Easy hydrolysis in alkaline environments limits the use of polyimide fibers in environmental protection. The hydrolysis resistance levels of polyimide fibers can be improved by crosslinking of the macromolecular chains. In this work, crosslinked polyimide fibers(CPI fibers) were produced by intrinsic carboxyl decarboxylation for the first time. The thermal stability of the polyimide fibers containing the intrinsic carboxyl groups(PIC fibers) was studied, and the temperature of the decarboxylation-crosslinking reaction was determined to be 450 ℃. The PIC fibers were hotdrawn to initiate thermal crosslinking of the carboxyl groups and molecular chain orientation at high temperature. The CPI fibers had high tensile strengths(0.72-1.46 GPa) and compressive strengths(401-604 MPa). The oriented macromolecules and chemically crosslinked structure improved the tightness of the molecular chains and endowed the CPI fibers with excellent hydrolytic resistance. The CPI-50 fiber did not dissolve in a 0.5 wt% NaOH solution during heating at 90 ℃ for 10 h, and the tensile strength retention reached 87% when treated in 0.5 wt% NaOH solutions at 90 ℃ for 1 h, providing a guarantee for its application in alkaline corrosive environments.

Partial endothelial-to-mesenchymal transition(EndMT)is an intermediate phenotype observed in endothelial cells(ECs)undergoing a transition toward a mesenchymal state to support neovascularization during(patho)physiological ***,we investigated the occurrence of partial EndMT in ECs under hypoxic/ischemic conditions and identified general transcription factor IIH subunit 4(GTF2H4)as a positive regulator of this *** addition,we discovered that GTF2H4 collaborates with its target protein excision repair cross-complementation group 3(ERCC3)to co-regulate partial ***,by using phosphorylation proteomics and site-directed mutagenesis,we demonstrated that GTF2H4 was involved in the phosphorylation of receptor coactivator 3(NCOA3)at serine 1330,which promoted the interaction between NCOA3 and p65,resulting in the transcriptional activation of NF-κB and the NF-kB/Snail signaling axis during partial *** vivo experiments confirmed that GTF2H4 significantly promoted partial EndMT and angiogenesis after ischemic ***,our findings reveal that targeting GTF2H4 is promising for tissue repair and offers potential opportunities for treating hypoxic/ischemic diseases.

Background Respiratory syncytial virus(RSV)is the leading global cause of respiratory infections and is responsible for about 3 million hospitalizations and more than 100,000 deaths annually in children younger than 5 years,representing a major global healthcare *** is a great unmet need for new agents and universal strategies to prevent RSV infections in early life.A multidisciplinary consensus development group comprising experts in epidemiology,infectious diseases,respiratory medicine,and methodology aims to develop the current consensus to address clinical issues of RSV infections in *** sources The evidence searches and reviews were conducted using electronic databases,including PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,and the Cochrane Library,using variations in terms for"respiratory syncytial virus","RSV","lower respiratory tract infection","bronchiolitis","acute","viral pneumonia","neonatal","infant""children",and"pediatric".Results Evidence-based recommendations regarding diagnosis,treatment,and prevention were proposed with a high degree of *** supportive care remains the cornerstone for the management of RSV infections,new monoclonal antibodies,vaccines,drug therapies,and viral surveillance techniques are being rolled *** This consensus,based on international and national scientific evidence,reinforces the current recommendations and integrates the recent advances for optimal care and prevention of RSV *** improvements in the management of RSV infections will require generating the highest quality of evidence through rigorously designed studies that possess little bias and sufficient capacity to identify clinically meaningful end points.

BACKGROUND Acute-on-chronic liver disease(AoCLD)accounts for the majority of patients hospitalized in the Department of Hepatology or Infectious *** To explore the characterization of AoCLD to provide theoretical guidance for the accurate diagnosis and prognosis of *** Patients with AoCLD from the Chinese Acute-on-Chronic Liver Failure(ACLF)study cohort were included in this *** clinical characteristics and outcomes,and the 90-d survival rate associated with each clinical type of AoCLD were analyzed,using the Kaplan-Meier method and the log-rank *** A total of 3375 patients with AoCLD were enrolled,including 1679(49.7%)patients with liver cirrhosis acute decompensation(LC-AD),850(25.2%)patients with ACLF,577(17.1%)patients with chronic hepatitis acute exacer-bation(CHAE),and 269(8.0%)patients with liver cirrhosis active phase(LC-A).The most common cause of chronic liver disease(CLD)was HBV infection(71.4%).The most common precipitants of AoCLD was bacterial infection(22.8%).The 90-d mortality rates of each clinical subtype of AoCLD were 43.4%(232/535)for type-C ACLF,36.0%(36/100)for type-B ACLF,27.0%(58/215)for type-A ACLF,9.0%(151/1679)for LC-AD,3.0%(8/269)for LC-A,and 1.2%(7/577)for *** HBV infection is the main cause of CLD,and bacterial infection is the main precipitant of *** most common clinical type of AoCLD is *** diagnosis and timely intervention are needed to reduce the mortality of patients with LC-AD or ACLF.

Objective:This cross-sectional study aimed to determine the epidemiology of olfactory and gustatory dysfunctions related to COVID-19 in ***:This study was conducted by 45 tertiary Grade-A hospitals in *** and offline questionnaire data were obtained from patients infected with COVID-19 between December 28,2022,and February 21,*** collected information included basic demographics,medical history,smoking and drinking history,vaccination history,changes in olfactory and gustatory functions before and after infection,and other postinfection symptoms,as well as the duration and improvement status of olfactory and gustatory ***:Complete questionnaires were obtained from 35,566 *** overall incidence of olfactory and taste dysfunction was 67.75%.Being female or being a cigarette smoker increased the likelihood of developing olfactory and taste *** received four doses of the vaccine or having good oral health or being a alcohol drinker decreased the risk of such *** infection,the average olfactory and taste VAS scores were 8.41 and 8.51,respectively;after infection,they decreased to 3.69 and 4.29 and recovered to 5.83 and 6.55 by the time of the *** median duration of dysosmia and dysgeusia was 15 and 12 days,respectively,with 0.5%of patients having symptoms lasting for more than 28 *** overall self-reported improvement rate was 59.16%.Recovery was higher in males,never smokers,those who received two or three vaccine doses,and those that had never experienced dental health issues,or chronic accompanying ***:The incidence of dysosmia and dysgeusia following infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus is high in *** and prognosis are influenced by several factors,including sex,SARS-CoV-2 vaccination,history of head-facial trauma,nasal and oral health status,smoking and drinking history,and the persistence of accompanying symptoms.

回顾性采集2022年1月—2023年3月在广州中医药大学第一附属医院、深圳市中西医结合医院诊疗的冠心病(CHD)患者临床资料,描述性分析人口学特征、临床症状与舌脉特征,χ2检验分析不同阶段的证素及证素组合分布差异,探讨CHD不同病理阶段的临床特征与证素规律。研究提取28条症状条目、10条舌象条目与7条脉象条目;归纳心、肺、肝、脾、肾5个主要病位,血瘀、痰湿、气滞、热(火)、水饮、气虚、阴虚、阳虚8个主要病性,凝练8种病性组合形式。证素分布的χ2检验结果示,肺、肝、脾、肾、血瘀、气滞、热(火)、水饮、气虚、阴虚、阳虚证素在CHD不同阶段的分布差异显著,肝、血瘀、热(火)、气滞证素在不稳定期占比最高,肺、脾、肾、水饮、气虚、阴虚、阳虚证素在终末期占比最高;气虚证素在经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)术后不同时间段的分布差异显著。证素组合的χ2检验结果示,单病位、多病位、单病性、双病性、多病性、单纯实证、虚实夹杂组合在CHD不同阶段的分布差异显著,单病位、单病性、单纯实证在稳定期占比最高,双病性在不稳定期占比最高,多病位、多病性、虚实夹杂在终末期占比最高。结果表明,稳定期痰瘀并重,不稳定期存在瘀毒致变的病理转折,PCI术后总体气虚加剧,终末期损及阴阳、水饮渐盛。CHD不同阶段的临床特征与证素分布存在显著差异,是以虚实消长、痰瘀共病为基本病机的病理过程。

高电荷态离子的双电子复合精密谱学实验研究,不仅对天体等离子体和聚变等离子体的研究具有重要意义,而且可以作为一种新的精密谱学工具,用来检验强场量子电动力学效应、测量同位素移动及提取原子核电荷半径等.在兰州重离子储存环CSRe上,安装了专门用于电子-离子复合精密谱学实验的电子束能量调制系统,质心系下电子-离子碰撞能量的调制范围达到0—1 keV.在CSRe电子冷却器下游安装了自主研制的塑料闪烁体探测器和多丝正比探测器,用于探测复合离子.在此基础上,使用Kr^(25+)离子在CSRe上进行了首次双电子复合测试实验,实验测量了质心系能量0—70 eV的双电子复合速率系数.为了更好地理解实验测量结果,利用FAC(flexible atomic code)程序计算了Kr^(25+)离子的双电子复合速率系数,并与实验做了细致对比,整体符合很好,而且发现3s→41(△n=1)的共振跃迁对实验谱线有很大的贡献.实验结果表明,CSRe双电子复合实验平台具有非常好的稳定性和可重复性,能够为下一步开展更高电荷态离子的双电子复合精密谱学实验、检验强场量子电动力学效应以及原子核性质精密测量等前沿实验提供支持.

目的探讨分析2型糖尿病(T2DM)肾病患者利拉鲁肽干预后血清Vaspin、Nesfatin-1水平变化及与炎症因子水平的关系。方法回顾性分析2020年4月—2022年8月广西壮族自治区民族医院收治的214例DN患者的临床资料。其中进行常规治疗措施的105例DN患者作为对照组,利拉鲁肽联合常规治疗措施的109例DN患者作为研究组,两组均治疗3个月后观察疗效。对比两组治疗前后血糖、血脂、肾功能代谢指标,比较两组治疗前后血清Vaspin、Nesfatin-1水平及炎症因子的变化,采用Pearson法分析血清Vaspin、Nesfatin-1水平与炎症因子水平的相关性。结果研究组治疗前后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素抵抗指数、胰岛β-细胞功能指数的差值高于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组治疗前后的甘油三酯、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的差值高于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组治疗前后血肌酐、血尿素氮、尿白蛋白/肌酐比值的差值高于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组治疗前后的Vaspin、Nesfatin-1的差值高于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组治疗前后肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、IL-1的差值高于对照组(P <0.05)。Pearson相关性结果分析显示,研究组患者治疗前TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1水平与Vaspin表达水平呈负相关(r=-0.745、-0.691和-0.701,均P <0.05),治疗后与Vaspin表达水平呈负相关(r=-0.761、-0.748和-0.712,均P <0.05);研究组患者治疗前TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1水平与Nesfatin-1表达水平呈负相关(r=-0.628、-0.712和-0.683,均P <0.05),治疗后与Vaspin表达水平呈负相关(r=-0.803、-0.828和-0.814,均P <0.05)。两组治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应。结论利拉鲁肽干预DN患者可明显改善其糖脂代谢、肾功能状况及血清Vaspin、Nesfatin-1水平,下调炎症因子,且患者利拉鲁肽干预前后的血清Vaspin、Nesfatin-1水平与炎症因子表达有关。
