Pollution of hazardous substances in industrial construction and demolition wastes and their multi-path risk within an abandoned pesticide manufacturing plant

Exploration of heavy metals and organic pollutants, their leaching capacity along with health and environmental risks in contaminated industrial construction and demolition waste （ICDW） within a pesticide manufacturing plant were investigated. A maximum content of 90.8 mg·kg-1 Cd was found present in the wastes, which might originate from phosphorus rocks and industrial sulfuric acid used in pesticide production processes. An average concentration of 979.8 mg·kg-1 dichlorovos and other 11 organophosphorus pesticide were also detected. Relatively high leaching rates of around 4.14‰ were obtained from laboratory simulated ICDW using both glacial acetic acidsodium hydroxide and deionized water. Pesticide pollutants had the strongest tendency to retaining on dry bricks （leaching rate 1.68 9‰） compared to mortar-coatings, etc. due to their different physical characteristics and octanol-water partioning coefficient. Mobility of pesticide from on-site ICDW by water was spatially correlated to waste types, process sections and human activities, with a flux of leaching rate between 5.9‰ to 27.4%. Risk-based corrective action （RBCA） model was used to simulate the risk of contaminated ICDW debris randomly scattered. Oral and demlal ingestion amount by local workers was 9.8 × 10-3 and 1.9 × 10-2 mg.（kg-d）-1, respectively. Potential leaching risk to aquatic systems exceeded the limit for nearly 75% waste. Environmental and health risk exceedance was found in most ICDW, while the risk value of the most severely contaminated brick waste was 660 times beyond critical level. Implications for waste management involving construction and deconstruction work, waste transferring and regulation supplying were also provided.

Gold nanoflowers for 3D volumetric molecular imaging of tumors by photoacoustic tomography

By binding molecular probes that target tumor cells, gold nanoparticles （AuNPs） with superior characteristics have shown great potential in tumor molecular imaging studies. The non-invasive, high-resolution, and three-dimensional imaging of the targeted AuNPs within the tumor is desirable for both diagnosis and therapy. In this study, gold nanoflowers （AuNFs） are presented as a novel contrast agent for photoacoustic tomography （PAT）. By binding to folic acid, the molecular probe, the tail-vein injected AuNFs concentrated within the tumor site in mice; this was clearly visualized by three-dimensional （3D） PAT imaging. In addition, toxicity assay proved that AuNFs were harmless to living cells and animals. Our results demonstrate that AuNFs have great potential in tumor molecular imaging.

Underwater monopulse space-time adaptive track-before-detect method,which combines space-time adaptive detector(STAD)and the track-before-detect algorithm based on dynamic programming(DP-TBD),denoted as STAD-DP-TBD,can effectively detect low-speed weak ***,due to the complexity and variability of the underwater environment,it is difficult to obtain sufficient secondary data,resulting in a serious decline in the detection and tracking performance,and leading to poor robustness of the *** this paper,based on the adaptive matched filter(AMF)test and the RAO test,underwater monopulse AMF-DP-TBD algorithm and RAO-DP-TBD algorithm which incorporate persymmetry and symmetric spectrum,denoted as PSAMF-DP-TBD and PS-RAO-DP-TBD,are proposed and compared with the AMF-DP-TBD algorithm and RAO-DP-TBD algorithm based on persymmetry array,denoted as P-AMF-DP-TBD and *** simulation results show that the four methods can work normally with sufficient secondary data and slightly insufficient secondary data,but when the secondary data is severely insufficient,the P-AMF-DP-TBD and P-RAO-DP-TBD algorithms has failed while the PSAMF-DP-TBD and PS-RAO-DP-TBD algorithms still have good detection and tracking capabilities.

Indium(In)-based halide perovskites are desirable for next-generation phosphors and emitting devices,due to their broad emission,nontoxicity,and oxidization avoidance ***,the In-based perovskites always exhibit low external photoluminescence quantum efficiency(PLQE)as a result of their weak light absorption near the corresponding excitation region,and thus,are limited in extended ***,we have developed an antimony(Sb)-doping strategy to improve the absorption ability of Cs2InCl5·H2O in the ultraviolet ***,we obtained a warm-light phosphor with ultrahigh external(internal)PLQE of 72.8%(86.7%).Typically,upon 1.5%Sb doping,the single-crystalline Cs2InCl5·H2O perovskite displayed a stronger warm-light emission at∼610 nm with a large Stokes shift of 295 nm and full width at half maximum(FWHM)of 164 *** functional theory(DFT)calculations revealed that the Sb-doping induced an impurity level in the bandgap,increasing the density of state(DOS),and promoted more carriers into the conduction band ***,external PLQE from 18%to 59%could be realized in other zero-dimensional In-based perovskites through the same doping strategy.

Characteristics and genesis of tuffaceous shale oil lithofacies:A case study of Lucaogou Formation in Santanghu Basin

Lucaogou Formation in the Santanghu Basin is a special lacustrine fine-grained sedimentary deposits rich in volcanic debris and carbonate,with abundant shale oil ***,understanding of shale oil characteristics and genesis remains ***,sedimentary environment,and formation mechanisms of tuffaceous shale oil are investigated based on core and thin section observations,X-ray diffraction,field emission SEM and geochemical *** show that three mixed lithofacies types are developed in Lucaogou Formation:blocky tuff,laminated tuffaceous dolomite,and laminated dolomitic *** lithofacies types are characterized by high content of felsic and dolostone,widespread organic matter,and low clay *** of tuffaceous shale oil sweet spots is primarily influenced by four factors:inputting of volcanic ash as a high-quality source rocks and reservoirs provides good material basis;devitrification of volcanic glass,calcitization,and dissolution are crucial for formation of reservoirs;expulsion of source rocks with high-abundance organic matter expulsion facilitates migration and accumulation of hydrocarbon in adjacent reservoirs;fracture development improves reservoir permeability to form highly productive sweet *** analyzing characteristics and genesis of tuffaceous shale oil,the main controlling factors of reservoir physical property and oil saturation are clarified,which is of great significance for selection of shale oil exploration zones.

目的:探讨影响急性心肌梗死(AMI)病人复苏工作延迟的影响因素,并确定其对急诊科救治效率及治疗时机的影响。方法:回顾性调查2020年1月1日—2022年1月1日在安徽省合肥市某三级甲等医院急诊科就诊的急性心肌梗死病人,调查病人的一般资料、急诊拥挤指标、急诊生命体征、急诊救治相关指标等,分析急性心肌梗死病人复苏工作延迟的影响因素。结果:共纳入753例急性心肌梗死病人,其中复苏工作延迟组228例,占30.3%。年龄、急诊主诉、入院方式、就诊时间、经皮血氧饱和度、改良早期预警评分是心肌梗死病人复苏工作延迟的影响因素。复苏工作延迟组急诊滞留时间长于非复苏工作延迟组,经皮冠状动脉介入治疗、门球时间达标比例低于非复苏工作延迟组(P<0.05)。结论:年龄<45岁、主诉胸闷及其他症状群、自行入院、夜间就诊为急性心肌梗死病人发生复苏工作延迟独立危险因素,复苏工作延迟可能会导致急性心肌梗死病人错过最佳治疗时机而影响急诊救治效果。
