With the increasing and rapid growth rate of COVID-19 cases,the healthcare scheme of several developed countries have reached the point of *** important and critical steps in fighting against COVID-19 is powerful screening of diseased patients,in such a way that positive patient can be treated and isolated.A chest radiology image-based diagnosis scheme might have several benefits over traditional *** accomplishment of artificial intelligence(AI)based techniques in automated diagnoses in the healthcare sector and rapid increase in COVID-19 cases have demanded the requirement of AI based automated diagnosis and recognition *** study develops an Intelligent Firefly Algorithm Deep Transfer Learning Based COVID-19Monitoring System(IFFA-DTLMS).The proposed IFFADTLMSmodelmajorly aims at identifying and categorizing the occurrence of COVID19 on chest *** attain this,the presented IFFA-DTLMS model primarily applies densely connected networks(DenseNet121)model to generate a collection of feature *** addition,the firefly algorithm(FFA)is applied for the hyper parameter optimization of DenseNet121 ***,autoencoder-long short term memory(AE-LSTM)model is exploited for the classification and identification of *** ensuring the enhanced performance of the IFFA-DTLMS model,a wide-ranging experiments were performed and the results are reviewed under distinctive *** experimental value reports the betterment of IFFA-DTLMS model over recent approaches.

In the current era of the internet,people use online media for conversation,discussion,chatting,and other similar *** of such material where more than one person is involved has a spate challenge as compared to other text analysis *** are several approaches to identify users’emotions fromthe conversational text for the English language,however regional or low resource languages have been *** Urdu language is one of them and despite being used by millions of users across the globe,with the best of our knowledge there exists no work on dialogue analysis in the Urdu ***,in this paper,we have proposed a model which utilizes deep learning and machine learning approaches for the classification of users’emotions from the *** accomplish this task,we have first created a dataset for the Urdu language with the help of existing English language datasets for dialogue *** that,we have preprocessed the data and selected dialogues with common *** the dataset is prepared,we have used different deep learning and machine learning techniques for the classification of *** have tuned the algorithms according to the Urdu language *** experimental evaluation has shown encouraging results with 67%accuracy for the Urdu dialogue datasets,more than 10,000 dialogues are classified into five emotions i.e.,joy,fear,anger,sadness,and *** believe that this is the first effort for emotion detection from the conversational text in the Urdu language domain.

Background:Orofacial granulomatosis(OFG)is a term used to describe a persistent,painless swelling of lips and orofacial *** can be associated with ulceration,gingival hypertrophy and cobble stone appearance of the buccal *** is commonly associated with Crohn’s disease and can precede the intestinal manifestation of the *** enteral nutrition(EEN)is a recognized treatment for induction of remission for Crohn’s *** aim of this study was to review the use of EEN in the management of OFG in ***:Retrospective review of medical records of all children diagnosed with OFG between 2007 and 2012 was *** of comorbidities,progression to inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)and response to EEN was ***:Twenty-nine children were included,mean age at diagnosis was 9 years(standard deviation 3.9)*** children had isolated OFG and 19 had OFG and IBD,of which 12 presented with OFG and IBD and 7 developed IBD *** time to progression to IBD was 33 months(inter quartile range:9.8-85.5).Twenty-two children completed 6 weeks of EEN,and 19 showed clinical improvement in the OFG ***:EEN appears to be an effective treatment option for children with isolated OFG or OFG and IBD.

Relativistic solutions for diatomic molecules subject to pseudoharmonic oscillator in arbitrary dimensions

The exact solutions of the N-dimensional Klein–Gordon equation in the presence of an exactly solvable potential of V（r）=De（r/re-re/r）2 type have been obtained. The N dimensional Klein-Gordon equation has been reduced to a first-order differential equation via Laplace transformation. The exact bound state energy eigenvalues and corresponding wave functions for CH,H2,and HCl molecules interacting with pseudoharmonic oscillator potential in the arbitrary N dimensions have been determined. Bound state eigenfunctions used in applications related to molecular spectroscopy are obtained in terms of confluent hypergeometric functions.

Vehicular communication is the backbone of future Intelligent Transportation Systems(ITS).It offers a network-based solution for vehicle safety,cooperative awareness,and traffic management *** safety applications,Basic Safety Messages(BSM)containing mobility information is shared by the vehicles in their neighborhood to continuously monitor other nearby vehicles and prepare a local traffic *** are shared using mode 4 of Cellular V2X(C-V2X)communications in which resources are allocated in an ad hoc ***,the strict packet transmission requirements of BSM and hidden node problem causes packet collisions in a vehicular network,thus reducing the reliability of safety ***,as vehicles choose the transmission resources in a distributed manner in mode 4 of CV2X,the packet collision problem is further *** paper presents a novel solution in the form of a Space Division Multiple Access(SDMA)protocol that intelligently schedules BSM transmissions using vehicle position data to reduce concurrent transmissions from hidden node *** proposed protocol works by dividing road segments into clusters and *** sub-frames are allocated to a cluster and these sub-frames are reused after a certain *** a cluster,sub-channels are allocated to *** implement the proposed SDMA protocol and evaluate its performance in a highway vehicular *** results show that the proposed SDMA protocol outperforms standard Sensing-Based Semi Persistent Scheduling(SB-SPS)in terms of safety range and packet delay.
