Understanding the response of the Earth system to varying concentrations of carbon dioxide(CO_(2))is critical for projecting possible future climate change and for providing insight into mitigation and adaptation strategies in the near *** this study,we generate a dataset by conducting an experiment involving carbon dioxide removal(CDR)—a potential way to suppress global warming—using the Chinese Academy of Sciences Earth System Model version 2.0(CASESM2.0).A preliminary evaluation is *** model is integrated from 200–340 years as a 1%yr^(−1) CO_(2) concentration increase experiment,and then to~478 years as a carbon dioxide removal experiment until CO_(2) returns to its original ***,another 80 years is integrated in which CO_(2) is kept *** in the 2-m temperature,precipitation,sea surface temperature,ocean temperature,Atlantic meridional overturning circulation(AMOC),and sea surface height are all *** the ramp-up period,the global mean 2-m temperature and precipitation both increase while the AMOC *** of all the above variables change in the opposite direction in the ramp-down period,with a delayed peak relative to the CO_(2) *** CO_(2) returns to its original value,the global mean 2-m temperature is still~1 K higher than in the original state,and precipitation is~0.07 mm d^(–1) *** the end of the simulation,there is a~0.5°C increase in ocean temperature and a 1 Sv weakening of the *** model simulation produces similar results to those of comparable experiments previously reported in the literature.

大黄鱼UBXN1基因鉴定及其过表达后的转录组分析

为探究一种包含泛素调节性X结构域的蛋白(ubiquitin regulatory X domain-containing protein,UBXN1)在大黄鱼抗盾纤毛虫感染中的作用，以及可能涉及的免疫信号通路。本实验克隆鉴定了大黄鱼UBXN1基因，并利用在线软件对其序列特征进行生物信息学分析;采用实时荧光定量PCR (qRT-PCR)检测UBXN1在健康大黄鱼各组织中的表达，及盾纤毛虫感染后的诱导表达变化；并进行了UBXN1的亚细胞定位；转录组测序分析了UBXN1过表达前后的差异表达基因。结果显示，UBXN1基因cDNA全长为915 bp，编码304个氨基酸。蛋白多重序列比对和结构预测表明UBXN1是一个进化保守的蛋白，包含UBA和UBX结构域。qRT-PCR分析表明UBXN1在所检测的11种组织中均有表达，脑中表达量最高，其次是肝脏、心脏和肾脏，在肌肉中表达量最低；盾纤毛虫感染大黄鱼后，UBXN1在脾脏、脑、肝脏和肾脏中表达量早期显著升高，后期逐步恢复至正常水平。亚细胞定位分析表明，UBXN1在大黄鱼肾脏细胞质和细胞核中均有表达。在293T细胞过表达UBXN1，转录组差异表达分析筛选到12个上调基因，4个下调基因，其中RPL41/RPL39/XIST/RNA45SN4表达量显著增加，而ATP8/ND4L表达量显著减少。研究表明UBXN1在大黄鱼抗寄生虫免疫应答中发挥重要作用。本实验为进一步研究UBXN1的免疫信号通路奠定基础。

基于中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)2014—2020年共4期数据,利用贫困陷阱理论和非线性动力学理论测度居民家庭经济韧性,厘清基本医疗保险参与增强居民家庭经济韧性的机理。研究发现,基本医疗保险参与能显著增强居民家庭经济韧性,并且这一结果具有稳健性。改善家庭成员健康状况和减轻家庭医疗负担是基本医疗保险参与增强居民家庭经济韧性的重要渠道。按照基本医疗保险发挥边际效果的特征,居民家庭可划分为高效型、低效型、无效型等类型,其中无效型和低效型家庭经济韧性较强、医疗负担较低。随着居民家庭经济韧性的增强,基本医疗保险参与的边际效果逐渐下降。低收入家庭基本医疗保险参与增强居民家庭经济韧性的效果最显著,高收入家庭则无显著效果。

Product design on the basis of fuzzy quality function deployment

In the implementation of quality function deployment （QFD）, the determination of the target values of engineering characteristics is a complex decision process with multiple variables and multiple objectives that should trade off, and optimize all kinds of conflicts and constraints. A fuzzy linear programming model （FLP） is proposed. On the basis of the inherent fuzziness of QFD system, triangular fuzzy numbers are used to represent all the relationships and correlations, and then, the functional relationships between the customer needs and engineering characteristics and the functional correlations among the engineering characteristics are determined with the information in the house of quality （HoQ） fully used. The fuzzy linear programming （FLP） model aims to find the optimal target values of the engineering characteristics to maximize the customer satisfaction. Finally, the proposed method is illustrated by a numerical example.

Wave packet solutions in a bounded equatorial ocean and its interannual and decadal variabilities

Linearized shallow water perturbation equations with approximation in an equatorial β plane are used to obtain the analytical solution of wave packet anomalies in the upper bounded equatorial ocean. The main results are as follows. The wave packet is a superposition of eastward travelling Kelvin waves and westward travelling Rossby waves with the slowest speed, and satisfies the boundary conditions of eastern and western coasts, *** decay coefficient of this solution to the north and south sides of the equator is inversely proportional only to the phase velocity of Kelvin waves in the upper water. The oscillation frequency of the wave packet, which is also the natural frequency of the ocean, is proportional to its mode number and the phase velocity of Kelvin waves and is inversely proportional to the length of the equatorial ocean in the east-west direction. The flow anomalies of the wave packet of Mode 1 most of the time appear as zonal flows with the same direction. They reach the maximum at the center of the equatorial ocean and decay rapidly away from the equator, manifested as equatorially trapped waves. The flow anomalies of the wave packet of Mode 2 appear as the zonal flows with the same direction most of the time in half of the ocean, and are always 0 at the center of the entire ocean which indicates stagnation, while decaying away from the equator with the same speed as that of Mode 1. The spatial structure and oscillation period of the wave packet solution of Mode 1 and Mode 2 are consistent with the changing periods of the surface spatial field and time coefficient of the first and second modes of complex empirical orthogonal function(EOF)analysis of flow anomalies in the actual equatorial ocean. This indicates that the solution does exist in the real ocean, and that El Ni?o-Southern Oscillation(ENSO) and Indian Ocean dipole(IOD) are both related to Mode *** considering the Indonesian throughflow, we can obtain the length of bounded equa

基于中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS) 2014—2018年三期数据,构建多维相对贫困指数,利用Probit模型实证检验了互联网使用对多维相对贫困的影响。研究发现,使用互联网能够显著减缓个体的多维相对贫困状况;互联网使用对于不同个体的影响具有异质性,互联网对拥有中等人力资本和低社会资本的群体效果更为明显。分维度检验结果显示,使用互联网主要通过降低居民发展能力贫困缓解个体相对多维贫困状况。此外,进一步纳入时间维度,发现互联网使用时间越长,减贫效果越好,并且互联网使用还具有相对贫困长效治理效应,能够有效降低个体陷入长期贫困的概率,但随着个体陷入贫困时间的延长,互联网减贫效果逐渐减弱。

Assessing indica-japonica differentiation of improved rice varieties using microsatellite markers

To assess the indica-japonica differentiation of improved rice varieties, a total of 512 modem varieties including 301 indica and 211 japonica accessions were analyzed using 36 microsatellites. The Fst coefficients ranged from 0.002 to 0.730 among the loci with an average of 0.315. Significant differentiation was detected at 94.4% of the loci studied （P 〈 0.05, pairwise Fst tests）, indicating that there was a high level of indica-japonica differentiation within the improved varieties. At 18 loci, about 74%-98% of the alleles of indica and japonica accessions were distributed in two ranges of amplicon length. Linkage disequilibrium analysis showed that the distribution trends were significantly nonrandomly associated. Using the differentiation trends at the 18 loci, microsatellite index （MI） was proposed for discrimination of the two subspecies. When rice accessions with MI value greater than zero were classified as indica, and those with MI value smaller than zero were classified as japonica, about 96.1% of the accessions could be classified. This result agrees with the classification based on morphological-physiological characters, indicating that this method is feasible and effective.

Indica is not only an important rice subspecies widely planted in Asia and the rest of the world,but it is also the genetic background of the majority of hybrid varieties in *** on genetic structure and genetic diversity in indica germplasm resources are important for the classification and utilization of cultivated rice in *** a genetically representative core collection comprising 1482 Chinese indica landraces,we analysed the genetic structure,geographic differentiation and ***-based structure analysis of varieties within three ecotypes revealed nine eco-geographical types partially accordant with certain ecological zones in *** of eco-geographical types was attributed to local ecological adaption and physical *** groups may be useful for developing heterotic groups of *** facilitate the identification of different ecotypes and eco-geographical types,we identified characteristic SSR alleles of each ecotype and eco-geographical type and a rapid index of discrimination based on characteristic *** characteristic alleles and rapid discrimination index may guide development of heterotic groups,and selection of hybrid parents.

农村社会养老保险对农户多维相对贫困的影响研究

农村社会养老保险对于提升家庭内生发展能力,缓解农户多维相对贫困具有重要意义。基于可行能力理论构建多维相对贫困指数,利用2014—2018年三期中国家庭追踪调查数据库,探究农村社会养老保险对农户多维相对贫困的政策效果及作用机制。结果表明,农村社会养老保险能够通过促进老年人操持家务、隔代照顾和促进青年劳动力外出就业缓解家庭多维相对贫困状况。按照农村社会养老保险的边际效果特征,农户群体可被划分为有效型、抑制型与无效型三种,且在样本期间内抑制型农户减少,无效型农户增多。另外,农村社会养老保险仅对于多维相对贫困程度较高的农户有显著的作用效果,且农村社会养老保险能够阻断返贫以及抑制长期性贫困。因此,为有效缓解农户多维贫困,应推动农村产业发展并加强对农村劳动力的技能培训,完善农村社会养老保险制度的运作模式和提升养老金待遇水平,以及构建多元化农村社会保障制度。
