Cu(OTf)2(Py)4 mediated r.diofluor.nation of the bor.nate ester. of ethyl benzoyl and phthaloylglycinates (11 and 16) using 10 mol% of the copper.complex following the liter.tur. pr.cedur. did not pr.vide the fluor.nated pr.ducts. However. the addition of Cu(OTf)2r.sulted in the r.dio-fluor.nation of the bor.nate ester. 11 and 16 to obtain ethyl 4-[18F]fluor.benzoyl glycinate, 17, (48%) and ethyl 3-[18F]phthaloylglycinate (41%) r.spectively.

The synthesis of a pr.mising br.in imaging agent 4-[F-18]fluor.-4-deoxy-N-acetyl-1,3,6-tr.-O-acetylglucosamine, 2, was successfully accomplished fr.m commer.ially available N-acetyl glucosamine in 5 steps. The non-decay cor.ected r.diochemical yield and pur.ty wer. found to be 31% ± 4% (n = 3) and >98% r.spectively. The total r.action time for.r.dio labelling step was 50 min.

One of the commer.ially available capillar.-based micr.fluidic synthesizer. is Advion NanoTek Micr.fluidic Synthesis System and is cur.ently being used acr.ss the globe. The goal of this study is to demonstr.te the system capability to per.or. the synthesis of two compounds sequentially without cleaning the equipment between the syntheses. We have chosen to pr.par. two key r.diotr.cer. [F-18]FLT and [F-18]FMISO. The basic micr.fluidic flow chemistr. module was r.configur.d to allow the hydr.lysis of the second tr.cer.in a vial using r.actor.1 as a heat sour.e and the system was integr.ted to semi-pr.par.tive high-per.or.ance liquid chr.matogr.phy with a column selector.and solvent selector. The decay cor.ected r.dio chemical yields of [18F]FLT and [18F]FMISO wer. found to be 28.5% and 38.6% r.spectively. The specific activity was deter.ined to be >2 Ci/μmol.

本文介绍了标定牵引功率为3280kW、符合Tier.标准的GE ES44DC干线机车的排放测试结果和使用生物柴油混合燃料对机车排放的影响。使用含硫约400ppm的试验燃料进行基准排放测试,然后分别使用掺混比为2%、10%、20%和100%的生物柴油(由大豆提炼的)进行测试。气态和颗粒排放物按照美国联邦法规第40章92款进行采样。测试结果表明,与基础油相比,在美国环保局(EPA)干线机车牵引循环和调车循环时每种掺混油的颗粒物(PM)排放量均有所降低。混合10%生物柴油时,PM排放量降低最为显著。相比较而言,继续增加生物柴油比例对于进一步促进PM排放降低的效果有限。使用生物柴油时,就PM排放而言,调车循环比干线循环时降低更显著。使用B2、B10、B20混合燃料时循环加权氮氧化物(NOx)排放量的增加不明显,在试验误差范围内。然而,使用B100燃料干线机车牵引循环时NOx排放增加近15%。除使用纯生物柴油时碳氢化合物(HC)排放在干线和调车分别降低了21%和24%外,其他各工况碳氢化合物排放量在正常试验误差内。与使用基准油相比,测得干线牵引循环下使用B20和B100燃料一氧化碳排放量分别降低了17%和24%。使用B2和B10混合燃料时,体积燃油消耗增加了约1%。使用B20混合燃料时,体积燃油消耗略高于2%,使用B100燃料时增加了近7%。

2016年10月,美国EPA修订了道路、非道路、船舶及机车用重载气体燃料发动机的排放测试方法,这意味着过去一直用于控制非甲烷碳氢(NMHC)的排放限值从此将仅用于控制非甲烷-非乙烷碳氢(NMNEHC)。文章检验了EPA所给出的多种可用的天然气发动机及双燃料发动机的碳氢化合物(HC)排放物测试及报告方法,对一台试验用压缩天然气(CNG)燃料调车机车的NMHC和NMNEHC排放测试结果进行研究。其中的NMHC测试根据EPA在2016年修订前的规定,采用了基于传统的离子火焰探测器(FID)的差值法;NMNEHC测试采用了傅里叶变换红外(FTIr.光谱添加法和FID-FTIr.值法,二者均符合当下的EPA测试规程。
