The goal of this study was to use s.a.istical optimization to change the nutritional and environmental conditions so that streptomyces baarensis MH-133 could make more active *** trials were used to screen for critical variables influencing productivity using the Placket-Burman Design *** MH-133 is significantly influenced by elicitation,yeast extract,inoculum size,and incubation period in terms of antibacterial activity.A total of 27 experimental trials with various combinations of these factors were used to carry out the response surface technique using the Box-Behnken *** analyses revealed that the model was highly significant(pel predicted that the response as inhibition zone diameter would reach a value of 27 *** optimal conditions,*** MH-133 produced 18.0 g of crude extract to each 35L and was purified with column *** active fraction exhibiting antibacterial activity was characterized using spectroscopic *** MIC and MBC values varied between 37.5 and 300μg/ml and 75 and 300μg/ml,*** conclusion,the bios.a.istical optimization of the active fraction critical variables,including environmental and nutritional conditions,enhances the production of bioactive molecules by streptomyces species.

The behavior of non-Newtonian power-law nanofluids under free convection heat transfer conditions in a cooled square enclosure equipped with a heated fin is investigated *** particular,the impact of nanofluids,composed of water and Al_(2)O_(3),TiO_(2),and Cu nanoparticles,on heat transfer enhancement is *** aim of this res.a.ch is.a.so to analyze the influence of different parameters,including the Rayleigh number(Ra=10^(4)-10^(6)),nanoparticle volume fraction(φ=0%-20%),non-Newtonian power-law indexes(n=0.6-1.4),and fin dimensions.a.=0.3,0.5,and 0.7).streamlines.a.d isotherms.a.e used to depict flow and related heat transfer *** indicate that thermal performance improves with increasing Rayleigh number,regardless of the nanoparticle type or nanofluid rheological *** suggests that the buoyancy force has.a.significant impact on heat transfer,particularly near the heat *** Nusselt number is more sensitive to variations in Cu nanoparticle volume fractions compared to Al₂O₃and TiO₂.Moreover,the average Nusselt numbers for power-law nanofluids with n1)are greater(s.a.ler)than for Newtonian fluids due to the decrease(increase)in viscosity with increasing(decreasing)shear rate,at the same values of Rayleigh number Ra owing to the amplification(attenuation)of the convective ***,the most subs.a.tial enhancement is observed with Cu-water shear-thinning nanofluid,where the Nusselt number increases by 136%when changing from Newtonian to shear thinning behavior and by 154.9%when adding 16%nanoparticle volume ***,an even larger increase of 57%in the average Nusselt number is obtained on increasing the fin length from 0.3 to 0.7.

In the present work,some novel α-amino nitriles were prepared:amino-2-(anthracen-9-yl)acetonitrile(AAN),and 2-(naphthalen-1-yl)-2-((triethoxysilyl)propyl)amino)acetonitrile(si-AN).With the aid of other organic compounds(3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane“APTEs.a.d tetraethyl orthosilicate“TEOs”),the following carbon nanotubes“CNT”and magnetite“Mag”based adsorbents were prepared:CNT-AAN,Mag-siO_(2),Mag-siO_(2)-APTEs,Mag-siO_(2)-*** FT-IR,1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy proved the formation of(C triple bond N)and(NH-)bonds which indicated successful amino nitrile modification of the *** ability of the above-mentioned adsorbents to remove cadmium“Cd(ii)”from water was studied at various pH *** modification with AAN reduced Cd(ii)uptake,while all Mag modifications increased Cd *** addition of AAN to the extraction medium with CNT sorbent reduced Cd(ii)*** addition of TEOs.a.d si-AN to the extraction medium for Cd(ii)removal using Mag was studied where a positive impact was *** on the above experiments,it was decided to use Mag as.a.sorbent with the addition of si-AN to the extraction *** optimization recommended pH 8 and Cd:si-AN molar ratio of 1:*** maximum adsorption capacity towards Cd(ii)achieved in this study was 65 mg g^(−1).The method selectivity,re-usability and applicability on well water and tap water samples gave appropriate *** adsorption of Cd(ii)on Mag in the presence of si-AN was fast,endothermic,spontaneous,favored and physi-sorption was predominant.

Flax is considered to be one of the most significant dual-purpose crops for oil and fiber production in Egypt and *** have a subs.a.tial impact on various metabolic processes,including increased photo-synthesis,endogenous hormone levels,ion absorption,nucleic acid synthesis.a.d protein *** factors collectively contribute to the growth and development of ***,this study aims to investigate how three biofertilizers.a.gae extract,CMs.a. a by-product of yeast,and Metalosate multi minerals.a. amino acids)can enhance both the quantity and quality of flax seed yield under sandy soil *** field experiments were conducted at the Experimental s.a.ion of National Res.a.ch Centre in Nubaria District,Behira Governorate,Egypt during two s.a.ons(2021/2022)using a randomized complete block design(RCBD).The results revealed significant differences.a.ong all tested biofertilizers in terms of various characteristics studied in *** application of algae extract at a rate of 1.50 mL/L resulted in an increase in seed yield(ton/ha)by 26.69%&19.89%,straw yield(ton/ha)by 8.08%&17.12%,and oil yield(kg/ha)by 47.72%&33.69%compared to the control group during both s.a.ons *** applications of algae extract at a rate of 1.50 mL/L along with CMs.a. a rate of 5 m L/L and amino acids.a. a rate of 1.50 mL/L demonstrated significantly higher macronutrient contents(N,P,K),micronutrient contents(Fe,Zn,Mn),seed oil content,and protein content in flax seeds during both *** highest values for seed oil content and protein content%were obtained through foliar application of amino acids.a. a rate of 1.50 mL/*** can be concluded that foliar sprays with these bio-fertilizers effectively improved flax performance by increasing seed straw and oil yields,nutrients oil,protein and fatty acids seeds contents.

Combinations of metal and lanthanide oxides have been done through casted films for potential medical applications. In this regard, samarium(Ⅲ) oxide/chromium(Ⅲ) oxide/graphene oxide(GO)/polycaprolactone(PCL) based films nano-composites(NCs) were fabricated, pointing their utilization as.a.biological s.a.fold for wound dressing purposes. Also, samarium(Ⅲ) oxide and chromium(Ⅲ) oxide have been merged as promising optical constituents due to their unique optical behavior. The structural and compositional examination of the studied NCs was executed by X-ray diffraction(XRD), Raman, and field emission s.a.ning electron microscopy(FEsEM). The sm_(2)O_(3)/Cr_(2)O_(3)/GO/PCL NC exhibits.a.surface with a lower roughness degree owing to the presence of GO. Cr_(2)O_(3)shows size reduction upon GO insertion to reach 1.2 μm as the average grain size, whilst sm_(2)O_(3)records.a. average grain size of less than 1 μm. As well, the polymeric nano-compositions exhibit variation in contact angle values that hit 29.76°± 3.52°for sm_(2)O_(3)/PCL, and 48.62°± 1.37°for sm_(2)O_(3)/Cr_(2)O_(3)/GO/PCL as the second lowest contact angle. The optical behavior contributes to absorption edge relocation along the x-axis from 1.7 eV for pure PCL, to 2.65 eV for sm_(2)O_(3)/Cr_(2)O_(3)/GO/PCL. Regarding biological responses, the cell exposed to 2.5 μg/m L of sm_(2)O_(3)/Cr_(2)O_(3)/GO/PCL shows cell viability of 119.31%, while 5 μg/m L hits 99.6%. Additionally, the resulting cell attachment micrographs show layers of fibroblast tissue, besides the proliferation and growth of cultivated cells. Thus, the sm_(2)O_(3)/Cr_(2)O_(3)/GO/PCL s.a.fold provides 3D proliferation of fibroblast cells endorsing the wound healing process.

Two field experiments were conducted during the main s.a.ons of 2021/2022 at the Res.a.ch and Production s.a.ion of National Res.a.ch Centre in Egypt to investigate the effects of farmyard manure(FYM)and boron on Canola growth,yield,oil yield,and *** results unequivocally demonstrated that the combined application of FYM at a rate of 14.4 ton ha^(-1)with a foliar spray of boron at 100 ppm positively influenced plant characteristics,leading to enhanced growth rates.a.d higher yields compared to the control ***,this integrated approach significantly improved nutrient content by enhancing levels of oil content,carbohydrates,proteins,phenolics,flavonoids.a.d total soluble *** findings provide compelling evidence that utilizing farm manure along with boron can effectively enhance Canola properties in newly reclaimed soils while promoting sus.a.nable agricultural practices.

The Zeit sand reservoir is one of the most prolific formations.a. Northwestern side of the Gulf of *** this res.a.ch we will try to coordinate between electrical,petrophysical properties,depositional environment and facies discrimination in order to evaluate the hydrocarbon potentiality of studied Zeit *** s.a.istical parameters for potassium(K),thorium(Th)and Th/U ratio contents have a general increase towards northwestern parts,whereas uranium(U)content has.a.general increase towards southeastern *** sandstone facies is distinguished from the other facies by its thorium content>4 ppm.U has high carbonate content(U≥1 ppm).Rocks'electrical properties vary greatly depending on a number of *** measurements were taken at frequencies range of(5×10^(-4)Hz-100 kHz)for fully saturated samples(clayey sandstone)with NaCl(20 gm/L).As salinity,clay content,and frequency increase,consequently does the electrical *** continental condition are present in northwestern part(back-s.a.which is distinguished by high K percent,high Th,high Th/U ratio,and low U *** K,Th,and Th/U ratio contents,with high U contents,characterize the marine depositional environment that existed around the east and southeastern parts(fores.a.coincide with the dipping of strata).Furthermore,the studied Zeit Formation has good petrophysical properties that coincide with marine *** middle and eastern parts.a.ound Iss-94 and Css-288)is.a.good reservoir(porosity 36%-39%,s.a.e contentsaturation 71%-92%,and net pay thickness 17-63 feet).
