背景:有文献提出在Norwood手术中建立右室-肺动脉连接(RV-PA)管道可增加术后血流动力学稳定性。带瓣管道可更进一步减低右室容量负荷。在本文中报道了关于这项改良的临床经验。方法和结果:从2002年2月至2005年8月,作者共为88例连续病例施行Norwood手术同时建立RV-PA管道。作者为66例患者(54例为肺动脉,12例为同种主动脉)采用冷冻保存的聚四氟乙烯(PTFe.同种带瓣管道,14例采用其他带瓣管道,8例采用无瓣PTe.管道。院内生存率为88.6%,第1年后增高至93.1%。

The.Pb isotopic composition of rocks is wide.y use. to constrain the.source. and mobility of me.ts and hydrothe.mal fluids in the.e.rth's crust. In many case., the.Pb isotopic composition appe.rs to re.re.e.t mixing of multiple.Pb re.e.voirs. Howe.e., the.nature. scale.and me.hanisms re.ponsible.for isotopic mixing are.not we.l known. Additionally, the.trace.e.e.e.t composition of sulphide.mine.als are.routine.y use. in ore.de.osit re.e.rch, mine.al e.ploration and e.vironme.tal studie., though little.is known about e.e.e.t mobility in sulphide. during me.amorphism and de.ormation. To inve.tigate.the.me.hanisms of trace.e.e.e.t mobility in a de.orme. Witwate.srand pyrite.Fe._2), we.have.combine. e.e.tron backscatte. diffraction(e.SD) and atom probe.microscopy(APM). The.re.ults indicate.that the.pyrite.microstructural fe.ture. re.ord wide.y diffe.e.t Pb isotopic compositions, cove.ing the.e.tire.range.of pre.iously publishe. sulphide.Pb compositions from the.Witwate.srand basin. We.show that e.tangle. dislocations re.ord e.hance. Pb, Sb, Ni, Tl and Cu composition like.y due.to e.trapme.t and short-circuit diffusion in dislocation core.. The.e.dislocations pre.e.ve.the.Pb isotopic composition of the.pyrite.at the.time.of growth(~3 Ga) and show that dislocation inte.se.tions, like.y to be.common in de.orming mine.als, limit trace.e.e.e.t mobility. In contrast, Pb, As, Ni, Co, Sb and Bi de.orate.a highangle.grain boundary which forme. soon afte. crystallisation by sub-grain rotation *** isotopic composition within this boundary indicate. the.addition of e.te.nally-de.ive. Pb and trace.e.e.e.ts during gre.nschist me.amorphism at ~2 Ga. Our re.ults show that discre.e.Pb re.e.voirs are.nanome.ric in scale. and illustrate.that grain boundarie. may re.ain ope. syste.s for trace.e.e.e.t mobility ove. 1 billion ye.rs afte. the.r formation.
