Dynamic simulation and optimal control strategy for a parallel hybrid hydraulic excavator

The primary focus of this study is to investigate the control strategies of a hybrid system used in hydraulic excavators. First, the structure and evaluation target of hybrid hydraulic excavators are analyzed. Then the dynamic system model including batteries, motor and engine is built as the simulation environment to obtain control results. A so-called multi-work-point dynamic control strategy, which has both closed-loop speed PI (proportion integral) control and direct torque control, is proposed and studied in the simulation model. Simulation results indicate that the hybrid system with this strategy can meet the power demand and achieve better system stability and higher fuel efficiency.

To accomplish mass hydrogen production by electrochemical water-splitting,it is a necessary to develop robust,highly active,stable,and cost-effective hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)electrocatalysts that perform comparably to Pt in the universal pH *** this work,cobalt phosphide hybrid nanosheets supported on carbon felt(CoP HNS/CF)are presented,which exhibit the superior electrocatalytic hydrogen production under a *** these nanosheets,a single CoP HNS is composed of polycrystalline CoP and oxygen-enriched amorphous Co-O-P *** from its unique nanoarchitecture,as-fabricated CoP HNS/CF exhibits a tremendous electrocatalytic HER activity and outperforms Pt/C as well as state-of-the-art CoP electrocatalysts in *** acidic and neutral media,the CoP HNS/CF shows superior electrocatalytic activity while maintaining its original hybrid crystalline-amorphous phase and *** alkaline medium,the unexpected phase and morphological reorganization of CoP HNS/CF results in outstanding electrocatalytic *** HNS/CF not only achieves high electrocatalytic activity and kinetics,but also a stable and long operating lifetime even under a high current density of 500 mA cm'***,the fabrication of CoP HNS/CF can be scaled up easily,and the large CoP HNS/CF electrode also exhibits similar electrocatalytic activity and stability.

Compared with physical drug-loaded nanocarriers,polymeric prodrug micelles have many advantages such as high drug loading and enhanced stability in blood,so they have great potential in cancer ***,these micelles have a big disadvantage,which cannot achieve long-term circulation in vivo and high absorption of tumor cells simultaneously,resulting in low administration efficiency and poor therapeutic effect on *** solve problems of traditional polymeric prodrug micelles,novel polymeric micelles with tumor microenvironment response were designed in this *** prodrug formed by covalently linking D-α-tocopherol polyethylene glycol succinate(TPGS_(3350)),peptide(Pep),and doxorubicin(DOX)(TPGS_(3350)-Pep-DOX)was self-assembled into micelles by encapsulating DOX *** the micelles entered the tumor tissue,the long-chain polyethylene glycol(PEG)was sensitively cut by the matrix metalloproteinase 2/9(MMP2/9)enzyme,exposing the targeting molecule folate,then it entered the cell through the endocytic pathway mediated by the folate *** drug loading content,encapsulation efficiency,critical micelle concentration,and invitro release of the micelles invented in this study were measured to characterize their *** particle size and zeta potential of micelles were characterized by dynamic light *** were scanned by transmission electron *** vitro cytotoxicity,cellular uptake,and in vivo antitumor effect evaluation experiments were measured to show that smart micelles have made much progress in material chemistry and drug delivery,making it possible to apply a stimulus-response carrier drug delivery system in clinical application.

The present study investigated the effects of catalpol, the main constituent of the Chinese herb Rehmannia root, on neurons following brain ischemia, A rat model of focal permanent brain ischemia was established using electrocoagulation, The rats were intrapedtoneally injected with catalpol, at a dose of 5 mg/kg, daily for 1 week, Results showed that the number of neuronal synapses in the motor cortex and growth associated protein 43 expression were increased following catalpol treatment, indicating that catalpol might contribute to neuroplasticity and ameliorate functional neurological deficits induced by cerebral ischemia.

There is a close relationship between the biological functions of lipids and their structures, and various isomers greatly increases the complexity of lipid structures. The C=C bond location and sn-position are two of the essential attributes that determine the structures of unsaturated lipids. However, simultaneous identification of both attributes remains challenging. Here, we develop a visible-light-activated aziridination reaction system, which enables the dual-resolving of the C=C bond location and sn-position isomerism of in lipids when combines with liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS). Based on the derivatization of C=C bonds with Ph I=NTs, their location in lipids could be easily identified by tandem MS. Especially, the sn-position isomers of unsaturated phosphatidylcholine(PC) can be separated and quantified by LC-MS after the derivatization. By using the proposed method, the significant changes of the sn-position isomers ratios of PC in mouse brain ischemia were revealed. This study offers a powerful tool for deep lipid structural biology.

本文综述了近年来卤代硝基苯催化加氢制备卤代苯胺反应中,负载型金属催化剂的研究现状与进展。提高负载型金属催化剂的选择性和稳定性的主要方式包含调控金属粒子尺寸、制备双金属活性中心、改性催化剂载体、调变金属与载体之间的相互作用、反应溶剂的选择以及添加脱卤抑制等,但催化剂的稳定性仍然是工业应用面临的最大难题之一。如何提高负载型金属催化剂的加氢稳定性和实现工业化应用是今后的研究方向。

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effects of Bazhen decoction(BZD),Siwu decoction(SWD) and Sijunzi decoction(SJZD) in mice with anemia induced by5-fluorouracil(5-FU) and discussed the possible pharmacological hematopoietic mechanism to provide experimental evidence for the clinical use of the three classical prescriptions in the treatment of ***:Anemia was induced by intravenous injection of 5-FU and 80 female Kunming mice were randomly,assigned to oral administration of SWD,SJZD,or BZD daily for 10 *** blood cells count and bone marrow cell cycle were monitored to evaluate anti-anemia *** cytokines,interferon-γ(IFN-γ),interleukin-3(IL-3),erythropoietin(EPO),granulocyte-macrophage colonystimulating factor(GM-CSF),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) were *** m RNA expression was assayed in kidney and liver tissue ***:BZD and SWD significantly increased the number of red blood cells,hemoglobin concentration,and hematocrit,promoted bone marrow cells to enter the cell cycle,proliferate and differentiate,significantly increased IL-3 secretion,and significantly inhibited IFN-γ *** stimulated transcription of EPO m RNA in the kidney and liver and enhanced serum EPO expression.A therapeutic effect of SJZD was not ***:BZD and SWD treatment specifically enhanced hematopoietic function and mediated myelopoiesis by altering serum cytokines levels and accelerating entry of bone marrow cells into the cell *** curative effects were achieved via nourishing both Qi and blood(BZD) than by enriching the blood(SWD) or invigorating Qi(SWZD)alone.

To overcome the serious technological issues affecting lithium-sulfur(Li-S) batteries,such as sluggish sulfur redox kinetics and the detrimental shuttle effect,heterostructure engineering has been investigated as a strategy to effectively capture soluble lithium polysulfide intermediates and promote their conversion reaction by integrating highly polar metal oxides with catalytically active metals ***,to fully exploit the outstanding properties of heterostructure-based composites,their detailed structure and interfacial contacts should be designed ***,optimally arranged TiO_(2)and MoS_(2)-based heterostructures(TiO_(2)@MoS_(2)) are fabricated on carbon cloth as a multifunctional interlayer to efficiently trap polysulfide intermediates and accelerate their redox *** to the synergistic effects between TiO_(2)and MoS_(2)and the uniform heterointerface distribution that induces the ideally oriented built-in electric field,Li-S batteries with TiO_(2)@MoS_(2)interlayers exhibit high rate capability(601 mA h g^(-1)at 5 C),good cycling stability(capacity-fade rate of 0.067% per cycle over 500 cycles at2 C),and satisfactory areal capacity(5.2 mA h cm^(-2)) under an increased sulfur loading of 5.2 mg cm^(-2).Moreover,by comparing with a MoS_(2)@TiO_(2)interlayer composed of reversely arranged heterostructures,the effect of the built-in electric field’s direction on the electrocatalytic reactions of polysulfide intermediates is thoroughly investigated for the first *** superior electrocatalytic activities of the rationally arranged TiO_(2)@MoS_(2)interlayer demonstrate the importance of optimizing the built-in electric field of heterostructures for producing high-performance Li-S batteries.

Reactive diffusion bonding of SiCp/Al composites by insert layers of mixed Al-Si and Al-Si-SiC powders

Mixed Al-Si and Al-Si-SiC powders were employed as insert layers to reactive diffusion bond SiCp/6063 MMC （metal matrix composites）. The results show that SiCp/6063 MMC joints bonded by the insert layer of the mixed Al-Si powder have a dense joining layer with a typical hypoeutectic microstructtn＇e. Using the mixed Al-Si-SiC powder as the insert layer, SiCp/6063 MMC can be reactive diffusion bonded by a composite joint. Because of the SiC segregation, however, there are a number of porous zones in the joining layer, which results in the bad shear strength of the joints reactive diffusion bonded by the insert layer of the mixed A1-Si- SiC powder, even lower than that of the joints reactive diffusion bonded by the insert layer of the mixed Al-Si powder. Ti and Mg added in the insert layers obviously improve the strength of the joints reactive diffusion bonded by the insert layer of the mixed Al- Si-SiC powder, especially, Mg has a more obvious effect.
