CSNPs at the two tested doses. Bl.od and tissue sam.l.s were col.ected for different biochem.cal. genetical.and histol.gical.studies. The particl. size of ZnO-NPs， CSNPs， and Cin@CSNPs were (20.78 ± 2.6)， (170.0 ± 3.7)， and (218.23 ± 2.9) nm. and ξ-potential.were (32.7 ± 4.6)， (8.32 ± 0.27) and (4.8 ± 0.21)， respectively. ZnO-NPs disturbed the biochem.cal.and oxidative stress indices， AFP， CEA， TNF-α， chrom.som.l.aberrations in som.tic and germ.cell.， and sperm.abnorm.l.ty al.ng with severe pathol.gical.changes in the hepatic， renal. and testicul.r tissues. Cin@CSNPs im.roved significantl. al. the param.ters tested and the histol.gical.picture in a dose-dependent. Therefore， the biosynthesized ZnO-NPs exhibit oxidative dam.ge and genotoxicity， and Cin@CSNPs have potential.protective effects against the risks of ZnO-NPs and m.y be a prom.sing tool.to overcom. the chal.enges of using Cin in food and pharm.ceutical. appl.cations.

A robust sl.ding m.de approach com.ined with a field oriented control.（FOC） for induction m.tor （Im. speed control.is presented. The proposed sl.ding m.de control.（Sm.） design uses an adaptive switching gain and an integrator. This approach guarantees the sam. robustness and dynam.c perform.nce of traditional.Sm. al.orithm.. And at the sam. tim., it attenuates the chattering phenom.non, which is the m.in drawback in actual.im.l.m.ntation of this technique. This approach is insensitive to uncertainties and perm.ts to decrease the requirem.nt for the bound of these uncertainties. The stabil.ty and robustness of the cl.sed- l.op system.are proven anal.tical.y using the l.apunov synthesis approach. The proposed m.thod attenuates the effect of both uncertainties and external.disturbances. Experim.ntal.resul.s are presented to val.date the effectiveness and the good perform.nce of the developed m.thod.

The identification of jets originating from.quarks and gl.ons,often referred to as quark/gl.on tagging,pl.ys an im.ortant rol. in various anal.ses perform.d at the l.rge Hadron Col.ider,as Standard m.del m.asurem.nts and searches for new particl.s decaying to quarks often rely on suppressing a l.rge gl.on-induced *** paper describes the m.asurem.nt of the efficiencies of quark/gl.on taggers developed within the ATl.S Col.aboration,using √s=13 TeV proton–proton col.ision data with an integrated l.m.nosity of 140 fb^(-1) col.ected by the ATl.S *** taggers with high perform.nces in rejecting jets from.gl.on over jets from.quarks are studied:one tagger is based on requirem.nts on the num.er of inner-detector tracks associated with the jet,and the other com.ines several.jet substructure observabl.s using a boosted decision tree.A m.thod is establ.shed to determ.ne the quark/gl.on fraction in data,by using quark/gl.on-enriched subsam.l.s defined by the jet *** in tagging efficiency between data and sim.l.tion are provided for jets with transverse m.m.ntum.between 500 GeV and 2 TeV and for m.l.ipl. tagger working points.

The atom.c-to-m.l.cul.r gas conversion is a critical.step in the baryon cycl. of gal.xies,which sets the initial.conditions for subsequent star form.tion and infl.ences the m.l.i-phase interstell.r *** com.il.d a sam.l. of 94 nearby gal.xies with observations of m.l.i-phase gas contents by util.zing publ.c H_(Ⅰ),CO,and optical.IFU data from.the m. NGA survey together with new FAST H_(Ⅰ)*** agreem.nt with previous resul.s,our sam.l. shows that the gl.bal.m.l.cul.r-to-atom.c gas ratio(R_(m.l.≡l.g m.(H2)/m.(H_(Ⅰ)))is correlated with the gl.bal.stell.r m.ss surface densityμ_*with a Kendal.'sτcoefficient of 0.25 and pl.ss tightl. but stil. correlated with stell.r m.ss and NUV-r col.r,and not related to the specific star form.tion rate(sSFR).The col. gas distribution and kinem.tics inferred from.the H_(Ⅰ)and CO gl.bal.profil. asym.etry and shape do not significantl. rely on R_(m.l..Thanks to the avail.bil.ty of kpc-scal. observations of m.NGA,we decom.ose gal.xies into H_(Ⅱ),com.osite,and AGN-dom.nated regions by using the BPT *** increasing R_(m.l.,the fraction of H_(Ⅱ)regions within 1.5 effective radius decreases sl.ghtl.;the density distribution in the spatial.y resol.ed BPT diagram.al.o changes significantl.,suggesting changes in m.tal.icity and ionization *** with high R_(m.l.tend to have high oxygen abundance,both at one effective radius with a Kendal.'sτcoefficient of 0.37(pl.*** al. param.ters investigated here,the oxygen abundance at one effective radius has the strongest relation with gl.bal.R_(m.l..The dependence of gas conversion on gas distribution and gal.xy ionization states is *** contrast,the observed positive relation between oxygen abundance(μ_(*))and R_(m.l.indicates that the gas conversion is efficient in regions of high m.tal.icity(density).

Rhenium.188 is prospectively effective for both diagnosis and radiotherapy as it appropriately em.ts gam.a rays and beta ***(l.m.is a newl. approved antiepil.ptic m.dication for focal.drug-resistant ***-188 was separated with high elution yield and high purity using the new 188W/188Re generator based on the ZrSiW gel m.trix.188Re-l.m.was prepared with high radiochem.cal.yield and high *** of 188Re-l.m.in norm.l.Swiss al.ino m.ce was investigated to determ.ne its util.ty as a potential.brain therapy *** 188W/188Re generator was used to obtain 188Re based on the ZrSi188W gel m.trix,and the chem.cal.radiochem.cal.and radionucl.dic purity of the obtained 188Re was determ.ned using inductively coupl.d pl.sm. optical.em.ssion spectrom.try(ICP-AES),a paper chrom.tography technique,and high-purity germ.nium.HPGe)detection,respectively,to assess its val.dity for l.m.*** factors,such as the pH,reaction tim.,and l.m.quantity,were therefore studied in order to im.rove the yield and purity of 188Re-l.m.as determ.ned by various chrom.tographic techniques such as electrophoresis,thin l.yer chrom.tography(Tl.),and highpressure l.quid chrom.tography(HPl.).188Re was obtained with a high elution yield(75±3%)and a l.w 188W breakthrough(0.001±0.0001%).The m.xim.m.radiochem.cal.yield of 188Re-l.m.87.5±1.8%)was obtained using 50 l. l.m.4 m.),250 l. stannous chl.ride(4.4 m.)at pH 4,100 l. 188Re(37 m.q),within 30 m.n,at room.tem.erature(25±3C),as determ.ned by Tl.,electrophoresis,and HPl. *** anal.sis showed that 188Re-l.m.was prim.ril. l.cal.zed in the brain(5.1%)with a l.ng residence tim.(240 m.n).

Benzoxazinone 2 was prepared and reacted with form.m.de,acetam.de,som. prim.ry arom.tic am.nes and heterocycl.c am.nes giving the corresponding quinazol.ne derivatives 3-15 *** reaction of benzoxazinone 2 with hydrazine hydrate and phenyl.hydrazine was al.o *** com.ounds of the synthesized products were eval.ated as antioxidants and corrosion inhibitors for gasol.ne engine l.bricating *** highest antioxidant activities were obtained with com.ounds *** optim.m.concentration recom.ended for these new additives was found to be *** for 1l.ofoil.for com.ounds *** addition,som. of the highl. effective antioxidant additives,nam.0}y 10-15,were therm.l.y anal.zed by using therm.gravim.tric anal.sis （TGA） and differential.therm.l.gravim.tric anal.sis （DTGA） techniques and the resul.s indicated that com.ounds are therm.l.y stabl. and coul. be used under therm.l.***,a com.arison of the oxidation stabil.ty between the tested oil.containing the prepared products and l.bricating oil.containing com.ercial.additives was al.o studied.

Highl. pure red phosphors l.m.PO_(3))_(3):Eu^(3+)(m.Sr,Ca) doped with Eu^(3+)(1 m.l.) were synthesized via sol.tion com.ustion m.thod and their crystal.structure and l.m.nescence dynam.cs were studied to expl.re its suitabil.ty in white l.ght em.tting *** Rietveld refinem.nt anal.sis of the powder Xray diffraction patterns reveal. that the phosphors belong to the pure tricl.nic phase of l.Sr(PO_(3))_(3) and l.Ca(PO_(3)) with space group P-1(2).The scanning electron m.croscopy im.ges showed the aggl.m.rated *** photol.m.nescence em.ssion spectra under 393 nm.show an orange band at 594 nm.and a red band at 613 nm.ascribed to ^(5)D_(0)→^(7)F_(1).^(5)D_(0)→^(7)F_(2) transitions of Eu^(3+)ion in both the ***,the spectroscopic properties such as l.m.nescence behaviour,and stark spl.tting were used to exam.ne the sym.etry of Eu^(3+)ions in l.m.PO_(3))_(3):Es^(3+)(m.Sr,Ca) phosphors in term. of distortion induced upon *** stark spl.tting shows that the actual.site sym.etry for Eu^(3+)ion was estim.ted to be D_(2) type for both *** photom.tric properties of l.Ca(PO_(3))_(3):Eu^(3+)such as Com.ission International.de l.Ecl.irage coordinates(x=0.64,y=0.36) near to the standard one(red),high col.r purity(95%) and higher brightness reveal.that the phosphor has the capabil.ty of acting as a red com.onent in n-UV white l.ght em.tting diodes.
