A novel control method for a general class of nonlinear systems using fuzzy logic systems （FLSs） is presertted. Indirect and direct methods are combined to design the adaptive fuzzy output feedback controller and a high-gain observer is used to estimate the derivatives of the system output. The closed-loop system is proven to be semiglobally uniformly ultimately bounded. In addition, it is shown that if the approximation accuracy of the fuzzy logic system is high enough and the observer gain is chosen sufficiently large, an arbitrarily small tracking error can be achieved. Simulation results verify the effectiveness of the newly designed scheme and the theoretical discussion.

A new concept is presented for air-to-air missile which is dynamic attack zone after being launched in random wind field. This new concept can be used to obtain the 4-dimensional （4-D） information regarding the dynamic envelope of an air-to-air missile at any flight time airned at different flight targets considering influences of random wind, in the situation of flight fighters coop- crated with missiles fighting against each other. Based on an air-to-air missile model, some typical cases of dynamic attack zone after being launched in random wind field were numerically simulated. Compared with the simulation results of traditional dynamic envelope, the properties of dynamic attack zone after being launched are as follows. The 4-D dynamic attack zone after being launched is inside traditional maximum dynamic envelope, but its forane boundary is usually not inside traditional no-escape dynamic envelope; Traditional dynamic attack zone can just be reliably used at launch time, while dynamic envelope after being launched can be reliably and accurately used during any flight antagonism time. Traditional envelope is a special case of dynamic envelope after being launched when the dynamic envelope is calculated at the launch time： the dynamic envelope after being launched can be inflt, enced by the random wind field.

Recently,the applications of cold atmospheric plasma(CAP)in liquid treatment have attracted increasing attention owing to its excellent medical efficacy.It has been proved that CAP can effectively enhance the biological activity of vegetable oils due to the generation of reactive species.Optimising the reactor parameter is an important approach to regulate reactive species in plasma-activated oil to obtain better biological effects.In this study,a self-made jet array driven by a pulsed power supply was used to generate large-area plasma to irradiate perilla seed oil(PSO),with the formation of plasmaactivated perilla seed oil(PAPSO).By means of laser-induced fluorescence and chemical titration,the relative density of hydroxyl radical radical in plasma jet,as well as the activity of PAPSO were measured under different discharge parameters,and realised the control of the activity of PAPSO.In vitro experiments showed that PAPSO significantly enhanced its ability to inhibit cancer cells proliferation and induce apoptosis after plasma treatment,which provides a reference for cancer treatment.This study is helpful to further understand the influence of plasma dose effect on the activity of media and provide guidance for related plasma medical applications.

We report a study of the electronic structure of BaFe_(2)As_(2) under uniaxial strains using angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy and transport measurements. Two electron bands at the MY point, with an energy splitting of 50 meV in the strain-free sample, shift downward and merge into each other under a large uniaxial strain, while three hole bands at theГ point shift downward together. However, we also observed an enhancement of the resistance anisotropy under uniaxial strains by electrical transport measurements, implying that the applied strains strengthen the electronic nematic order in BaFe_(2)As_(2). These observations suggest that the splitting of these two electron bands at the MY point is not caused by the nematic order in BaFe_(2)As_(2).

The CoSi family hosts unconventional topological nodes with nonzero Chern numbers.The nontrivial topology is manifested by conspicuous surface Fermi arcs connecting surface projections of the nodes.Here,using angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy,we have systematically investigated the(001)surface states of pristine and Ni-doped Co Si.The surface states form saddle-like band structures at/near the time-reversal invariant point near the Fermi level.The Fermi arcs undergo consecutive Lifshitz transitions at the saddle points X,leading to changes of the Fermi arc configuration.As the density of states has a van Hove singularity at the saddle points,exotic many-body physical phenomena may emerge accompanied by the topological transitions of surface Fermi arcs.

随着电力计量技术的迅速发展,高压电力计量技术被越来越广泛地运用在工作中,其设备本身的安全性和可靠性也被重点关注,所以高压电能计量系统故障诊断技术已成为供电企业研究探讨的重点课题。在提高整个电网安全的同时,也需要对高压电力计量系统进行实时的监测,以及发生故障时及时诊断。使用传统方法进行故障诊断时,因为电力计量系统内部故障种类比较多,一些故障信号无法被有效识别出来,因此,本文在传统方法基础上增加小波分析技术,可以更加准确地对系统故障进行诊断。

基于相邻局部通信的领弹-被领弹异构网络结构,提出了一种多导弹分布式协同制导方法,设计了分散化的协同制导律.运用图论的描述方法,分析了导弹分布式局部通信拓扑与领弹-被领弹异构网络化分布式协同制导系统性能之间的关系.该分布式协同制导律仅需要相邻导弹之间传输各自的可测状态信息,具有可扩展性好、通信量少等特点.给出了4个被领弹和一个领弹的协同制导律设计仿真算例,结果验证了该制导方法的有效性.

详细介绍了机载微脉冲激光成像技术的最新研究进展,并以机载远程目标探测与识别为应用背景,对机载微脉冲激光成像原理进行了理论研究,对比分析了在高分辨率成像系统中采用多通道计数器的单光子探测阵列的优点,着重分析了单光子探测和/或接收器死时间及其对信号探测、测距精度、距离分辨率的影响等关键技术。研究结果表明:与传统的高信噪比激光成像技术相比,微脉冲激光成像技术可以将目标回波采样率提高3个数量级,显著提高了垂直分辨率,降低了系统复杂性,在远距离目标识别、精确制导等领域有着广泛的应用前景。
