Double perovskite oxides,with generalized formula A_(2)BB'O_(6),attract wide interest due to their multiferroic and charge transfer *** offer a wide range of potential applications such as spintronics and electrically tunable ***,great practical limitations are encountered,since a spontaneous order of the B-site cations is notoriously hard to *** this joint experimental-theoretical work,we focused on the characterization of double perovskites La2TiFeO6 and La_(2)VCuO_(6) films grown by pulsed laser deposition and interpretation of the observed B-site disorder and partial charge transfer between the B-site ions.A random structure sampling method was used to show that several phases compete due to their corresponding configurational *** order to capture a representative picture of the most relevant competing microstates in realistic experimental conditions,this search included the potential formation of non-stoichiometric phases as well,which could also be directly related to the observed partial charge *** optimized the information encapsulated in the potential energy landscape,captured via structure sampling,by evaluating both enthalpic and entropic *** terms were employed as a metric for the competition of different *** approach,applied herein specifically to La_(2)TiFeO_(6),highlights the presence of highly entropic phases above the ground state which can explain the disorder observed frequently in the broader class of double perovskite oxides.

AIM To investigate by immunostaining glucose transporter expression in human colorectal mucosa in controls and patients with inflammatory bowel disease(IBD). METHODS Colorectal samples were obtained from patients undergoing lower endoscopic colonoscopy or rectosigmoidoscopy. Patients diagnosed with ulcerativecolitis(n = 18) or Crohn's disease(n = 10) and scheduled for diagnostic colonoscopy were enrolled. Patients who underwent colonoscopy for prevention screening of colorectal cancer or were followed-up after polypectomy or had a history of lower gastrointestinal symptoms were designated as the control group(CTRL, n = 16). Inflammatory status of the mucosa at the sampling site was evaluated histologically and/or endoscopically. A total of 147 biopsies of colorectal mucosa were collected and processed for immunohistochemistry analysis. The expression of GLUT2, SGLT1, and GLUT5 glucose transporters was investigated using immunoperoxidase labeling. To compare immunoreactivity of GLUT5 and LYVE-1, which is a marker for lymphatic vessel endothelium, doublelabeled confocal microscopy was used. RESULTS Immunohistochemical analysis revealed that GLUT2, SGLT1, and GLUT5 were expressed only in short epithelial portions of the large intestinal mucosa. No important differences were observed in glucose transporter expression between the samples obtained from the different portions of the colorectal tract and between the different patient groups. Unexpectedly, GLUT5 expression was also identified in vessels, mainly concentrated in specific areas where the vessels were clustered. Immunostaining with LYVE-1 and GLUT5 antibodies revealed that GLUT5-immunoreactive(-IR) clusters of vessels were concentrated in areas internal to those that were LYVE-1 positive. GLUT5 and LYVE-1 did not appear to be colocalized but rather showed a close topographical relationship on the endothelium. 汽车行驶状态及关键参数的联合估计对于汽车主动控制以及新型结构的验证具有重要意义。介绍了一种应用辅助粒子滤波技术实现车辆行驶状态、参数联合估计的控制算法。该算法以包含定常统计特性噪声的汽车动力学模型为基础,利用龙格—库塔方法模拟汽车动力学模型,同时引入辅助变量,通过二次加权操作使得粒子权重变化趋于稳定,最终实现了行驶状态和关键参数的联合估计,仿真结果表明,辅助粒子滤波可以有效的提高标准粒子滤波算法的精度。

Peritoneal carcinomatosis is,after liver metastases,the second most frequent cause of death in colorectal cancer patients and at the present time,is commonly inserted and treated as a stage Ⅳ *** there is no published data that outlines the impact of new therapeutic regimens on survival of patients with peritoneal surface diffusion,the story of carcinomatosis can be rewritten in light of a new aggressive approach based on the combination of cytoreductive surgery and hyperthermic intraperitoneal *** if these treatment perhaps allow to obtain better results than standard therapies,we suggest,that a large prospective randomised control trial is needed to compare long-term and progression-free survival under the best available systemic therapy with or without cytoreductive surgery and hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy.

减少二氧化碳排放,放特别是减少汽油发动机的二氧化碳排放是目前正在急剧上升的一项要求。从能源的生命周期考虑,能源载体即化石燃料是产生二氧化碳排放问题的根本原因。采用从可再生能源中提炼出的合成燃料(eFuel),可使汽油发动机接近或达到二氧化碳排放的碳中和要求,因此配置eFuel的成分和性质至关重要,因为它将影响汽油发动机的工作过程和效率。eFuel的成分变化会显著影响汽油发动机的喷射、混合气形成、燃烧,以及后氧化和排气后处理等过程,因此,*** AG和FKFS合作开展了一系列相关研究,将不同的eFuel在单缸发动机试验台和喷雾试验台上进行了测试,并将其结果用于标定三维流体的仿真模型。同时,对eFuel的组成、混合气形成及燃烧特性进行深入分析,旨在提高汽油发动机效率,同时改善碳排放效果。除了进行单缸发动机测试外,还对汽油发动机配置进行虚拟优化,即通过替代燃料与发动机优化的相结合来提升汽油发动机的效率。
