Objective:To investigate effect of orthodontic force on inflammatory periodontal tissue remodeling and expression of IL-6 and IL-8 in ***:Eighty SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups,blank control group(group A)with 5 rats,treatment normal group(group B)with 25 rats,inflammation control group(group(group C)with 25 rats,inflammation treatment group(group D)with 25 *** and histomorphometric analysis was performed to measure the expression of IL-6,IL-8 and the firet molar to the recent movement in the ***:The expression of IL-8 reached a maximum on day 5 and declined thereafter in group B;the expression of IL-6 reached a maximum on day 5 in group *** expression of IL-6 and IL-8 was gradually weakened with time in group *** expression of IL-6 and IL-8 were high,and reached a maximum on day 5 and declined thereafter in group *** of positive cells in group D were higher than group B at each time point(P<0.05).The time which 0.49 N orthodontic force was loaded was longer,orthodontic tooth movement distance was *** distance in group D were longer than group B(P<0.05).Conclusions:Orthodontic force as well as inflammatory stimulus can evoke the expression of IL-6 and *** the combined effects of inflammation and orthodontic force,the expression of IL-6,IL-8will increase.

Highly efficient synthesis and application of aryl diazonium salts via femtosecond laser-tailored 3D flow microfluidic chips

The first example of the microfluidic chips(MFCs) consisting of centimeter-level 3D channels with highdensity and large-volume fabricated by femtosecond laser micromachining were utilized to develop a time-saving, economical and hazardless flow synthesis process, and its advantages have been proved by in situ formation of aryldiazonium salts and subsequent borylation with bis(pinacolato)diboron. There are several important advantages in our 3D MFC-based flow synthesis technology, including the following:(1) the reaction temperature was altered from ice bath to room temperature;(2) the residence time was reduced by 10 times;(3) the yield was greatly improved, that is, several arylboronates were successfully obtained with higher yield compared to traditional batch process. Therefore, it can be envisioned that a novel, simplified flow synthetic protocol will be developed toward green organic synthesis via MFCs.

Phenolics,as the main bioactive compounds in tea,have been suggested to have potential in the prevention of various human ***,little is known about phenolics and their bioactivity in Zhangping Narcissue tea cake which is considered the most special kind of oolong *** unveil its bioactivity,three phenolic-enriched extracts were obtained from Zhangping Narcissue tea cake using ethyl acetate,n-butanol,and *** main chemical compositions and in vitro bioactivity were analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)and ultraperformance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS).The ethyl acetate fraction(ZEF)consisted of higher content of phenolics,flavonoids,procyanidins,and catechin monomers(including epigallocatechin gallate(EGCG),epicatechin gallate(ECG),and gallocatechin gallate(GCG))than n-butanol fraction(ZBF)and water fraction(ZWF).ZEF exhibited the strongest antioxidant capacity in vitro due to its abundant bioactive *** was validated by Pearson correlation and hierarchical clustering *** also showed a remarkable inhibition on the growth,migration,and invasion of 4T1 murine breast cancer cells.

The yield of winter wheat is hindered by drought and low temperature in the Loess Plateau of *** common mulching methods to conserve soil moisture,ridge furrows with plastic film mulching (RP) and flat soil surfaces with plastic film mulching (FP) are helpful for wheat *** previous study indicated that FP could improve wheat yield more effectively than RP,but the reason remains *** effect of mulching method on functional bacteria also needs to be further *** this study,winter wheat was employed to evaluate the impacts of mulching method on soil temperature,moisture content,microorganisms and grain *** results showed that FP had a warming effect when the soil temperature was low and a cooling effect when the temperature was too ***,the ability to regulate soil temperature in the RP method was unstable and varied with *** lowest negative accumulated soil temperature was found in the FP treatment,which was 20–89 and 43–99%lower than that of the RP and flat sowing with non-film mulching control (NP) treatments,*** soil moisture was better transferred to topsoil for wheat growth in the FP and RP treatments than the NP treatment,which made the topsoil moisture in the two treatments (especially FP) more sufficient than that in the NP treatment during the early growing stage of ***,due to the limited water resources in the study area,there was almost no difference between treatments in topsoil water storage during the later *** wheat yield in the FP treatment was significantly higher,by 12–16and 23–56%,respectively,than in the RP and NP *** positive correlations were observed among the negative accumulated soil temperature,spike number and wheat *** Chao1 and Shannon indices in the RP treatment were 17 and 3.9%higher than those in the NP treatment,***,according to network relationship analysis,the interspecific relationships of bacteria were weakened i

In this paper,a time-frequency associated multiple signal classification(MUSIC)al-gorithm which is suitable for through-wall detection is *** technology of detecting hu-man targets by through-wall radar can be used to monitor the status and the location information of human targets behind the ***,the detection is out of order when classical MUSIC al-gorithm is applied to estimate the direction of *** order to solve the problem,a time-fre-quency associated MUSIC algorithm suitable for through-wall detection and based on S-band stepped frequency continuous wave(SFCW)radar is *** associating inverse fast Fouri-er transform(IFFT)algorithm with MUSIC algorithm,the power enhancement of the target sig-nal is completed according to the distance calculation results in the time *** convert the signal to the frequency domain for direction of arrival(DOA)*** simulations of two-dimensional human target detection in free space and the processing of measured data are *** comparing the processing results of the two algorithms on the measured data,accuracy of DOA estimation of proposed algorithm is more than 75%,which is 50%higher than classical MUSIC *** is verified that the distance and angle of human target can be effectively de-tected via proposed algorithm.

The age of central Yunnan fragment uplift has long been debated, with estimates ranging from the Late Eocene to about 1 Ma. To determine the central Yunnan fragment uplift time in the Cenozoic, apatite(U-Th)/He(AHe) was used to analyze the low-temperature thermochronology of samples from the Jiaozi Mountain area of the eastern central Yunnan fragment. The sampling area is located in the dongchuan District of Kunming, Yunnan Province, near the Xiaojiang fault zone. The results show that AHe ages from the eastern part of central Yunnan fragment were mainly concentrated around 25.7–37.9 Ma, and intensive uplift had happened before 36.5 Ma. Together with previous low-temperature thermochronology research on the western and eastern central Yunnan fragment, we concluded that the Yunnan Plateau uplifted prior to 36.5 Ma, in a west to east sequence. The uplift caused a change in paleo-geographical terrain, which may have altered the ancient river systems of the southeast Tibetan Plateau.

The routing protocols are paramount to guarantee the Quality of Service(QoS)for Flying Ad Hoc Networks(FANETs).However,they still face several challenges owing to high mobility and dynamic *** paper mainly focuses on the adaptive routing protocol and proposes a Three Dimensional Q-Learning(3DQ)based routing protocol to guarantee the packet delivery ratio and improve the *** 3DQ routing,we propose a Q-Learning based routing decision scheme,which contains a link-state prediction module and routing decision *** link-state prediction module allows each Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)to predict the link-state of Neighboring UAVs(NUs),considering their Three Dimensional mobility and packet ***,UAV can produce routing decisions with the help of the routing decision module considering the *** evaluate the various performance of 3DQ routing,and simulation results demonstrate that 3DQ can improve packet delivery ratio,goodput and delay of baseline protocol at most 71.36%,89.32%and 83.54%in FANETs over a variety of communication scenarios.
