The challenging COVId-19 context has questioned China’s role as a responsible power but also tested its relationship with other *** study seeks to investigate‘How other actors have perceived China’s role as a responsible power amid the COVId-19 crisis’.To do so,we opt for a qualitative approach examining the official Twitter accounts of seven actors that hold different types of relationships with China,namely Brazil,EU,Japan,Iran,Pakistan,Russia,and the *** aim to identify the perceptions of these actors towards China as unfolding from January to June 2020,emphasising the empirical applicability of Twitter’s *** adopting the concept of responsible power approached from a Role Theory perspective,this paper contributes to a more nuanced understanding of interstate relations and role *** findings indicate that there have been variations in the responses and perceptions other states have expressed towards China while its framing as a responsible power differs significantly during the crisis and its landmark events.

Autoimmune hepatitis (AIH) is a rare chronic inflammatory disease of the liver, which affects a group of patients who lost their immunological tolerance to antigens of the liver. It is clinically characterized by hypergammaglobulinemia, elevated liver enzymes, presence of autoantibodies and histological changes. Although being rare in children, it represents a serious cause of chronic hepatic disease that can lead to cirrhosis and hepatic failure. Clinical findings, exclusion of more common liver disorders and the detection of antibodies antinuclear antibodies, smooth muscle antibodies and anti-LKM1 are usually enough for diagnosis on clinical practice. The pathogenic mechanisms that lead to AIH remain obscure, but some research findings suggest the participation of immunologic and genetic factors. It is not yet knew the triggering factor or factors that stimulate inflammatory response. Several mechanisms proposed partially explain the immunologic findings of AIH. The knowledge of immune factors evolved might result in better markers of prognosis and response to treatment. In this review, we aim to evaluate the findings of research about genetic and immune markers and their perspectives of application in clinical practice especially in pediatric population.

Aircrafts damages caused by lightning strikes have been known since the early days of ***,the physical effects on the aircraft structure are still being *** work seeks to evaluate the lightning strike effects in the aluminum alloy *** were submitted to lightning strike simulation in laboratory and the damages evaluated through characterization *** and profilometry tests have shown material loss to 0.272 mm depth in the damaged *** addition,it was detected the material accumulation occurrence in the damage vicinity of the *** the damage,it was found a region where metallurgical changes were *** tensile and microhardness tests results have shown reduction in the percentage elongation and hardness increasing in the material affected by *** results are corroborated by the X-Ray diffraction(XRd)and Rietveld Method(red line)that indicated an increasing in dislocation density and micro-deformation in the material *** microscopy results have shown the presence of microcracks on the normal and cross-section surface of the samples *** Energy dispersive X-Ray Spectroscopy(EdXS)and Electron Backscattered diffraction Test(EBSd)found coarse intermetallic phases and precipitates compounds with dimensions greater than 1 lm in *** were responsible for nucleation of the microcracks that propagate along the material grain boundaries.

In modeling fluidized bed gasification experiments,equilibrium and CFd models are valuable *** existence of multi-dimensional effects inside the reactor vessel due to the kinetics of the process and the fluid dynamics phenomena could result in deviation from the zero-dimensional *** models integrating kinetics and hydrodynamics are being developed by using a computer fluid dynamics(CFd)*** objective of this investigation is to assess and compare the adequacy of zero-dimensional and CFd approaches in modeling fluidized bed gasification regarding a semi-industrial scale(numerical results are validated under experimental runs).Results show that the zero-dimensional model based on the approach of dual stage equilibrium performs reasonably well in adequately predicting the product gas composition at different operating conditions and for different feedstocks,although with quantitative ***,the discrepancy depends on the oxygen content of the oxidation agent and on the steam-to biomass ratio decreasing when these parameters *** models provide deeper information being able to estimate the syngas composition or other operating parameter at any point of space and *** of some quantitative discrepancy,the zero-dimensional modeling approach is deemed satisfactory from the viewpoint of the determining design conditions simulation.

Cytomegalovirus is the most frequent agent of congenital viral infections,affecting approximately 0.2%-2.4%of live births in different countries[1-7].Universal screening for congenital cytomegalovirus infection in newborns is not a standard practice considering cost-benefit issues and viabil-ity of diagnostic ***,most newborns are asympto-matic and there is no effective treatment for this population[2-5].

A sericin/alginate blend was successfully applied as a matrix for incorporation of *** provided a sustained release formulation,which could improve the therapeutic efficacy of ibuprofen and patient adherence to *** increased the proportion of drug incorporated into the particles (i.e., the drug incorporation efficiency),with incorporation rates between 73.01%±1.70%and 94.15%±4.21%. Alginate affected the drug release,and the particles with the maximum alginate mass fraction tested (2.8%)showed sustained release through a dissolution mechanism,reaching equilibrium after about *** of the incorporation efficiency and the drug release time showed the best results were for formulations with a high alginate *** electron microscopy,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,and X-ray diffraction analysis were used for particle characterization to study the incorporation of *** particle size range was 0.80±0.13to 1.08±*** size distributions of sericin-containing particles showed a good fit with the Gaussian model.

The study of corrosion of magnesium and its alloys has emerged a hot topic in the applications of lightweight structural materials. The inherently high electrochemical activity of bare magnesium surfaces still lacks a convincing mechanism to describe the observed experimental characteristics, and it has prompted the development of various types of protective coatings with the aim of slowing metal dissolution. In recent years, new instruments and techniques have been developed to study with spatial resolution the local corrosion processes that occur in metallic materials in general, and for magnesium and its alloys in particular, both for bare surfaces and coated. Scanning microelectrochemical techniques, such as local electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(LEIS), scanning electrochemical microscopy(SECM), scanning vibrating electrode technique(SVET), scanning ion-selective electrode technique(SIET) and scanning Kelvin probe(SKP) can provide information about the local electrochemical activity of metallic surfaces. In the present work, the applications of these techniques in corrosion studies of magnesium and its alloys are reviewed. Assessment of corrosion mechanisms, barrier properties of conventional coatings and active corrosion behavior of self-healing coatings are examined. Limitations and future developments in this area are discussed.
