Energy transfer process of Nd^(3+)/ho3+co-doped fluoride halide glasses with anion substituted multi-wavelength tunable mid-infrared luminescence

ho^(3+)doped ZBLAN glass with 2.0 and 2.9μm emission was *** order to further improve the luminescence of ho^(3+),halogen ions(cl,Br,1)were introduced to reduce the maximum phonon energy and phonon state density of the *** the same time,Nd^(3+)was introduced to transfer the energy to ho^(3+)pumped with a 793 nm laser(Nd^(3+):4 F5/2,4 F3/2→ho^(3+):5 I6).The effect of different halogen ion on the luminescent properties of the fluoride halide glass was *** results show that the luminescent intensity of infrared increases with the introduction of different halogen *** comparison,it is found that the sample with I-has the strongest luminescence of 1064 nm,2.0μm and 2.9μ*** is consistent with the calculated J-O intensity *** addition,the 2.0 and 2.9μm emission of ho^(3+)pumped with a 450 nm laser will not disappear.A mid-infrared sample with multi-wavelength excitation and multi-wavelength emission can be ***^(3+)/ho^(3+)co-doped fluoride halide glasses with 1064 nm,2.0μm and 2.9μm luminescence were prepared by melt quenching *** luminescent mechanism and the energy transfer process between the two ions of Nd^(3+)/ho^(3+)co-doped fluoride halide glass were *** J-O parameters,luminescence lifetime and absorption emission cross-sectional area of ho^(3+)and Nd^(3+)were calculated,*** is found that the value ofΩ2 in the glass matrix increases with the introduction of different halogen ions,whileΩ4 andΩ6 do not change obviously in different glass *** is because the environment of the crystal field around the rare earth ions *** crystal phase and phonon energy of the sample were analyzed by X-ray diffraction pattern and a Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,*** on the above spectra and data(phonon energy is 634.71 cm-1),it can be predicted that Nd^(3+)/ho^(3+)co-doped fluoride halide glass is a potential mid-infrared luminescent material.

cadmium found in peanut (Arachis hypogaea L.) kernels mainly originates from root uptake rather than shell absorption from soil

Roots and shells are two potential organs through which peanut plants absorb cadium(cd)from soils;however,the relative contributions of the two uptake pathways(root uptake and shell absorption)to kernel cd accumulation and their translocation characteristics are poorly *** this study,the relative contributions of the two pathways to cd accumulation in two peanut cultivars,Xianghua2008(Xh)and Yueyou43(YY),were accurately assessed by labeling rooting and podding zone soils with 113cd and 111cd isotopes(0.3 mg kg^(-1) dry soil),respectively,in a split-pot *** results showed that approximately 96%of the cd accumulated in the peanut kernels was derived from root uptake,while only 4%originated from shell *** 1%of the cd accumulated in whole peanut plants was attributed to shell absorption,of which 41%–44%was retained in shells and 56%–59%was translocated to *** contrast,the cd absorbed by roots was efficiently translocated into all plant organs,of which 80%–84%was distributed in *** YY accumulated 1.3 times more cd in whole plants than Xh,the relative contributions of the two pathways to cd accumulation in each plant organ were barely affected by peanut *** to the strong retention effect of shells,shell-derived cd was approximately 2 times higher than root-derived cd in *** results would improve the understanding of cd accumulation processes in peanut plants,revealing that the root uptake pathway contributes predominantly to the cd concentration in peanut kernels,based on which strategies and technology for the reduction of cd in peanut plants could be designed and developed.

Phosphorus is the potential anode material for emerging potassium-ion batteries(PIBs)owing to the highest specific capacity and relatively low operation ***,the reversible delivered capacities of phosphorus-based anodes,in reality,are far from the theoretical capacity corresponding to the formation of K3P ***,their underlying potassium storage mechanisms remain poorly *** address this issue,for the first time,we perform high-resolution solid-state31P NMR combined with XRD measurements,and density functional theory calculations to yield a systemic quantitative understanding of(de)potassiation reaction mechanism of phosphorus *** explicitly reveal a previously unknown asymmetrical nanocrystalline-to-amorphous transition process via rP←→(K_(3)P_(11),K_(3)P_(7),beta-K_(4)P_(6))←→(alpha-K4P6)←→(K_(1-x)P,KP,K_(4-x)P3,K_(1+x)P)←→(amorphous K4P3,amorphous K3P)that are proceed along with the electrochemical potassiation/depotassiation ***,the corresponding KP alloys intermediates,such as the amorphous phases of K_(4)P_(3),K_(3)P,and the nonstoichiometric phases of“K_(1-x)P”,“K_(1+x)P”,“K_(4-x)P_(3)”are experimentally detected,which indicating various complicated K-P alloy species are coexisted and evolved with the sluggish electrochemical reaction kinetics,resulting in lower capacity of phosphorus-based *** findings offer some insights into the specific multi-phase evolution mechanism of alloying anodes that may be generally involved in conversion-type electrode materials for PIBs.

Under the background of population aggregation in megacities,some adjustments are made to the urbanization strategy,whose focus is shifted to the development of megacities and megacity ***,the housing price differentiation among cities tends to become increasingly *** paper,from the perspective of population mobility,takes provincial capitals and municipalities with independent planning status(Pcs&MIPSs)as research samples to evaluate the level of housing price differentiation within provincial-level administrative divisions of china,and analyze from the perspective of demand side how the metropolitanization effects regarding the population formed due to population aggregation in megacities affect the housing prices of megacities and the housing price difference between megacities and other *** research found that:1)The increasing net inflow of population boosts the housing prices and accelerate the housing price differentiation;2)The impact of the increasing net inflow of population on housing price increases and housing price differentiation has regional heterogeneity and city size heterogeneity;3)The income gap strengthens the effect of population inflow upon the housing price differentiation.

Biomarkers reveal the terrigenous organic matter enrichment in the late Oligocene-early Miocene marine shales in the Ying-Qiong Basin,South china Sea

The increase of total organic carbon content of the late Oligocene-early Miocene terrigenously-dominated marine shales in the shallower depth intervals was reported in the Ying-Qiong Basin,South china *** organic enriched lower Sanya Formation shales(early Miocene)have biomarker characteristics of tropical/subtropical plants,with abundant high molecular weight n-alkanes,angiosperm-derived oleanane,rearranged oleananesⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅱ,tricyclic/tetracyclic terpanes including des-A-oleanane,X,*,Y,Z,Z1 and bicadinanes W,T,T1,*** biomarker characteristics are suggestive of larger influx of the dominant tropical/subtropical angiosperms in flora under a warming and more humid climate during depositions of the lower Sanya Formation(early Miocene)than the older Lingshui Formation(late Oligocene).The tropical/subtropical angiosperm input was thought as the prime control of terrigenous organic matter enrichment relative to the redox condition,and the coeval sea level changes and seafloor spreading in the South china *** of the terrigenous organic matter in the early Miocene shales is likely in association with the coeval peak East Asian summer monsoon intensity in the South china Sea.

Length Scale of Photospheric Granules in Solar Active Regions

Investigating the length scales of granules could help understand the dynamics of granules in the *** this work,we detected and identified granules in an active region near disk center observed at wavelength of TiO(7057?)by the 1.6 m Goode Solar Telescope(GST).By a detailed analysis of the size distribution and flatness of granules,we found a critical size that divides the granules in motions into two regimes:convection and *** length scales of granules with sizes larger than 600 km follow Gauss function and demonstrate“flat”in flatness,which reveal that these granules are dominated by *** with sizes smaller than 600 km follow power-law function and behave power-law tendency in flatness,which indicate that the small granules are dominated by ***,for the granules in active regions,they are originally convective in large length scale,and directly become turbulent once their sizes turn to small,likely below the critical size of 600 *** with the granules in quiet regions,they evolve with the absence of the mixing motions of convection and *** a difference is probably caused by the interaction between fluid motions and strong magnetic fields in active *** strong magnetic fields make high magnetic pressure which creates pressure walls and slows down the evolution of convective *** walls cause convective granules extending to smaller sizes on one hand,and cause wide intergranular lanes on the other *** small granules isolated in such wide intergranular lanes are continually sheared,rotated by strong downflows in surroundings and hereby become turbulent.

Transcriptomic profile of human erythroleukemia cells in response to Sargassum fusiforme polysaccharide and its structure analysis

Train probe for beam diagnostics of the Sc200 superconducting cyclotron

The Sc200 proton therapy system commissioned by the hefei cAS Ion Medical and Technical Devices co.,Ltd.(hFcIM;hefei,china)and the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research(JINR;Dubna,Russia)has made significant progress.A main radial beam diagnostic system(MRBDS)equipped with a new type of train probe was developed to satisfy the requirements of beam *** this paper,the detailed design of the mechanical structure and electronics system of the MRBDS is *** electronics system,which includes hardware and software components,was tested and *** results show that measurement errors can be significantly reduced by the designed calibration *** repeatability of the mechanical structure was also verified,and the experimental results indicate that the unidirectional repeatability of the positioning is better than 0.3 ***,the MRBDS was used to measure the phase lag of the particles in the beam,and the results showed a high degree of agreement with theoretical calculations,which proved the applicability and high efficiency of the MRBDS.
