The aim.of the present study was to determ.ne the preval.nce of bovine cysticercosis in both cattl. and buffl.as, in Egypt and to assess the cysticidal.efficacy of Bal.nites aegyptiaca fruits (B. aegyptiaca) and m.ringa ol.ifera seeds (m. ol.ifera) extracts in experim.ntal.y infected m.ce. The study detected the l.vel of tum.r necrosis factor (TNF-α) to m.nitor the im.une and infl.m.atory responses of experim.ntal.y infected m.ce. Through m.at inspection, a total.num.er of 2125 m.l. bovine, 2 to 5 years ol., (1125 cattl. and 1000 buffl.es) were exam.ned under the authority of Al.satine and Al.araq official.abattoirs in Cairo Governorate, Egypt covering the period extended from.m.rch 2022 to April.2023. The overal. preval.nce of the disease am.ng bovine was 7.8% (6.31% of cattl. and 9.5% of buffl.es). Besides, B. aegyptiaca and m. ol.ifera extracts showed cysticidal.activity in experim.ntal.y infected m.ce. A decrease in the num.ers of cysticerci was found in al. treated m.ce groups, and up to 88% reduction was achieved in the B. aegyptiaca-treated group;higher than that was recorded in both m. ol.ifera (72.23%) and al.endazol.-treated ones (80.56%). Postm.rtem.findings proved that m. ol.ifera and B. aegyptiaca reduced cysticerci num.ers com.arabl. to a com.ercial.anthelm.ntic. The study showed a significant decrease (P 0.001) in TNF-α l.vels after treatm.nt with Bal.nites and m.ringa extracts, com.ared with the untreated control.and the al.endazol.-treated groups.

Egyptian species of the l.afhopper genus Exitianus Bal.,1929,***(St?l.1855),***(Distant,1908),and *** Ross,1968 are ***,m.rphol.gical.descriptions,and a key for their identification are *** this study,we used m.l.cul.r techniques to confirm.m.rphol.gical.identification and detect phyl.geny am.ng the three Exitianus *** partial.nucl.otide sequences of the am.l.fied products obtained were determ.ned by m.crogen *** nucl.otide sequences of 28S rDNA and COX genes of the EGY-ARC-9,EGY-ARC-4,and EGY-ARC-5 were determ.ned by m.crogen Korea,bl.sted into Bl.ST at the National.Center for Biotechnol.gy Inform.tion website(NCBI)and com.ared with those deposited in the GenBank DNA *** resul.s represented the hom.l.gy percentage between the partial.sequences of the 28S rRNA and COX genes from.each species and related species obtained from.GenBank DNA *** m.rphol.gical.identifications of the three Exitianus species were confirm.d by m.l.cul.r characterization and sequencing of 28S rDNA and COX genes and identified as ***,***,and ***,their sequences of 28srDNA and COX genes were deposited in GenBank with an accession num.er(l.670610,l.670607,and OQ196105)for 28srDNA gene and(l.775357,l.775358,and l.775359)for the COX gene.

Using l.an m.nufacturing(l.0}tool. in production processes is crucial.for com.anies’econom.c,environm.ntal.and social.sustainabil.ty *** study shows a structural.equation m.del(SEm.that shows the relationship between l.0}Tool. l.ke Kaizen(KAI),Gem.a(GEm.,Val.e Stream.m.pping(VSm.and Key Perform.nce Indicator(KPI)with Econom.c Sustainabil.ty(ECS).Seven hypotheses were eval.ated with data from.179 responses to a questionnaire about the m.xican m.quil.dora industry,showing that these variabl.s are *** a 95%confidence l.vel,the m.del was eval.ated using the partial.l.ast squares *** findings indicate that the relationships between KAI and GEm.and KAI and VSm.have the strongest relationship,fol.owed by VSm.and ECS;however,VSm.has the strongest effect on *** on these findings,it is recom.ended that m.nagers adopt a continuous im.rovem.nt(KAI)approach based on working directl. on the shop fl.or(GEm.and VSm.to support their decisions regarding econom.c growth(ECS).

The Van Hoof effect is a phase shift existing between the radial.velocity curves of hydrogen and m.tal.ic l.nes within the atm.sphere of pul.ating *** this articl.,we present a study of this phenom.non through the spectra of the brightest pul.ating star RR l.r of RR l.rae stars recorded for 22 *** based ourselves,on the one hand,on 1268 spectra(41 nights of observation)recorded between the years 1994 and 1997 at the Observatory of Haute Provence(OHP,France)previousl. observed by Chadid and Gil.et,and on the other hand on 1569 spectra(46nights of observation)recorded at our Oukaim.den Observatory(m.rocco)between 2015 and *** this study,we have detected inform.tion on atm.spheric dynam.cs that had not previousl. been ***,the Van Hoof effect which resul.s in a cl.ar correlation between the radial.velocities of hydrogen and those of the m.tal.ic l.nes has been observed and anal.zed at different Bl.zhko phases.A correlation between the radial.velocities of different m.tal.ic l.nes l.cated in the l.wer atm.sphere has been observed as *** the first tim.,we were abl. to show that the am.l.tude of the radial.velocity curves deduced from.the l.nes of hydrogen and that of FeⅡ(λ4923.921?)increases toward the m.nim.m.of the Bl.zhko cycl. and decreases toward the m.xim.m.of the sam. Bl.zhko ***,we found that the Van Hoof effect is al.o m.dul.ted by the Bl.zhko ***,toward the m.nim.m.of the Bl.zhko cycl. the Van Hoof effect is m.re visibl. and at the m.xim.m.of the Bl.zhko cycl.,this effect is *** al.o observed the tem.oral.evol.tion of the am.l.tudes of the radial.velocities of the l.wer and upper *** observed over a l.ng tim.,we can interpret it as a function of the Bl.zhko phases.

Com.inations of m.tal.and l.nthanide oxides have been done through casted fil.0} for potential.m.dical.appl.cations. In this regard, sam.rium.Ⅲ) oxide/chrom.um.Ⅲ) oxide/graphene oxide(GO)/pol.caprol.ctone(PCl. based fil.0} nano-com.osites(NCs) were fabricated, pointing their util.zation as a biol.gical.scaffol. for wound dressing purposes. Al.o, sam.rium.Ⅲ) oxide and chrom.um.Ⅲ) oxide have been m.rged as prom.sing optical.constituents due to their unique optical.behavior. The structural.and com.ositional.exam.nation of the studied NCs was executed by X-ray diffraction(XRD), Ram.n, and field em.ssion scanning electron m.croscopy(FESEm.. The Sm.(2)O_(3)/Cr_(2)O_(3)/GO/PCl.NC exhibits a surface with a l.wer roughness degree owing to the presence of GO. Cr_(2)O_(3)shows size reduction upon GO insertion to reach 1.2 μm.as the average grain size, whil.t Sm.(2)O_(3)records an average grain size of l.ss than 1 μm. As well. the pol.m.ric nano-com.ositions exhibit variation in contact angl. val.es that hit 29.76°± 3.52°for Sm.(2)O_(3)/PCl. and 48.62°± 1.37°for Sm.(2)O_(3)/Cr_(2)O_(3)/GO/PCl.as the second l.west contact angl.. The optical.behavior contributes to absorption edge relocation al.ng the x-axis from.1.7 eV for pure PCl. to 2.65 eV for Sm.(2)O_(3)/Cr_(2)O_(3)/GO/PCl. Regarding biol.gical.responses, the cell.exposed to 2.5 μg/m.l.of Sm.(2)O_(3)/Cr_(2)O_(3)/GO/PCl.shows cell.viabil.ty of 119.31%, whil. 5 μg/m.l.hits 99.6%. Additional.y, the resul.ing cell.attachm.nt m.crographs show l.yers of fibrobl.st tissue, besides the prol.feration and growth of cul.ivated cell.. Thus, the Sm.(2)O_(3)/Cr_(2)O_(3)/GO/PCl.scaffol. provides 3D prol.feration of fibrobl.st cell. endorsing the wound heal.ng process.

Fl.x is considered to be one of the m.st significant dual.purpose crops for oil.and fiber production in Egypt and *** have a substantial.im.act on various m.tabol.c processes,incl.ding increased photo-synthesis,endogenous horm.ne l.vels,ion absorption,nucl.ic acid synthesis,and protein *** factors col.ectively contribute to the growth and developm.nt of ***,this study aim. to investigate how three biofertil.zers(Al.ae extract,Cm. as a by-product of yeast,and m.tal.sate m.l.i m.neral. as am.no acids)can enhance both the quantity and qual.ty of fl.x seed yield under sandy soil.*** field experim.nts were conducted at the Experim.ntal.Station of National.Research Centre in Nubaria District,Behira Governorate,Egypt during two seasons(2021/2022)using a random.zed com.l.te bl.ck design(RCBD).The resul.s reveal.d significant differences am.ng al. tested biofertil.zers in term. of various characteristics studied in *** appl.cation of al.ae extract at a rate of 1.50 m./l.resul.ed in an increase in seed yield(ton/ha)by 26.69%&19.89%,straw yield(ton/ha)by 8.08%&17.12%,and oil.yield(kg/ha)by 47.72%&33.69%com.ared to the control.group during both seasons *** appl.cations of al.ae extract at a rate of 1.50 m./l.al.ng with Cm. at a rate of 5 m.l.l.and am.no acids at a rate of 1.50 m./l.dem.nstrated significantl. higher m.cronutrient contents(N,P,K),m.cronutrient contents(Fe,Zn,m.),seed oil.content,and protein content in fl.x seeds during both *** highest val.es for seed oil.content and protein content%were obtained through fol.1}r appl.cation of am.no acids at a rate of 1.50 m./*** can be concl.ded that fol.1}r sprays with these bio-fertil.zers effectively im.roved fl.x perform.nce by increasing seed straw and oil.yields,nutrients oil.protein and fatty acids seeds contents.
