Purpose. Maxillofacial injurie. are.commonly e.counte.e. in the.practice.of e.e.g.0}cy me.icine. More.than 50% of patie.ts with the.e.injurie. have.multisyste. trauma that re.uire. coordinate. manag.0} me.t be.we.n e.e.g.0}cy physicians and surg.cal spe.ialists in oral and maxillofacial surg.0}y, otolar- yng.log., plastic surg.0}y, ophthalmolog., and trauma surg.0}y. The.aim of this study is to ide.tify the.patte.ns of brain injurie. associate. with maxillofacial trauma and its outcome. Me.hods： This de.criptive.study （cross-se.tional） was carrie. out among.90 polytrauma patie.ts with maxillofacial fracture. atte.ding.the.e.e.g.0}cy De.artme.t at Sue. Canal unive.sity Hospital and fulfilling.our inclusion and e.clusion crite.ia. Re.ults： This study de.onstrate. the.re.ation be.we.n type.of maxillofacial fracture.and type.of trau- matic brain injurie. in which the.majority of patie.ts with e.idural he.orrhag.0}pre.e.te. with mid face.fracture. （60%）, while.the.minority of the. pre.e.te. with uppe. and lowe. face.fracture. （20% for e.ch of the.）. The.majority of patie.ts with subdural he.orrhag.0}we.e.associate. with mid face.fracture. （75%）, the.majority of patie.ts with brain contusions associate. with mid face.fracture. （75%）, and all of the.patie.ts pre.e.te. by pne.moce.halus we.e.associate. with mid face.fracture. （100%）. Conclusion： The.re.ults of this study confirm the.value.of quick diag.osis and e.rly inte.ve.tion, which is fundame.tal to pre.e.t morbidity as we.l as mortality e.pe.ially with re.ards to pre.e.tion of traumatic brain injury as e.e. a short duration of hvpoxia and e.e.a will le.d to sig.ificant pe.mane.t ne.rolog.cal de.icits.

Carcharhinus brachyurus fe.d on a wide.varie.y of pre. type.： Pe.ag.c bony fishe. （54.5%）, be.thic bony fishe. （36.4%）, Ce.halopods （6.8%）, Cartilag.nous fishe. （1.7%） and Fish parts （0.6%）. The.Pe.ag.c bony fishe. and be.thic bony fishe. we.e.the.major food ite.s during.the.study pe.iod in que.tion, and the. we.e.found in all le.g.h g.oups.
