Changes in family situation and concurrent changes in working life:a 15-year longitudinal analysis

Objective Currently,little is known regarding changes in family situation with concurrent changes in working *** study aimed to examine whether changes in family situation(based on living with children and/or marrying/divorcing)were associated with changes in working life and whether the associations were influenced by sex,genetics and early life *** Prospective cohort *** and participants Data from Swedish national registers of 16410 twins were ***-effects logistic regression models assessing ORs with 95%CIs were applied to examine associations between changes in family situation and working life controlling for time-invariant effects and adjusted for covariates,and conditional models to account for confounding of genetics and early life *** Changes in individuals life situation from being single and living without children to married and living with children were associated with transitioning from unsustainable(ie,having unemployment or sickness absence/disability pension)to sustainable working life(men:OR 2.40,95%CI 2.26 to 2.56;women:OR 1.68,95%CI 1.59 to 1.78).Changes from being married to single,in contrast,attenuated the likelihood of transitioning to a sustainable working ***,changes in men’s working life seem to be more dependent on changes in family situation compared with *** factors and early life environment play a role in the *** Family formation increases the likelihood of a more stable working life whereas divorce is a risk factor for work *** study emphasises that family formation improves the work life situation and to a higher degree for men.

Gravure printing is a promising large-scale fabrication method for flexible organic solar cells(FOSCs)because it is compatible with two-dimension patternable roll-to-roll ***,the unsuitable rheological property of ZnO nanoinks resulted in unevenness and looseness of the gravure-printed ZnO interfacial *** we propose a strategy to manipulate the macroscopic and microscopic of the gravure-printed ZnO films through using mixed solvent and poly(vinylpyrrolidone)(PVP)*** regulation of drying speed effectively manipulates the droplets fusion and leveling process and eliminates the printing ribbing structure in the macroscopic *** additive of PVP effectively regulates the rheological property and improves the microscopic compactness of the *** this method,large-area ZnO∶PVP films(28×9 cm^(2))with excellent uniformity,compactness,conductivity,and bending durability were *** power conversion efficiencies of FOSCs with gravure-printed AgNWs and ZnO∶PVP films reached 14.34%and 17.07%for the 1 cm^(2)PM6:Y6 and PM6∶L8-BO flexible *** efficiency of 17.07%is the highest value to date for the 1 cm^(2)*** use of mixed solvent and PVP addition also significantly enlarged the printing window of ZnO ink,ensuring high-quality printed thin films with thicknesses varying from 30 to 100 nm.

Design Optimization of Outlet Temperature Distribution of Hydrogen Micromixing Diffusion Combustor Based on Micro-turbojet Engine

This paper focuses on the optimization of the outlet temperature field of a hydrogen micromixing diffusion combustor for a micro-turbojet engine with a thrust of 20kgf. The joint simulation optimization platform was established combining Workbench and UG and the multi-parameter driven optimization design process was *** surrogate models and genetic algorithms were employed to investigate the influences of key parameters on the hotspot temperature at the combustor exit. It was found that smaller diameters of the dilution holes and positions further from the exit lead to lower hotspot temperatures. Additionally, an optimal solution for achieving a uniform temperature distribution at the combustor outlet was obtained. This solution involves a single row of dilution holes on both the inner and outer walls of the flame tube, arranged in an alternating axial and angular pattern. Through aerothermal process analysis, it was determined that the outlet temperature distribution coefficient (OTDF) of the combustion chamber is below 0.2. Meanwhile, the axial dimension of the flame is short, approximately one-third of the flame tube length. The conclusions derived from this study provide important guidance for the design of hydrogen micromix diffusion combustor.

Enriching Iodine and Regulating Grain Aroma,Appearance Quality,and Yield in Aromatic Rice by Foliar Application of Sodium Iodide

Applying iodine fertilizers to cultivate iodine-rich crops for daily intake is an effective approach for iodine supplementation,especially for aromatic *** experiments were conducted during the early growing seasons of 2021 and 2022 to evaluate the impacts of foliar application of iodine fertilizer on aromatic rice and to explore the optimal iodine fertilizer *** the full heading stage,six different concentrations of sodium iodide solutions of 0%(CK),0.010%(T1),0.025%(T2),0.050%(T3),0.075%(T4),and 0.100%(T5)were applied to indica aromatic rice cultivars Meixiangzhan 2 and *** results showed that sodium iodide treatments significantly increased the iodine and sodium contents in both leaves and *** with the CK,the T1 and T2 treatments increased the 2-acetyl-1-pyrroline(2-AP)content in mature grains by 8.41%-101.66%and 13.58%-74.60%,*** in the contents of 1-pyrroline-5-carboxylic acid,proline,1-pyrroline,and methylglyoxal,as well as the activity of proline dehydrogenase were also ***,sodium iodide treatments remarkably decreased the chalky grain rate,chalkiness area,and chalkiness degree of aromatic rice,with the T2 treatment exhibiting a 17.79%-47.42%decrease in chalkiness degree compared with the ***,T1 and T2 treatments showed beneficial impacts on chlorophyll content,photosynthetic characteristics,and yield components,while T3,T4,and T5 treatments exhibited adverse effects on leaf and grain *** linear discriminant analysis revealed significant differences between *** correlation analysis and piecewise structural equation modeling showed that the iodine and sodium influenced the photosynthetic characteristics and chlorophyll content of the leaves,thereby regulating the 2-AP biosynthesis and yield components,ultimately affecting the 2-AP content and ***,this study suggests that foliar application of 0.025%sodium iodide is an effective method t

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the analgesic effects of total flavonoids of Longxuejie(Resina Dracaenae Cochinchinensis)(TFDB) and explore the possible analgesic mechanism associated with transient receptor potential vanilloid 1(TRPV1).METHODS: Whole-cell patch clamp technique was used to observe the effects of TFDB on capsaicin-induced TRPV1 currents. Rat experiments in vivo were used to observe the analgesic effects of TFDB. Western blot and immunofluorescence experiments were used to test the change of TRPV1 expression in DRG neurons induced by ***: Results showed that TFDB inhibited capsaicin-induced TRPV1 receptor currents in acutely isolated dorsal root ganglion(DRG) neurons of rats and the half inhibitory concentration was(16.7 ± 1.6) mg/***(2-20 mg/kg) showed analgesic activity in the phase Ⅱ of formalin test and(0.02-2 mg per paw)reduced capsaicin-induced licking times of rats. TFDB(20 mg/kg) was fully efficacious on complete Freund's adjuvant(CFA)-induced inflammatory thermal hyperalgesia and capsaicin could weaken the analgesic effects. The level of TRPV1 expressions of DRG neurons was also decreased in TFDB-treated CFA-inflammatory pain ***: All these results indicated that the analgesic effect of TFDB may contribute to their modulations on both function and expression of TRPV1 channels in DRG neurons.
