MT a.d MT trans.e.ics.to acid indole.ace.ic, cytokinin, gibbe.e.lin, abs.is.c acid a.d e.hyle.e.we.e.cultivate. in nutrie.t s.lutions.containing diffe.e.t Al conce.trations. Root growth e.ongation was.me.s.re. a.d ce.lular damage.was.vis.alize. by s.aining e.ans.s.blue. The.GUs.re.orte. ge.e.s.aining te.hnique.was.us.0} to vis.alize.hormonal change. in MT ape. root tis.ue.. data indicate. that the.MT is.s.0}s.tive.to Al that induce. s.gnificant growth inhibition a.d ce.lular damage. Al conce.tration of 27 μM was.s.gnificantly toxic, inducing root ape. darke.ing a.d inhibition of root de.e.opme.t.
