The interface between oxide/oxide layers shows an inhomogeneous charge transport behavior,which reveals a high conductivity owing to *** typical example is the hetero-interface between ZnO film and other wide band gap oxides(e.g.,Al_(2)O_(3),TiO_(2),and HfO_(2)).It is thus quite evident that the ZnO/other oxides hetero-interface contains high density electron carriers effectively screening the gate-induced electric ***,an extremely weak gate modulation in ZnO film was showed,resulting in very low on/off ratio of 1.69 in top-gate field-effect-transistor(TG-FET)***,to extend the usage of ZnO TG-FET is not quite possible toward further practical ***,we clarified the correlation of inhomogeneous region in oxide/oxide hetero-junction by systematically *** work suggests that a self-assembly of molecules(SAM)buffer layer is suitable for tuning the inhomogeneous charge transport in ZnO film,which not only reduces the interface trap density,but also effectively enhances the gate electric field modulation at the *** further report the robust fabrication of TG-FET arrays based on ZnO thin film,using an ultra-thin alkylphosphonic acid molecule monolayer as buffer *** device demonstrates a pronounced ultrahigh on/off ratio of≥10^(8),which is 8-order of magnitude higher than that of a device without buffer *** the highly reliable arrays,our device exhibits a high yield of over 93%with an average on/off ratio of^10^(7) across the entire wafer scale,mobility(18.5 cm^(2)/(V·s)),an extended bias-stressing(~2,000 s)and long-stability(~150 days)under ambient conditions.

Objective:To evaluate the impact of prolonged post-thaw embryos culture on pregnancy outcome during frozen embryo transfer ***:This prospective cohort study evaluated 324 thaw transfer cycles with 819 embryos from 269 patients at the Center for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility of Hue University Hospital in *** frozen embryo transfer cycles were divided into two groups at the time of thawing:the short culture group(2-hour post-thaw culture)and the overnight culture group(overnight culture for 18 h)before the embryo was transferred into the *** rates of embryo intact,grade A embryo at frozen and transfer time and continuing cleavage were *** clinical outcomes including serum beta-human chorionic gonadotropin,clinical pregnancy and implantation rate were evaluated after 14 days,4 weeks,6 weeks,respectively,after embryo ***:Human chorionic gonadotropin positive occurred in 39.5%of patients in the short culture group compared to 25.9%in the overnight culture group with risk difference(RD)=13.6%,relative risk(RR)=1.343,95%confidence interval(CI)1.085-1.663,Pvanced age(≥35 years)and women who received 3 embryos,pregnancy outcomes were found to be significantly(P<0.05)higher in the short culture than in the overnight culture ***:The prolonged post-thaw culture period does not increase pregnancy outcome in comparison with the short culture.

In recent years,water for agricultural production gradually became a significant challenge in the context of climate change in *** solutions are required,which consider the use of resources for both human needs and ecology,and that account for the equitable distribution and the livelihood of the farmers now and in the *** particular,the farmers in the province of Quang Nam faring water shortage in the cultivation of paddy in the summer-autumn *** arise regarding the sharing of the water between the farmers,the drinking water company and the hydropower *** the context of climate change,the water shortage is expected to increase in the *** article presents the results of participatory action research (PAR) approach to develop a local level mechanism for water sharing,in which stakeholders actively *** sharing mechanism was developed,envisioning a sustainable solution for inclusive water *** mechanism was successfully implemented in two cases,one at commune level (Tho stream) and one at the district level (Mo stream).The participatory approach proved to be successful in setting up a broadly acceptable mechanism that will need to be further incorporated in the institutional set-up.

SOME PRELIMINARY RESULTS FROM STUDY OF CRUSTAL DEFORMATION IN vietNAM

In this work, the authors present some results of strain monitoring within the territory of vietnam from 1984 to 2001. Data analysis shows that (1) the Phu Lien area is tectonically stable with low strain rate, 1×10\+\{-6\} /a; (2) the Hoa Binh area has indication of tectonic instability with relatively high strain rate of the earth crust: absolute value of the strain reaching 100×10\+\{-6\}, usual average strain amplitude of 60×10\+\{-6\}, whereas the monthly average strain intensity varies in a range from 30×10\+\{-6\} to 50×10\+\{-6\}; (3) there are clear indications of the strain state of the earth crust before occurrence of earthquakes of medium or higher magnitude. This is a very important indication in the research and short term prediction of earthquakes, especially for the areas with low seismic stability like the NW of vietnam.

Biotic and abiotic factors control aboveground biomass(AGB)and the structure of forest *** study analyses the variation of AGB and stand structure of evergreen broadleaved forests among six ecoregions of vietnam.A data set of 1731-ha plots from 52 locations in undisturbed old-growth forests was *** results indicate that basal area and AGB are closely correlated with annual precipitation,but not with annual temperature,evaporation or hours of *** area and AGB are positively correlated with trees>30 cm *** areas surveyed(52.6%)in these old-growth forests had AGB of 100–200 Mg ha^-1;5.2%had AGB of 400–500 Mg ha^-1,and 0.6%had AGB of>800 Mg ha^-*** percent of the areas surveyed had stand densities of 300–600 ***^-1,and 64%had basal areas of 20–40 m^2 ha^-*** is an important factor influencing the AGB of old-growth,evergreen broadleaved forests in *** causing the loss of large-diameter trees(e.g.,>100 cm DBH)affects AGB but may not seriously affect stand density.

Taxus chinensis and T. wallichiana in have been threatened in their distribution areas in recent decades because of their over-exploitation and reduction and destruction of native habitats. Determining the genetic diversity in populations of the two species will provide guidelines for their protection and preservation. Two hundred and fifteen trees from six populations of T. chinensis and150 sampled trees of T. wallichiana were sampled. Six microsatellite primer pairs selected from 16 primer pairs were used to investigate genetic variation at the population and species levels. Five yielded polymorphic alleles, and among the 13 putative alleles amplified, 11 were polymorphic（accounting for 76.33 %）.Shannon＇s information index（I） and percentage of polymorphic bands（PPB）（I = 0.202 and PPB = 67.22 % for T. chinensis; I = 0.217 and PPB = 65.03 % for T. wallichiana）. Both species had low levels of genetic diversity（mean Ho= 0.107, He= 0.121 for T. chinensis; Ho= 0.095, He= 0.109 for T. wallichiana）. Genetic differentiation among populations was higher（FST= 0.189） for T. chinensis and lower（0.156） for ***, indicating limited gene flow（Nm） among populations for T. chinensis（0.68） and T. wallichiana（0.65）.Variation among individuals of T. chinensis was 63.59 and73.12 % for T. wallichiana. Thus, the threatened status of the two conifers is related to a lack of genetic diversity. All populations are isolated in small forest remnants. An ex situ conservation site should be established with a new population for these species that comprises all the genetic groups for the best chance to improve their fitness under environmental stresses.

Three new anamorph of Ceramothyrium aquaticum sp. nov., Ceramothyrium exiguum sp. nov., and Ceramothyrium phuquocense sp. nov. are described and illustrated. These fungi were isolated from submerged decaying leaves collected from Phu quoc National Park, Phu quoc province, viet Nam. The phylogeny based on ITS region and D1/D2 of the 28S rDNA gene showed that these fungi nested in the Ceramothyrium. Morphologically, C. aquaticum, C. phuquocense sp. nov. and C. exiguum sp. nov. are characterized;they were different from known anamorph species of Ceramothyrium by having one main axis and two lateral arms with 70 - 90, 33.5 - 72.5 and 70 - 130 μm long main axis, respectively. The table to compare Ceramothyrium anamorph is also given.
