Activity of bc1 complex kinase(ABC1K)is an atypical protein kinase(aPK)that plays a crucial role in plant mitochondrial and plastid stress responses,but little is known about the responses of ABC1Ks to stress in cotton(Gossypium spp.).Here,we identified 40 ABC1Ks in upland cotton(Gossypium hirsutum L.)and found that the Gh ABC1Ks were unevenly distributed across 17 *** GhABC1K family members included 35 paralogous gene pairs and were expanded by segmental *** GhABC1K promoter sequences contained diverse cis-acting regulatory elements relevant to hormone or stress *** qRT-PCR results revealed that most Gh ABC1Ks were upregulated by exposure to different *** ABC1K2-A05 and Gh ABC1K12-A07 expression levels were upregulated by at least three stress *** genes were further functionally characterized by virus-induced gene silencing(VIGS).Compared with the controls,the Gh ABC1K2-A05-and Gh ABC1K12-A07-silenced cotton lines exhibited higher malondialdehyde(MDA)contents,lower catalase(CAT),peroxidase(POD)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activities and reduced chlorophyll and soluble sugar contents under NaCl and PEG *** addition,the expression levels of six stress marker genes(Gh DREB2A,Gh SOS1,Gh CIPK6,Gh SOS2,Gh WRKY33,and Gh RD29A)were significantly downregulated after stress in the Gh ABC1K2-A05-and Gh ABC1K12-A07-silenced *** results indicate that knockdown of Gh ABC1K2-A05 and Gh ABC1K12-A07 make cotton more sensitive to salt and PEG *** findings can provide valuable information for intensive studies of Gh ABC1Ks in the responses and resistance of cotton to abiotic stresses.

Dynamic stress intensity factors are evaluated for thick-walled cylinder with a radial edge crack under internal impulsive pressure. Firstly, the equation for stress intensity factors under static uniform pressure is used as the reference case, and then the weight function for a thick-walled cylinder containing a radial edge crack can be worked out. Secondly, the dynamic stresses in uncracked thick-walled cylinders are solved under internal impulsive pressure by using mode shape function method. The solution consists of a quasi-static solution satisfying inhomogeneous boundary conditions and a dynamic solution satisfying homogeneous boundary condi- tions, and the history and distribution of dynamic stresses in thick-walled cylinders are derived in terms of Fourier-Bessel series. Finally, the dynamic stress intensity factor equations for thick-walled cylinder containing a radial edge crack sub- jected to internal impulsive pressure are given by dynamic weight function method. The finite element method is utilized to verify the results of numerical examples, showing the validity and feasibility of the proposed method.

目的:探析血浆置换治疗高甘油三酯血症性急性胰腺炎的效果。方法:回顾性选取2018年3月—2023年3月深圳市龙岗区人民医院收治的128例高甘油三酯血症性急性胰腺炎患者。根据不同治疗方式将其分为对照组和观察组,各64例。两组均给予对症治疗,观察组在上述基础上给予血浆置换治疗。比较两组治疗前及治疗7 d后的相关指标、并发症及治疗前及治疗2 d、7 d后的急性生理与慢性健康状况评分(APACHEⅡ评分)。结果:治疗7 d后,两组甘油三酯(TG)、血清淀粉酶(AMY)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平均降低,观察组TG、AMY、CRP水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为4.69%,低于对照组的18.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2 d、7 d后,两组APACHEⅡ评分均降低,观察组APACHEⅡ评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血浆置换治疗高甘油三酯血症性急性胰腺炎患者,能够改善其病情,降低并发症发生风险。

In this paper,a failure evaluation criterion was proposed for the bolted casing-flange structure under impact ***,ballistic tests with eighteen bolted casing-flange structure specimens were conducted to validate the failure evaluation *** studies were then carried out using the validated FE *** the experimental and numerical results demonstrated the accuracy of the failure evaluation *** failure evaluation criterion provided a quick and easy way to determine the failure mode of the casing connection area by using the materials and dimensions of the *** on the failure evaluation criterion,designing the structural failure mode of the bolted casing-flange structure to be between flange failure and bolt failure can improve the impact resistance of the connection area of the aero-engine *** investigation revealed that the impact failure is not the unique criterion in evaluating the containment of the casing connection area,structural failure should also be involved in the evaluation criteria.

Tlie rigid-flexible coupling dynamic modeling theory and the discretization methods of a rotating flexible rectangular thin plate are investigated in this *** on the continuum mechanics,the rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model is established for the flexible rectangular thin plate undergoing large overall rotation,and the coupling term of the deformation which is caused by transverse deformation is *** mode method(AMM),spline finite point method(SFPM)and Beizer finite point method(BFPM)are used to describe the deformation of the flexible rectangular plate,and then the dynamic equations of a rotating flexible rectangular thin plate undergoing overall motion are derived by Lagrange^equation of the second *** dynamics of a cantilever plate undergoing large overall rotation is simulated via using different dynamic models,and the simulation results of the first order approximation model are compared with those of the traditional zero-order approximation *** is shown that the first order approximation model with the dynamic stiffening terms can correctly describe the dynamic behavior of the system undergoing large overall rotation,while the zero-order approximation model cannot get the correct *** *** can well describe the deformation of a rotating flexible rectangular plate.
