The distribution of oil and gas resources is intricately connected to the underlying structure of the ***,investigating the characteristics of lithospheric thickness and its correlation with oil and gas basins is highly *** research utilizes recently enhanced geological–geophysical data,including topographic,geoid,rock layer thickness,variable rock layer density,and interface depth *** the principles of lithospheric isostasy and heat conduction,we compute the laterally varying lithospheric thickness in the China seas and adjacent *** these results,two pivotal parameters for different types of oil and gas basins were statistically analyzed:the minimum lithospheric thickness and the relative fluctuation in lithospheric thickness.A semiquantitative analysis was used to explore the connection between these parameters and the hydrocarbon abundance within the oil and gas *** study unveils distinct variations in lithospheric thickness among basins,with oil and gas rich basins exhibiting a thicker lithosphere in the superimposed basins of central China and a thinner lithosphere in the rift basins of eastern ***,the relative fluctuations in lithospheric thickness in basins demonstrate significant disparities:basins rich in oil and gas often exhibit greater thickness ***,in the offshore basins of China,a conspicuous negative linear correlation is observed between the minimum lithospheric thickness and the relative fluctuation in lithospheric *** study posits that deep-seated thermal upwelling results in lithospheric undulations and extensional thinning in oil and gas ***,sustained deep-seated heat influences sedimentary materials in basins,creating favorable conditions for oil and gas *** insights derived from this study contribute to a quantitative understanding of the intricate relationships between deep lithospheric structures and oil and gas basins.

Analysis of energy saving optimization of campus buildings based on energy simulation

The energy consumption of campus buildings has specific characteristics, because of the concentrated distribution of people＇s working time and locations that change in line with distinct seasonal features. The traditional energy system design and operation for campus buildings is only based on the constant room temperature, such as 25~C in summer and 18~C in winter in China, not taking into consideration the real heating or cooling load characteristics of campus buildings with different func- tions during the whole day and whole year, which usually results in a lot of energy waste. This paper proposes to set different set-point temperatures in different operation stages of public and residential campus buildings to reduce the heating and cooling design load for energy station and total campus energy consumption for annual operation. Taking a campus under construction in Tianjin, China as an example, two kinds of single building models were established as the typical public building and residential building models on the campus. Besides, the models were simulated at both set-point room temperature and constant room temperature respectively. The comparison of the simulation results showed that the single building energy saving method of the peak load clipping could be used for further analysis of the annual energy consumption of campus building groups. The results proved that the strategy of set-point temperature optimization could efficiently reduce the design load and energy consumption of campus building groups.

Penicillin sulfoxide is the intermediate for the synthesis of 7-amino-3-desacetoxycephalosporanic acid which is one of the most important nucleuses of cephalosporin *** this contribution,two crystal structures of penicillin sulfoxide(forms I and II)were determined by X-ray diffraction,and their thermotropic properties were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).Furthermore,the transformation of form II to form I was studied quantitatively by Raman spectroscopy,and its rates at different temperatures were *** results indicate that penicillin sulfoxide is more stable as form I,and the temperature plays an important role in the crystal transformation.

为优化粉条儿菜总黄酮的提取工艺,并探究抗氧化、抗炎活性。本研究以总黄酮得率为指标,采用单因素实验考察乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间对粉条儿菜总黄酮得率的影响,在此基础上利用Box-Behnke响应面法对提取条件进行优化;以DPPH自由基、ABTS+自由基、羟基自由基清除能力为指标评价粉条儿菜总黄酮的抗氧化活性;采用脂多糖诱导巨噬细胞RAW264.7建立炎症模型以评价粉条儿菜总黄酮抗炎活性。结果表明,粉条儿菜总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:乙醇浓度40%、料液比1:125 g/mL、提取时间30 min,得到粉条儿菜总黄酮平均得率为1.34%;粉条儿菜总黄酮对DPPH自由基、ABTS+自由基、羟基自由基的清除能力与其质量浓度呈正相关,IC50值分别为5.46、 21.69和56.01μg/mL;粉条儿菜总黄酮在12.5~100μg/mL范围内能明显抑制脂多糖诱导的RAW264.7巨噬细胞NO的分泌,其IC50为6.95μg/mL。该提取工艺稳定、可靠,可用于粉条儿菜总黄酮的提取,且粉条儿菜总黄酮具有一定的抗氧化、抗炎活性。

利用Mydlarz和Jones模型(MJ2),对乙酸丁酯中青霉素亚砜的成核与生长动力学进行研究。通过矩量法对MJ2模型进行处理后,利用晶体产品的粒度分布计算得到青霉素亚砜的生长速率与成核速率,然后利用最小二乘法拟合回归求解出成核与生长动力学方程参数。通过实验设计考察了过饱和度、温度与搅拌速度对青霉素亚砜晶体成核和生长过程的影响。研究表明青霉素亚砜晶体生长速率随过饱和度比的增加呈现指数型增长,确定青霉素亚砜晶体生长属于晶体表面生长控制过程。由于高速搅拌会增加青霉素亚砜晶体的破碎,促进了二次成核过程,随着搅拌速度的增加,晶体生长速率出现小幅下滑,而成核速率则明显升高。青霉素亚砜成核与生长动力学研究将有助于工业生产过程优化。

载锰单原子纳米酶和驱蛔素的壳聚糖水凝胶制备及其抗幽门螺杆菌活性

目的设计一类共载锰单原子纳米酶(manganese single-atom nanozyme,MnSAE)和驱蛔素(ascaridole,Asc)的壳聚糖靶向水凝胶,为幽门螺杆菌Helicobacter pylori的根除治疗提供一种新思路。方法首先以NH2-PEG-COOH为连接臂,将脲基(urea-)修饰到壳聚糖的C6-羟基上,制备壳聚糖靶向材料脲基PEG壳聚糖(Urea-PEG-Cs,UPCs),然后以中空的沸石咪唑酯骨架材料-8(zeolitic imidazolate frameworks-8,ZIF-8)为模板吸附锰离子(Mn2+),并通过高温热解法构建MnSAE,最后将MnSAE和土荆芥Chenopodium ambrosioides的药效成分驱蛔素加入到UPCs溶液中,构建共递送MnSAE和驱蛔素的壳聚糖靶向水凝胶(Asc/MnSAE@UPCs);利用核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,FTIR)对UPCs结构进行鉴定,扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜观察水凝胶的形态和元素分布。并对水凝胶的释药、溶胀率、黏附性、类酶催化活性和体外安全性进行评价;最后考察其体外抗幽门螺杆菌活性和胞内产生活性氧能力。结果1H-NMR、FTIR结果表明,脲基修饰到壳聚糖骨架上。Asc/MnSAE@UPCs水凝胶为片状多孔结构,具有良好的溶胀性、黏附强度和体外安全性;该水凝胶具有过氧化物酶和氧化物酶活性,能够产生羟基自由基和超氧阴离子,与驱蛔素联用发挥优异的抗幽门螺杆菌活性。结论Asc/MnSAE@UPCs水凝胶能够整合MnSAE和土荆芥的中药单体成分驱蛔素的优势,发挥优异的化学动力、化学治疗的协同靶向抗菌作用,具有重要的研究价值和临床意义。

猪流行性腹泻病毒(porcine epidemic diarrhea virus, PEDV)是引起仔猪严重肠道疾病的主要病原,对仔猪具有极高的致死率,给全球养猪行业造成难以估量的经济损失。疫苗作为疫情防控中最有效的手段,其研发工作备受关注。从传统疫苗到基于DNA重组技术诞生的基因工程疫苗如亚单位疫苗、活载体疫苗、转基因植物疫苗以及第3代疫苗,在遏制PEDV疫情蔓延方面均发挥着重要作用。近些年,PEDV疫苗研发取得显著成绩,现对PEDV各种类型疫苗取得的研究成果展开系统回顾,并探讨和展望纳米颗粒在PEDV疫苗开发中的应用前景,以期为猪场PEDV的综合预防提供参考。

Owing to the strategic significance of national oil and gas resources,their exploration and production must be prioritized in *** and gas resources are closely related to deep crustal structures,and Moho characteristics influence oil and gas ***,it is important to study the relationship between the variation of the Moho surface depth undulation and hydrocarbon basins for the future prediction of their *** Moho depth in the study area can be inverted using the Moho depth control information,the Moho gravity anomaly,and the variable density distribution calculated by the infinite *** on these results,the influences of Moho characteristics on petroleum basins were *** found that the Moho surface depth undulation deviation and crustal thickness undulation deviation in the hydrocarbon-rich basins are large,and the horizontal gradient deviation of the Moho surface shows a positive linear relationship with oil and gas resources in the *** oil-bearing mechanism of the Moho basin is further discussed *** Moho uplift area and the slope zone correspond to the distribution of oil and gas *** tensile stress produced by the Moho uplift can form tensile fractures or cause tensile fractures on the surface,further developing into a fault or depression basin that receives *** organic matter can become oil and natural gas under suitable chemical and structural *** the action of groundwater or other dynamic forces,oil and natural gas are gradually transported to the uplift or the buried hill in the depression zone,and oil and gas fields are formed under the condition of good *** research results can provide new insights into the relationship between deep structures and oil and gas basins as well as assist in the strategic planning of oil and gas exploration activities.

相比传统的栅格数据,MVT矢量瓦片具有更高的灵活性和扩展性,能够以小文件的形式存储和传输大规模的地理信息。MVT矢量瓦片技术支持样式控制,允许用户通过自定义样式表来渲染地图。传统的矢量切片存在切片时间长,切片数据冗余占用存储空间,故免切片技术成为了未来的发展方向。针对该问题,本文利用PostGIS存储技术,设计了一套基于MVT的矢量瓦片免切片技术。利用PostGIS存储技术在处理地图服务请求时,解析其访问范围,判断在缓存库中是否有对应的瓦片数据以实时获取合适等级的矢量数据。本研究可为海量矢量数据在线地图服务提供技术支撑。

Understanding alkali metal ions’(e.g.,Li^(+)/Na^(+)/K^(+))transport mechanism is challenging but critical to improving the performance of alkali metal *** using a-MnO_(2)nanowires as cathodes,the transport kinetics of Li^(+)/Na^(+)/K^(+)in the 2×2 channels of a-MnO_(2)with a growth direction of[001]is *** show that ion radius plays a decisive role in determining the ion transport and *** of the ion radii,Li^(+)/Na^(+)/K^(+)can all go through the 2×2 channels of a-MnO_(2),generating large stress and causing channel merging or ***,smaller ions such as Li^(+)and Na^(+)cannot only transport along the[001]direction but also migrate along thedirection to the nanowire surface;for large ion such as K^(+),diffusion along thedirection is *** different ion transport behavior has grand consequences in the electrochemistry of metal oxygen batteries(MOBs).For Li-O_(2)battery,Li^(+)transports uniformly to the nanowire surface,forming a uniform layer of oxide;Na^(+)also transports to the nanowire surface but may be clogged locally due to its larger radius,therefore sporadic pearl-like oxides form on the nanowire surface;K^(+)cannot transport to the nanowire surface due to its large radius,instead,it breaks the nanowire locally,causing local deposition of potassium *** study provides atomic scale understanding of the alkali metal ion transport mechanism which may be harnessed to improve the performance of MOBs.
