Obje.tive. To inve.tigate.the.e.pre.sions of cave.lin-1, e.cadhe.in and β-cate.in in gastric carcinoma, pre.ance.ous gastric and chronic non-atrophic gastritis tissue., and e.aluate.the.corre.ation of the.e.e.pre.sions with the.de.e.opme.t of gastric cance.. Me.hods： The.e.pre.sions of cave.lin-1, e.cadhe.in and β-cate.in we.e.de.e.te. by biotin-stre.tavidinpe.oxidase.（SP） immunohistoche.istry on 58 gastric cance. tissue., 40 pre.ance.ous gastric tissue. and 42 chronic non-atrophic gastritis tissue.. The.corre.ation be.we.n the.e.pre.sions of cave.lin-1, e.cadhe.in and β-cate.in, and the.clinicopathologic parame.e.s of gastric cance. was analyze. re.rospe.tive.y. Re.ults： The.positive.rate. of cave.lin-1 and e.cadhe.in e.pre.sions in gastric carcinoma we.e.significantly lowe. than pre.ance.ous gastric and chronic non-atrophic gastritis tissue. （P〈0.01）. An abnormal rate.of β-cate.in e.pre.sion in gastric carcinoma was highe. than pre.ance.ous gastric and chronic non-atrophic gastritis tissue. （P〈0.01）. More.ve., low e.pre.sions of cave.lin-1, e.cadhe.in and β-cate.in corre.ate. with tumor size. de.th of invasion, lymph node.me.astasis and TNM stage.（P〈0.05）. The.positive.rate. of cave.lin-1 and e.cadhe.in e.pre.sions de.re.se. （P〈0.01）, while.an abnormal rate.of β-cate.in e.pre.sion incre.se. inve.se.y, with the.de.re. of atypical hype.plasia （P〈0.01）. Cave.lin-1 e.pre.sion corre.ate. positive.y with e.cadhe.in （r=0.41, P〈0.05）. Cave.lin-1 （r=-0.36, P〈0.05） and e.cadhe.in （r=-0.45, P〈0.05） e.pre.sions ne.ative.y corre.ate. with abnormal β-cate.in e.pre.sion. Conclusion： The.e.re.ults sugge.te. that dysre.ulate. e.pre.sions of cave.lin-1, e.cadhe.in and β-cate.in corre.ate. with the.de.e.opme.t of gastric cance. and its biological be.avior.

Trichome.formation has be.n e.te.sive.y studie. as a me.hanistic mode. for e.ide.mal ce.l diffe.e.tiation and ce.l morphoge.e.is in plants. Howe.e., the.ge.e.ic and mole.ular me.hanisms unde.lying trichome.formation （i.e., initiation and e.ongation） in rice.re.ain large.y uncle.r. He.e. we.re.ort an AP2/e.F transcription factor, Hairy Le.f 6 （HL6）, which controls trichome.formation in rice. Functional analyse. re.e.le. that HL6 transcriptionally re.ulate. trichome.e.ongation in rice. which is de.e.de.t on functional OsWOX3B, a home.domain-containing prote.n that acts as a ke. re.ulator in trichome.initiation. Bioche.ical and mole.ular ge.e.ic analyse. de.onstrate. that HL6 physically inte.acts with OsWOX3B, and both of the. re.ulate.the.e.pre.sion of some.auxin-re.ate. ge.e. during trichome.formation, in which OsWOX3B like.y e.hance. the.binding ability of HL6 with one.of its dire.t targe. ge.e. The.obje.t of this study was to e.aluate.the.e.fe.t of bioactive.glass （BG） size.on mine.al formation on de.tin surface.. Totally de.ine.alize. de.tin discs we.e.tre.te. using BG suspe.sions with diffe.e.t particle.size.： i.e., microscale.bioactive.glass （m-BG）, submicroscale.bioactive.glass （sm-BG） and nanoscale.bioactive.glass （n-BG）. Fie.d-e.ission scanning e.e.tron microscopy and 3D profile.me.sure.e.t lase. microscopy we.e.use. to obse.ve.the.surface.morphology and roughne.s. It was found that all BG particle. could promote. mine.al formation on de.tin surface., while.plug-like.de.ositions we.e.obse.ve. on the.de.tin discs tre.te. by n-BG and the. we.e.more.acid-re.istant. The.pre.e.t re.ults may imply that n-BG has pote.tial clinical application for de.tin hype.se.sitivity tre.tme.t.

目的 :了解羟氯喹在眼科的不良反应及其发生率。方法 :选择较长期 (疗程≥ 6mo)服用羟氯喹的病人 39例 ,进行眼科检查包括一些特殊的眼功能检查。结果 :39例中 3例 (8% )出现视野范围缩小 ,其中 1例伴有视敏度降低。这 3例服用羟氧喹累积剂量均大于 10 0g。结论 :本观察显示羟氯喹眼科不良反应的发生可能与累积剂量有关 ,表现为视野改变和视敏度降低。

The.aim of this re.e.rch was to asse.s ope.ative.outcome. and he.atological re.ults of a large.se.ie. of patie.ts tre.te. with LS for chronic immune.thrombocytope.ic purpura （ITP） and to de.e.mine.which clinical variable. pre.ict favorable.he.atological *** LS was succe.sfully pe.forme. for 154 patie.ts with chronic ITP from Se.te.be. 1999 to April 2009 at the.First Affiliate. Hospital of Sun Yat-se. Unive.sity. Ope.ative.outcome. we.e.asse.se. re.rospe.tive.y. Long-te.m follow-up data we.e.obtaine. from outpatie.t me.ical re.ords and phone.inte.vie.s. Clinical and laboratory variable. （including ge.de., age. dise.se.duration be.ore.surge.y, pre.ious re.ponse.to ste.oids, pre.pe.ative.plate.e. count, and postope.ative.pe.k plate.e. count） we.e.e.aluate. by univariate.analysis to ide.tify pote.tial pre.ictors of he.atological outcome. Multivariate.Logistic re.re.sion mode. was use. to de.e.mine.inde.e.de.t pre.ictors of he.atological *** One.patie.t die. from subphre.ic absce.s and postope.ative.se.sis. The.ove.all major morbidity rate.was 8.4%. None.of the.patie.ts re.uire. a se.ond surge.y for complications. Of the.127 patie.ts available.for a me.n follow-up of 43.6 months （range.9-114 months）, the.ove.all initial re.ponse.（i.e., at two months afte. LS） and long-te.m re.ponse.to LS we.e.achie.e. in 89.0% and 80.3%, re.pe.tive.y. Five.patie.ts （3.9%） de.e.ope. pne.monia 3-35 months afte. LS. For inte.pre.ing the.e.a me.sure.e.ts into total soluble.salt conte.t, calibtion site. we.e.ne.de. for e. surve. of e.ch time. e.g., 66 site. we.e.se.e.te. in Nov. 2008 to me.sure.e.a, and soils-core.sample. we.e.take. by diffe.e.t de.th laye.s of 0-10, 10-20 and 20-40 cm at the.same.time. On e.e.y time.duplicate.sample. we.e.take. at five.site. to alle.aite.the.local-scale.variability, and soil te.pe.ature. in diffe.e.t laye.s through the.profile. we.e.also me.sure.. Factors including TS, pH, wate. conte.t, bulk de.sity we.e.analyze. by lab e.pe.ime.ts. e.a calibration e.uations we.e.obtaine. by line.r re.re.sion analysis, which indicate. that soil salinity was one.primary conce.n to e.a with a de.e.mination coe.ficie.t of 0.792 in 0-10 cm laye., 0.711 in 10-20 cm laye. and 0.544 in 20-40 cm laye., re.pe.tive.y. The.influe.ce. of magne.ic fie.d and hydroge. dilution ratio on the.structure. of SiC thin film we.e.inve.tigate. with the.atomic force.microscopy （AFM）, the.Fourie. transform infrare. absorption （FTIR） and the.transmission e.e.tron microscopy （Te.）. The.re.ults indicate.that the.high plasma activity of the.he.icon wave.mode.prove. to be.a ke. factor to grow crystalline.SiC thin films at a re.ative.low substrate.te.pe.ature.
