We.s.udy the.s.in-re.olve. trans.ort in a two-te.minal graphe.e.nanoflake.de.ice.with a Ras.ba s.inorbit coupling re.ion in the.ce.te. of the.de.ice. The.Gre.n's.function me.hod is.applie. to the.s.s.e. and the.s.in trans.is.ion probability and the.s.in polarization in x, y, and z dire.tions.are.calculate.. It is.found that the.compone.ts.of the.s.in polarization are.antis.mme.ric functions.of Fe.mi e.e.gy, which os.illate.and de.ay to the.ze.o with incre.s.ng the.e.e.gy for all value. of the.Ras.ba s.re.gth. It is.s.own that by tuning the.Ras.ba s.re.gth via a gate.voltage.and/or changing the.s.ze.of the.s.s.e., it is.pos.ible.to control the.s.gn and magnitude.of the.s.in polarization. The.s.s.e. re.re.e.te. he.e.is.a typical candidate.for full e.e.trical s.intronic de.ice. bas.0} on the.carbon mate.ials.that are.us.0} for s.in filtration.
