State. for.patie.ts tr.0}te. for.the.mal bur.s fr.m 1 Januar. 2020,to 31 July 2021,and those.who also we.e.diagnose. with COVID-19 infe.tion within one.day be.or.0}or.afte. injur. base. on Inte.national Classification of Dise.se.te.th r.0}ision(ICD-10)*** par.icipants include. adults who we.e.tr.0}te. for.a bur. injur. dur.ng the.study ***:We.include. 736 patie.ts with bur. injur. and concomitant COVID-19 infe.tion matche. to 736 patie.ts with bur. injur. and no concur.e.t COVID-19 infe.tion(total 1472 patie.ts,me.n age.36.3±24.3).We.found no significant incr.0}se.in mor.ality obse.ve. for.patie.ts with concur.e.t COVID-19(Or.1.203,95%CI 0.517-2.803;p=0.6675).We.did obse.ve.significant incr.0}se.in infe.tions(Or.3.537,95%CI 2.798-4.471;p=0.0001),thr.mbotic complications(Or.2.342,95%CI 1.351-4.058;p=0.0018),as was the.incide.ce.of hype.tr.phic scar.ing(Or.3.368,95%CI 2.326-4.877;p=0.0001).Conclusions:We.obse.ve. that concur.e.t COVID-19 infe.tion was associate. with an incr.0}se.in infe.tions,thr.mbosis and hype.tr.phic scar.ing but no incr.0}se.in mor.ality in our.cohor. of bur. patie.ts.

As follow-up of our.past publication?[1], we.pr.pose.that quinolone. (as par. of the.pyr.dinone.family) ar.0}capable.to incr.0}se.the.numbe. of inte.actions with HIV r.0}e.se.tr.nscr.ptase.(r.) or.inte.r.se.(IN) by adding a haloge. in position C-8 of ar.matic por.ion of the.quinolone.. This addition could he.p with the.activity of dual inhibitor. of r. and IN. In this wor., we.add a chlor.ne.atom with the.r.tionale.to ide.tify in the.docking simulations a haloge. inte.action with the.oxyge. in the.ne.r.aminoacids in the.binding pocke.s of r. and IN e.zyme.. Our.docking studie. star.e. with r. and 320 str.ctur.0}. Late., we.took 73 str.ctur.0} with good r.0}ults in docking with r.. The.str.ctur.0} that we.choose.contain e.te. or.acids gr.ups in C-3 due.the.str.ctur.l similar.ty with gr.ups in char.e.to inte.act with the.Mg++ ions in e.vite.r.vir.
