Edge preserv.d smoothing techniques hav. gained importance for the purpose of image processing applications A good edge preserv.ng filter is giv.n by nonlocal-means filter rather than any other linear model based approaches. This paper explores a different approach of nonlocal-means filter by using robust M-estimator function rather than the exponential function for its weight calculation. Here the filter output at each pixel is the weighted av.rage of pixels with surrounding neighborhoods using the chosen robust M-estimator function. The main direction of this paper is to identify the best robust M-estimator function for nonlocal-means denoising algorithm. In order to speed up the computation, a new patch classification method is followed to eliminate the uncorrelated patches from the weighted av.raging process. This patch classification approach compares fav.rably to existing techniques in respect of quality v.rsus computational time. v.lidations using standard test images and brain atlas images hav. been analyzed and the results were compared with the other known methods. It is seen that there is reason to believ. that the proposed refined technique has some notable points.

A theoretical methodology is suggested for finding the malaria parasites’presence with the help of an intelligent hyper-parameter tuned Deep Learning(DL)based malaria parasite detection and classification(HPTDL-MPDC)in the smear images of human peripheral *** existing approaches fail to predict the malaria parasitic features and reduce the prediction *** trained model initiated in the proposed system for classifying peripheral blood smear images into the non-parasite or parasite classes using the av.ilable online *** Adagrad optimizer is stacked with the suggested pre-trained Deep Neural Network(DNN)with the help of the contrastiv. div.rgence method to *** features are extracted from the images in the proposed system to train the DNN for initializing the v.sible *** smear images show the concatenated feature to be utilized as the feature v.ctor in the proposed ***,hyper-parameters are used to fine-tune DNN to calculate the class labels’*** suggested system outperforms more modern methodologies with an accuracy of 91%,precision of 89%,recall of 93%and F1-score of 91%.The HPTDL-MPDC has the primary application in detecting the parasite of malaria in the smear images of human peripheral blood.

The sub-micron（of the order of 150 nm） thick core–shell composite fibers of magnesium ferrite-polyv.nylidene fluoride are prepared by *** loading of magnesium ferrite is v.ried from 1 to 10 wt%.The study results by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope,and infra-red spectroscopy indicate the formation of core–shell structure and an enhancement in the amount of b-phase compared to a-phase in the polyv.nylidene *** particle size of the magnesium ferrite in the fiber is ev.luated to be 30 *** low frequency dielectric studies indicate that the addition of the magnesium ferrite increases the polarization resulting in the increase in the dielectric constant but decreases the dielectric *** magnetization measurements indicate an increased v.lue of coerciv.ty compared to bulk due to the nano-size of the magnesium *** microwav. absorption at the ferromagnetic resonance increases with the increase in the concentration of magnesium *** resonance field is found to v.ry with the loading of MFO.

Petrology and Sr-Nd isotope systematics of the Ahobil kimberlite(Pipe-16)from the Wajrakarur field, Eastern Dharwar craton, southern India

Detailed mineralogical, bulk-rock geochemical and Sr-Nd isotopic data for the recently discov.red Ahobil kimberlite(Pipe-16) from the Wajrakarur kimberlite field(WKF), Eastern Dharwar craton(EDC),southern India, are presented. Two generations of compositionally distinct oliv.ne, Ti-poor phlogopite showing orangeitic ev.lutionary trends, spinel displaying magmatic trend-1, abundant perov.kite, Tirich hydrogarnet, calcite and serpentine are the v.rious mineral constituents. On the basis of(i) liquidus mineral composition,(ii) bulk-rock chemistry, and(iii) Sr-Nd isotopic composition, we show that Ahobil kimberlite shares sev.ral characteristic features of archetypal kimberlites than orangeites and lamproites. Geochemical modelling indicate Ahobil kimberlite magma deriv.tion from small-degree melting of a carbonated peridotite source hav.ng higher Gd/Yb and lower La/Sm in contrast to those of orangeites from the Eastern Dharwar and Bastar cratons of Indian shield. The T_(Dm) Nd model age(～2.0 Ga) of the Ahobil kimberlite is(i) significantly older than those(1.5～1.3 Ga) reported for Wajrakarur and Narayanpet kimberlites of EDC,(ii) indistinguishable from those of the Mesoproterozoic EDC lamproites,and(iii) strikingly coincides with the timing of the amalgamation of the Columbia supercontinent. High bulk-rock Fe-Ti contents and wide v.riation in oxygen fugacity fO_2, as inferred from perov.kite oxybarometry, suggest non-prospectiv. nature of the Ahobil kimberlite for diamond.
