Removal of perfluorinated surfactants from wastewater by adsorption and ion exchange--Influence of material properties,sorption mechanism and modeling

Perfluorooctane sulfonate（PFOS） has attracted increasing concern in recent years due to its world-wide distribution, persistence, bioaccumulation and potential toxicity. The influence of sorbent properties on the adsorptive elimination of PFOS from wastewater by activated carbons, polymer adsorbents and anion exchange resins was investigated with regard to their isotherms and kinetics. The batch and column tests were combined with physicochemical characterization methods, e.g., N2 physisorption, mercury porosimetry, infrared spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry, titrations, as well as modeling. Sorption kinetics was successfully modelled applying the linear driving force（LDF） approach for surface diffusion after introducing a load dependency of the mass transfer coefficient β*** big difference in the initial mass transfer coefficient βs,0, when non-functionalized adsorbents and ion-exchange resins are compared, suggests that the presence of functional groups impedes the intraparticle mass transport. The more functional groups a resin possesses and the longer the alkyl moieties are the bigger is the decrease in sorption *** the selectivity for PFOS sorption is increasing when the character of the functional groups becomes more hydrophobic. Accordingly, ion exchange and hydrophobic interaction were found to be involved in the sorption processes on resins, while PFOS is only physisorptively bound to activated carbons and polymer adsorbents. In agreement with the different adsorption mechanisms, resins possess higher total sorption capacities than adsorbents. Hence, the latter ones are rendered more effective in PFOS elimination at concentrations in the low μg/L range, due to a less pronounced convex curvature of the sorption isotherm in this concentration range.

Jasmonic Acid Oxidase 2 Hydroxylates Jasmonic Acid and Represses Basal Defense and Resistance Responses against Botrytis cinerea Infection

Jasmonates （JAs） orchestrate immune responses upon wound/herbivore injury or infection by necrotro- phic pathogens. Elucidation of catabolic routes has revealed new complexity in jasmonate metabolism. Two integrated pathways attenuate signaling by turning over the active hormone jasmonoyl-isoleucine （JA-Ile） through w-oxidation or deconjugation, and define an indirect route forming the derivative 12OH-JA. Here, we provide evidence for a second 12OH-JA formation pathway by direct jasmonic acid （JA） oxidation. Three jasmonic acid oxidases （JAOs） of the 2-oxoglutarate dioxygenase family catalyze spe- cific oxidation of JA to 12OH-JA, and their genes are induced by wounding or infection by the fungus Botrytis cinerea. JA02 exhibits the highest basal expression, and its deficiency in jao2 mutants strongly enhanced antifungal resistance. The resistance phenotype resulted from constitutive expression of antimi- crobial markers rather than from their higher induction in infected jao2 plants and could be reversed by ectopic expression of any of the three JAOs injao2. Elevated defense injao2 was dependent on the activity of JASMONATE RESPONSE 1 （JAR1） and CORONATINE-INSENSITIVE 1 （COI1） but was not correlated with erihanced JA-Ile accumulation. Instead, jao2 mutant lines displayed altered accumulation of several JA species in healthy and challenged plants, suggesting elevated metabolic flux through JA-Ile. Collectively, these data identify the missing enzymes hydroxylating JA and uncover an important metabolic diversion mechanism for repressing basal JA defense responses.

目前,对于吉尔吉斯斯坦国家经济向绿色产业转型以及处理有机废物并将其转化为用于取暖、烹饪和发电的生物能源是一个难得的机遇。吉尔吉斯斯坦除了最近两年有几台小型生物质锅炉成功运营,目前还没有其他将有机废弃物加工成热能的市场案例。然而,将可再生能源纳入能源转型被视为确保吉尔吉斯斯坦共和国向绿色产业经济过渡的关键因素。将有机废物加工成能源在增加可再生能源的份额和提升国家的经济方面发挥着重要作用。因此,有机废物可再生热能的未来不仅在国家经济领域,而且在环境和社会领域都有着巨大潜力。本项研究概述了沼气技术的发展及其在全球范围内的传播,并从经济和技术的角度出发考虑了在吉尔吉斯共和国建立250立方米沼气厂的可行性。它描述了生物肥料的原料特性及加工条件,沼气在各种气体装置中的使用以及将生产沼气后的废料用于种植作物以及作为动物饲料添加剂的方法。从国家的经济、环境和社会层面评估引进沼气技术的可行性。本项研究的目的是调查吉尔吉斯共和国比什凯克市的废水处理设施中利用沼气技术处理有机废物的经济可行性。为此,进行了多标准分析以确保找到合适的技术。中国明硕环境科技集团股份有限公司的沼气池技术被选中为最匹配吉尔吉斯斯坦废水实施条件的技术。实施该项技术,年可生产热能30.3万立方米,生产有机肥6059吨。此外,还进行了经济分析。评估了净现值(NPV)、内部收益率(IRR)、投资回收期(PP)、平准化能源成本(LCOE)和敏感性分析。以及,还可能产生的社会效益,例如创造新的就业机会。在比什凯克市建造沼气场处理有机废物是提升该国在能源发展水平以及改变能源结构上的一种具有成本效益的选项。

本论文的主要目的是研究社交媒体在非目的语环境下对汉语学习者的影响,通过对俄罗斯社交媒体Vkontakte的考察及俄罗斯汉语学习者的调查,总结社交媒体在辅助汉语学习方面的特点、优势和劣势。本文认为社交媒体Vkontakte的使用是提高俄语环境中汉语学习效果的辅助工具。因此,尽管博客并非直接用于汉语教学目的,但只要采用正确的方法,其资源完全可以成为汉语课堂教学和自学的重要凭借。本文研究思路为:分析在线学习的理论基础和社交媒体在外语学习中的现状,研究Vkontakte上现有的教学资源,分析通过问卷调查收到的学习者反馈信息,总结研究发现并提出建议。全文共分为六章:第一章是绪论部分,主要论述论文的选题背景,研究意义和研究方法,梳理外国与中国关于社交媒体应用于在线学习及外语学习的研究成果。第二章主要涉及社交媒体概况、社交媒体对语言文化传播的影响、社交媒体作为学习工具的优势及缺陷和俄罗斯汉语学习者社交媒体的使用状况。第三章主要介绍了社交媒体Vkontakte的基本功能、概念、优势等,同时结合实例进行案例分析,验证Vkontakte在非目的语境下进行汉语辅助学习的可行性。第四章介绍社交媒体在汉语学习者中的使用情况,主要分析俄罗斯学习者在汉语学习中使用社交媒体Vkontakte的现状、内容、作用和可能遇到的问题。第五章是对社交媒体在非目的语环境下应用于汉语学习的前景进行思考与展望,主要分两个方面:对作为工具的社交媒体未来发展的思考与展望,社交媒体对汉语学习者的主要影响及其利弊、对应的建议及可能面临的困难。第六章是结语部分,主要总结本文研究成果、阐述研究不足。通过研究本文发现:在俄罗斯这一汉语非目的语环境中,一些视频博主会将Vkontakte作为传播知识的工具,而学习者群体则将Vkontakte作为学习汉语的工具,博主通过Vkontakte发布汉语学习相关信息,学习者通过博主发布的内容进行提问、思考与互动。这大大提高了汉语学习的兴趣,并且通过有趣的形式提高了学习效率。本文认为,Vkontakte作为目前俄罗斯最受欢迎的社交媒体之一,在辅助学习者进行汉语学习方面有很大潜力。虽然其已经逐渐被应用到汉语学习中,但也存在着识结构不完善、缺乏针对性等问题。

The variety of newly synthesized diamides of dipicolinic acid(DPA)bearing methyl-and oxymethyl substituents in various positions of phenyl ring was investigated as potential ligands for liquid-liquid extraction of rare earth metal ions and as membrane active compounds in plasticized polymeric membranes of potentiometric *** is found that scandium is extracted with 2,6-pyridinedicarboxylic acid diamides similarly to heavy lanthanides,while yttrium is extracted together with light group *** shows high selectivity for the separation of cadmium/zinc,lead/nickel or copper/nickel *** four out of six studied ligands demonstrate significant potentiometric sensitivity towards scandium,yttrium and lanthanides in 10^(-7)-10^(-3)mol/L concentration range in nitric acid *** trends in sensitivity values vary depending on a ligand structure and the highest values are observed for Sc^(3+)and heavy *** to the evaluated selectivity Sm^(3+)is the most preferred ion,while La^(3+)is the most *** differences in sensor behavior in rare earth metal solutions assume that such devices can be applied in sensor arrays for potentiometric analysis of lanthanide mixtures.
