The corrosion behavior study was conducted on a novel Fe77 Mo5P9c7.5 B1.5 in-situ metallic glass matrix composite （MGMc）. This composite sample was developed by introduction of bcc a-Fe dendrites as reinforcing phase. The corrosion behavior of this composite was compared to its monolithic counterpart and other Fe-based alloys such as 304L and 2304L stainless steels. The corrosion resistance of MGMcs in H2SO4 solution shows inferior to that of other Fe-based alloys. Experiments suggest that Fe-BMGs samples possess better corrosion resistance property than that of Fe-MGMcs. The possible underlying reasons can be the inhomogeneity induced by the precipitation of a-Fe dendrites in the MGMcs.

In order to investigate the adsorption mechanism of trace metals to surficial sediments （SSs）, a selective extraction procedure was improved in the present work. The selective extraction procedure has been proved to selectively remove and separate Fe, Mn oxides and organic materials （OMs） in the non-residual fraction from the SSs collected in Songhua River, china. After screening different kinds of conventional extractants of Fe and Mn oxides and OMs used for separation of heavy metals in the soils and sediments, NH2OH .Hcl （0.1 mol/L）＋ HNO3 （0.1 mol/L）, （NH4）2c2O4 （0.2 mol/L）＋ H2c2O4 （pH 3.0）, and 30% of H2O2 were respectively applied to selectively extract Mn oxides, Fe/Mn oxides and OMs. After the extraction treatments, the target components were removed with extraction efficiencies between 86.09%--3.36% for the hydroxylamine hydrochloride treatment, 80.63%- 101.09% for the oxalate solution extraction, and 94.76%-102.83% for the hydrogen peroxide digestion, respectively. The results indicate that this selective extraction technology was effective for the extraction and separation ofFe, Mn oxides and OMs in the SSs, and important for further mechanism study of trace metal adsorption onto SSs.

Direct reduction based on hydrogen metallurgical gas-based shaft furnace is a promising technology for the efficient and low-carbon smelting of vanadium-titanium ***,in this process,the sticking of pellets occurs due to the aggregation of metal-lic iron between the contact surfaces of adjacent pellets and has a serious negative effect on the continuous *** paper presents a detailed experimental study of the effect of TiO2 on the sticking behavior of pellets during direct reduction under different *** showed that the sticking index(SI)decreased linearly with the increasing TiO2 *** phenomenon can be attributed to the increase in unreduced FeTiO3 during reduction,leading to a decrease in the number and strength of metallic iron interconnections at the sticking *** the TiO2 addition amount was raised from 0 to 15wt%at 1100°c,the SI also increased from 0.71%to 59.91%.The connection of the slag phase could be attributed to the sticking at a low reduction temperature,corresponding to the low sticking ***,the interconnection of metallic iron became the dominant factor,and the SI increased sharply with the increase in re-duction ***2 had a greater effect on SI at a high reduction temperature than at a low reduction temperature.

Rectangular inclined channels prove promising for solid classification based on the principle of parti- cle differential sedimentation. In the present work, we investigated the motion characteristics of binary solids in a modified fluidised bed （mFB） with inclined plates. We developed a theoretical model for the particle motion behaviour that accounts for the average solid volume fraction in the inclined channel and interactions between binary solids. The experimental system was designed to be consistent with the idealised theoretical arrangements to maximise the measurement accuracy. The experimental particles were mixtures of silica sand particles of sizes 425-710 i^m and 710-880/~m, respectively. Specifically, we investigated the flow hydrodynamics of the binary suspension in terms of the settling length of both par- ticle species and the bed expansion behaviour. We also analysed the utilisation factor and the separation efficiency of the mFB. The results showed that the average solid volume fraction in the inclined channel fluctuated slightly for a given total solid inventory. The utilisation factor and separation efficiency of the system decreased when increasing either the fluidisation velocity or the solid inventory. The prediction results were in good agreement with the experimental data with an absolute deviation of less than 15%.

Effects of ausforming strain on bainite transformation in nanostructured bainite steel

The effects of ausforming strain on bainite transformation in high-carbon low-alloy nanobainite steel were investigated using a Gleeble 3500 thermomechanical simulator machine. The bainite transformation speed at 300°c was found to be accelerated by ausforming at 300, 600, and 700°c under applied strains ranging from 10% to 50% followed by isothermal transformation at 300°c. The ausformed bainite volume fraction varied with the ausforming strain because of the mechanical stabilization of the deformed austenite. Ausforming at low temperatures not only enhanced the bainite ferrite volume fraction but also refined the microstructure substantially. Although the amount of bainite ferrite might have been reduced with increasing strain, the microstructures were refined by ausforming. © 2017, University of Science and Technology Beijing and Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.

为制备禽白血病病毒(ALV)p27蛋白特异性单克隆抗体,利用原核表达系统表达并纯化ALV p27蛋白,将其作为免疫原免疫注射Balb/c小鼠,用杂交瘤细胞融合和ELISA等筛选出阳性单克隆抗体细胞,对制备的单克隆抗体的抗体亚型、效价及特异性进行鉴定,将目的蛋白截短成4段,初步鉴定单克隆抗体识别的抗原表位区域。结果表明,共筛选出4株单克隆细胞,其抗体亚类皆为IgG1型,其中3A1抗体效价为1∶64000,3B2为1∶256000,5F1为1∶128000,5G2为1∶8000;4株单克隆抗体识别的抗原表位在1-60 aa之间。研究结果为进一步建立ALV相关免疫学检测方法提供了重要的材料。
