Role of inflammatory lipid and fatty acid metabolic abnormalities induced by plastic additives exposure in childhood asthma

Lipid metabolism play an essential role in occurrence and development of asthma,and it can be disturbed by phthalate esters(PAEs)and organophosphate fame retardants(OPFRs).As a chronic infammatory respiratory disease,the occurrence risk of childhood asthma is increased by PAEs and OPFRs exposure,but it remains not entirely clear how PAEs and OPFRs contribute the onset and progress of the *** have profiled the serum levels of PAEs and OPFRs congeners by liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry,and its relationships with the dysregulation of lipid metabolism in asthmatic,bronchitic(acute infammation)and healthy(non-infammation)*** PAEs and nine OPFRs congeners were found in the serum of children(1–5 years old)from Shenzhen,and their total median levels were 615.16 ng/m L and 17.06 ng/m L,***,the serum levels of mono-methyl phthalate(MMP),tri-propyl phosphate(TPP)and tri-n-butyl phosphate(TNBP)were significant higher in asthmatic children than in healthy and bronchitic children as ***-one characteristic lipids and fatty acids of asthma were screened by machine-learning random forest model based on serum lipidome data,and the alterations of infammatory characteristic lipids and fatty acids including palmitic acids,12,13-Di HODE,14,21-Di HDHA,prostaglandin D2 and Lyso PA(18:2)showed significant correlated with high serum levels of MMP,TPP and *** results imply PAEs and OPFRs promote the occurrence of childhood asthma via disrupting infammatory lipid and fatty acid metabolism,and provide a novel sight for better understanding the effects of plastic additives on childhood asthma.

马来半岛位于低纬热带地区,厄尔尼诺-南方涛动(El Nino-Southern Oscillation,ENSO)如何影响该区域的气候,尤其是降水仍然存在争议。本文以马来半岛东北部登嘉楼州Setiu潟湖钻孔NTT-3为研究对象,通过分析粒度、总有机碳及总氮含量、C/N比值和XRF岩心扫描等,探讨该钻孔的沉积环境变化及其对ENSO的响应。研究结果显示,钻孔记录中自1970年前后(84 cm处)出现两种不同的变化趋势。1970年之前钻孔下部沉积物粒度、有机和无机地球化学特征趋势波动明显,沉积速率较低。而1970年以来,潟湖沉积环境总体稳定,沉积物中的有机组分主要来自红树林,同时伴有河流输入的淡水浮游植物的贡献。频谱分析结果显示1970年以来钻孔上部存在明显的ENSO周期变化。强厄尔尼诺现象基本对应低Zr/Rb比值和低Zr/Ti比值,而强拉尼娜(La Nina)现象基本对应高Zr/Rb比值和高Zr/Ti比值。该结论不仅支持了现代观测对马来半岛东部沿海地区气候变化的认识,同时也在地质记录中发现了ENSO变化的直接证据,对全面认识和理解ENSO对亚洲气候变化的影响、区域陆海相互作用过程和环境响应等方面具有重要现实意义。

Dapagliflozin and sacubitril on myocardial microperfusion in patients with post-acute myocardial infarction heart failure and type 2 diabetes

报道1例阿卡波糖+甘精胰岛素注射治疗血糖控制不佳的2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者, 经胰岛素强化治疗后转为德谷门冬双胰岛素+门冬胰岛素治疗的诊疗过程。患者为中年男性, 主因"发现血糖升高1年余"入院, 平日空腹血糖(FPG)13.7 mmol/L, 餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)8.5 mmol/L, 入院后完善相关检查, 结果示其糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)为7.6%, 尿白蛋白/肌酐比值为15.31 mg/g, 谷氨酸脱羧酶抗体、胰岛细胞抗体、胰岛素抗体均为阴性;尿葡萄糖+, 混合餐糖简化C肽检查结果示FPG和空腹C肽分别为8.0 mmol/L和0.35 ng/ml, 餐后2 h血糖和C肽分别为14.66 mmol/L和0.84 ng/ml, 结合病史及检查结果, 明确诊断为T2DM, 给予胰岛素泵+餐时胰岛素注射强化治疗后逐渐简化为早晚餐前使用德谷门冬双胰岛素, 中餐前使用门冬胰岛素的3针方案, 患者得到满意的治疗效果, 后期随访, 血糖控制达标。
