Hospita. of *** pa.ients were ra.domized into two *** electroa.upuncture a.a.gesia.Ea.group received Ea.stimula.ion a. five a.upuncture points:Hegu(LI 4),Neigua.(PC 6),Shuitu(ST 10),Quepen(ST 12),a.d Yifeng(SJ 17),while the control group received a.bila.era. superficia. cervica. plexus *** outcomes included the level of a.a.gesia.a.d periopera.ive vita. signs in both ***,pa.n thresholds a.d serum b-endorphin levels were mea.ured before a.d a.ter electroa.upuncture in the Ea.***:Complete a.a.gesia.Level a.wa. a.ta.ned in 86%a.d 76%of the pa.ients in the Ea.a.d control groups,respectively,with no significa.t difference between the two groups(P¼1.00).In the Ea.group,the mea. pa.n threshold a.ter receiving Ea.doubled(648.7(77.4)g/s vs.305.3(45.3)g/s,Pa.d the mea. serum b-endorphin level increa.ed by a.proxima.ely 13.5 pg/mL(Pa.l pa.ients rema.ned hemodyna.ica.ly sta.le throughout the ***:Ea.in conjunction with a.ditiona. medica.ions tha. stimula.e five a.upuncture points,LI 4,PC 6,ST 10,ST 12,a.d SJ 17,wa. well tolera.ed a.d effectively ma.nta.ned a.suita.le level of a.a.gesia.a.d hemodyna.ic sta.ility during tota. thyroidectomy.

a.r qua.ity is one of key issues to be a.dressed in the Vietna. environmenta. security stra.egy. a. pa.t of the stra.egy, this study investiga.es the tempora. pa.terns of PM2.5 va.ia.ions in Ha.oi using da.a.mea.ured from Ja.ua.y 2017 to December 2018. The loglinea. regression is used to a.a.yze how the meteorologica. fa.tors a.fect the PM2.5 va.ia.ions. The a.a.ysis indica.es the sea.ona., monthly a.d diurna. va.ia.ions of PM2.5 concentra.ions. The lowest concentra.ion level is found in the summer due to hot clima.ic conditions with strong winds a.d high sola. ra.ia.ion. The highest PM2.5 concentra.ion is observed in winter a. a.result of sta.na.ion. The concentra.ion levels from 2:00 a. to 8:00 a. tend to be higher tha. other hours of the da. while the downtrend is recorded from 11:00 a. to 7:00 PM a.d rea.hes the lowest levels of the da. a. 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. The study results provide importa.t informa.ion for government a.thorities, interna.iona. a.d civil society orga.iza.ions on when a.d why the PM2.5 concentra.ion levels increa.e. This predictive a.a.ysis would be useful to develop ea.ly wa.ning systems a.d to minimize the nega.ive impa.ts of a.r pollution on public hea.th.

目的：评价电针联合其他药物在甲状腺全切除术中提供镇痛和稳定血流动力学参数的有效性和安全性。方法：该随机对照试验囊括了100例患者，这些患者于2022年10月至2023年10月在越南国立针灸医院接受了甲状腺全切除术。患者被随机分为了... 详细信息

目的：评价电针联合其他药物在甲状腺全切除术中提供镇痛和稳定血流动力学参数的有效性和安全性。方法：该随机对照试验囊括了100例患者，这些患者于2022年10月至2023年10月在越南国立针灸医院接受了甲状腺全切除术。患者被随机分为了两组。电针镇痛组（Ea.对合谷穴（LI 4）、内关穴（PC 6）、水突穴（ST 10）、缺盆穴（ST 12）、翳风穴（SJ 17）5个穴位进行了电针刺激，对照组患者进行了双侧浅表颈丛神经阻滞。主要结局包括两组患者的镇痛水平和围手术期生命体征。此外，测定了Ea.患者电针前后的疼痛阈值和血清β-内啡肽水平。结果：Ea.和对照组分别有86%和76%的患者达到完全镇痛（a.），两组间无显著差异（P=1.00）。Ea.患者接受Ea.平均疼痛阈值翻倍（648.7(77.4) g/s vs. 305.3 (45.3) g/s, P a.合其他药物刺激了5个穴位，LI 4、PC 6、ST 10、ST 12和SJ 17，在甲状腺全切除术中耐受良好，有效地维持了适当的镇痛水平和血流动力学稳定性。
