An on-line Ag/Al galvanic cell is investigated and employed to generate electrochemiluminescence (ECL). The potential of the galvanic cell could be adjusted by varying the components of flow reagent. The cell performed perfect capability of supplying a stable potential for ECL generation. Based on the weak ECL of calcein blue could be greatly sensitized by the presence of calcium in alkaline solution, calcium contents in milk samples and in cabbage were assayed and the results were compared with those from ICP-AES method.

Amorphous molybdenum disulfide(MoS_(2))is a promising electrochemical catalyst for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)due to more active sites exposed on the surface compared to its crystalline *** this study,a novel fast three-minute one-pot method is proposed to prepare the single-wall carbon nanotube-(SWCNT-)supported amorphous MoS_(2) via a microwave heating *** to traditional hydro-or solvent thermal methods to prepare MoS_(2) which usually consume more than 10 hours,it is more promising for fast *** overpotential at 10 mA/cm2 of amorphous MoS_(2)@SWCNT is 178 mV,which is 99mV and 22mV lower than crystalline MoS_(2)@SWCNT and pure amorphous MoS_(2),*** running 1000 cycles of polarization,~2%increase in overpotential is observed,indicating its good *** enhanced performance results from the beneficial combination of the SWCNT substrate and the amorphous *** introduction of SWCNT increases catalyst conductivity and prevents MoS_(2) *** amorphous microstructures of MoS_(2) prepared by a microwave heating method lead to more Mo edges or active sites exposed.

Chiral hybrid perovskites （CHPs） have been regarded as promising candidates for developing chiroptoelectronics ***,circular dichroism （CD）,as one of the most important characteristics to evaluate the chiroptical activity,remains at a comparatively low level in CHPs compared to other chiral materials,which hinders the successful applications of CHPs in stateof-the-art ***,exploring new methods for enhancing CD in CHPs is urgently needed and remains ***,enhanced CD response has been successfully realized via constructing carboxylic hydrogen bonding in chiralachiral mixed cations perovskites （R/S-PPA）2（ABA）PbBr5（2R/2S）(PPA=1-phenylpropylamine,ABA=4-aminobutyric acid).Compared with the prototype （R/S-PPA）PbBr3（1R/1S）,2R/2S provide intimate connections between organic units and inorganic parts via carboxylic hydrogen bonding N–H···O bridge,contributing new chirality transfer paths.A larger inorganic skeletons’helicity in 2R/2S predicts a high degree of chirality ***,2R/2S exhibit significantly enhanced CD response with an anisotropy factor amplified by an order of ***,bright blue circularly polarized luminescence applications are achieved in 2R/*** work systematically investigates the correlation between CD and hydrogen bonding interaction in CHPs,meanwhile providing a new avenue to develop the application potential of chiral materials in chiroptoelectronics.

Recent research has demonstrated the impact of physical activity on the prognosis of glioma patients,with evidence suggesting exercise may reduce mortality risks and aid neural *** role of the small ubiquitin-like modifier(SUMO)protein,especially post-exercise,in cancer progression,is gaining attention,as are the potential anti-cancer effects of *** used machine learning to create the exercise and SUMO-related gene signature(ESLRS).This signature shows how physical activity might help improve the outlook for low-grade glioma and other *** demonstrated the prognostic and immunotherapeutic significance of ESLRS markers,specifically highlighting how murine double minute 2(MDM2),a component of the ESLRS,can be targeted by *** underscores the intricate relationship between natural compounds such as nutlin-3 and immune *** comprehensive CRISPR screening,we validated the effects of specific ESLRS genes on low-grade glioma *** also revealed insights into the effectiveness of Nutlin-3a as a potent MDM2 inhibitor through molecular docking and dynamic ***-3a inhibited glioma cell proliferation and activated the p53 *** efficacy decreased with MDM2 overexpression,and this was reversed by Nutlin-3a or *** using a low-grade glioma mouse model highlighted the effect of physical activity on oxidative stress and molecular pathway ***,both physical exercise and Nutlin-3a administration improved physical function in mice bearing tumors derived from MDM2-overexpressing *** results suggest the potential for Nutlin-3a,an MDM2 inhibitor,with physical exercise as a therapeutic approach for glioma *** research also supports the use of natural products for therapy and sheds light on the interaction of exercise,natural products,and immune regulation in cancer treatment.

In this paper we present a motion compensation (MC) design for the newest Audio Video coding Standard (AVS) of China. Because of compression-efficient techniques of variable block size (VBS) and sub-pixel interpolation, intensive pixel calculation and huge memory access are required. We propose a parallel serial filtering mixed luma interpolation data flow and a three-stage multiplication free chroma interpolation scheme. Compared to the conventional designs, the integrated architecture supports about 2.7 times filtering throughput. The proposed MC design utilizes Vertical Z processing order for reference data re-use and saves up to 30% memory bandwidth. The whole design requires 44.3k gates when synthesized at 108 MHz clock frequency using 0.18-μm CMOS technology and can support up to 1920×1088@30 fps AVS HDTV video decoding.

Quantitative Evaluation of Sustainable Development and Eco-Environmental Carrying Capacity in Water-Deficient Regions:A Case Study in the Haihe River Basin,China

Quantitative assessment of development sustainability could be a challenge to regional management and planning, especially for areas facing great risks of water shortage. Surface-water decline and groundwater over-pumping have caused serious environmental problems and limited economic development in many regions all around the world. In this paper, a framework for quantitatively evaluating development sustainability was established with water-related eco-environmental carrying capacity （EECC） as the core measure. As a case study, the developed approach was applied to data of the Haihe River Basin, China, during 1998 through 2007. The overall sustainable development degree （SDD） is determined to be 0.39, suggesting that this rate of development is not sustainable. Results of scenario analysis revealed that overshoot, or resource over- exploitation, of the Basin＇s EECC is about 20% for both population and economy. Based on conditions in the study area in 2007, in order to achieve sustainable development, i.e., SDD〉0.70 in this study, the EECC could support a population of 108 million and gross domestic product （GDP） of 2.72 trillion CNY. The newly developed approach in quantifying ecoenvironmental carrying capacity is anticipated to facilitate sustainable development oriented resource management in waterdeficient areas.

The topside floatover installation is always a great challenge and is sensitive to environmental *** this study,experimental analysis on the mating operation of the floatover installation in different wave headings is *** continuous mating operation using the rapid transfer technique was experimentally simulated with the assistance of the jacking system and the ballast *** the continuous transfer modeling,the topsides loads were transferred onto the jacket by several consecutive steps,including the first rapid jack-down for the 30%loads,continuous 30%−70%load transfer and the second repaid jack-down for the remaining 30%*** of the barge and the topsides as well as loads on the Deck Support Unite(DSU)and the Leg Mating Unite(LMU)in different wave headings were *** results illustrated the complex motion behavior and load characteristics of the continuous transfer *** indicate that the rapid jack-down operations will lead to impact loads and larger lateral DSU *** bow quartering seas are much more dangerous as it gives rise to the larger motions and *** with the traditional steady-state modeling indicate that the continuous transfer modeling has greater advantages over the steady-state modeling on predicting the loads.
