闸坝河流微塑料特征及污染风险评估

微塑料污染对我国淡水河流造成了严重的生态威胁,大量闸坝的建设使该污染复杂化.以沙颍河流域10个闸坝为对象,调查水库及上游河道的地表水和沉积物中的微塑料丰度和组成,并利用物种敏感性分布和污染负荷指数进行风险评估.结果表明,沙颍河面临自上游而下较为严重的微塑料污染.闸坝建设对河流中的微塑料分布影响不显著,微塑料的分布可能受到多种其他环境因素的影响.河流沉积物是地表水中微塑料的汇,但水体中微塑料带来的生态风险更大.两种评估方式的对比表明,物种敏感性分布评估相较污染负荷指数更能体现生物对污染物的积累和摄食行为.

The emergence of SARS-Co V-2 variant of concern omicron BA.2 led to high infection incidence rates as well as reduced severity of COVID-19 during the Shanghai Spring epidemic of 2022 [1]. We assessed the role of viral pathogenicity and the effectiveness of inactivated vaccines in a retrospective observational study including 10 258 confirmed COVID-19cases identified between April and June of 2022, from four COVID-19 designated hospitals located in two areas of Shanghai, namely the West Bund and the East Bund, where the populations’ demographic characteristics varied significantly (Table S1, Fig. S1).

Background Respiratory syncytial virus(RSV)is the leading global cause of respiratory infections and is responsible for about 3 million hospitalizations and more than 100,000 deaths annually in children younger than 5 years,representing a major global healthcare *** is a great unmet need for new agents and universal strategies to prevent RSV infections in early life.A multidisciplinary consensus development group comprising experts in epidemiology,infectious diseases,respiratory medicine,and methodology aims to develop the current consensus to address clinical issues of RSV infections in *** sources The evidence searches and reviews were conducted using electronic databases,including PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,and the Cochrane Library,using variations in terms for"respiratory syncytial virus","RSV","lower respiratory tract infection","bronchiolitis","acute","viral pneumonia","neonatal","infant""children",and"pediatric".Results Evidence-based recommendations regarding diagnosis,treatment,and prevention were proposed with a high degree of *** supportive care remains the cornerstone for the management of RSV infections,new monoclonal antibodies,vaccines,drug therapies,and viral surveillance techniques are being rolled *** This consensus,based on international and national scientific evidence,reinforces the current recommendations and integrates the recent advances for optimal care and prevention of RSV *** improvements in the management of RSV infections will require generating the highest quality of evidence through rigorously designed studies that possess little bias and sufficient capacity to identify clinically meaningful end points.

建立了一种基于硼氢化钠原位还原法制备纳米金杂化酶用以合成阿魏酸甘油酯的方法,使杂化酶的催化活性、稳定性及结构的刚性皆有所提高.利用硼氢化钠原位还原法制备了NaBH_(4)@AuNPs-CRL杂化酶,通过单因素实验得到了最优的杂化条件,并利用荧光光谱、红外光谱、X-射线电子能谱、透射电镜等方法探究了杂化前后酶结构的变化.研究表明制备的NaBH_(4)@AuNPs-CRL杂化酶蛋白二级结构中α-螺旋含量减少、β-折叠含量增加,杂化酶比活性为4.91±0.12 U∙mg^(-1),与游离酶相比提高了66.44%,最佳条件下催化合成阿魏酸甘油酯的转化率为98.39%±3.65%,批式操作稳定性实验表明杂化酶的稳定性有较大提升.

Background:Excessive exudate secreted from chronic wounds often leads to overhydration and *** a variety of dressings are currently available in clinical applications,they frequently fail to provide multifunction to promote chronic wound *** dressings with a Janus structure,featuring distinct properties on each side,are potential to improve wound ***:Composite dressings with a Janus structure were fabricated,comprising freeze-dried polycaprolactone(PCL)electrospun membrane and alginate-based *** PCL fibrous membrane provided air permeability,while the hydrogel loaded with Deferoxamine,composed of alginate and poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)(PNIPAM),exhibited hygroscopic *** inclusion of PNIPAM imparted ***:The hydrogel(thickness of 2.778±0.082 mm)exhibited a robust adhesion to the fiber membrane(thickness of 0.261±0.041 mm).For ANDC(Alginate-PNIPAM hydrogel with Deferoxamine/PCL membrane)samples,the water vapor transmission rate(WVTR)was measured to be 3364.80±23.23 g∙m−2∙day−1 and the swelling ratio at 2 h was determined to be 1179±125%.The thermo-responsivity of ANDC samples manifested in an increased swelling rate,escalating from 797±189%at 37°C to 1132±147%at 4°*** elastic modulus was assessed for lyophilized and rehydrated ANDC *** theωof the rheometer rotor was decreased from 10 rad/s to 0.1 rad/s,the lyophilized dressing exhibited a decrease from 2.65±0.01 MPa to 1.80±0.90 MPa,while the rehydrated dressing demonstrated an increase from 133.65±55.68 Pa to 264.23±141.71 *** pro-healing properties of the dressings were evaluated using full-thickness skin defect model on SD rats,and a circular wound of diameter 10 mm healed completely by day ***:The dressings not only protected the wound and absorbed excess exudate,but also demonstrated nondestructive peelability upon cooling,providing a novel approach for accelerating wound healing and management.

Ependymal cells line the wall of cerebral ventricles and ensure the unidirectional cerebrospinal fluid （CSF） flow by beating their motile cilia coordinately. The ependymal denudation or ciliary dysfunction causes hydrocephalus. Here, we report that the deficiency of regulator of Gprotein signaling 22 （RGS22） results in severe congenital hydrocephalus in both mice and rats. Interestingly, RGS22 is specifically expressed in ependymal cells within the brain. Using conditional knock-out mice, we further demonstrate that the deletion of Rgs22 exclusively in nervous system is sufficient to induce hydrocephalus. Mechanistically, we show that Rgs22 deficiency leads to the ependymal denudation and impaired ciliogenesis. This phenomenon can be attributed to the excessive activation of lysophosphatidic acid receptor （LPAR） signaling under Rgs22–/–condition, as the LPAR blockade effectively alleviates hydrocephalus in Rgs22–/–rats. Therefore, our findings unveil a previously unrecognized role of RGS22 in the central nervous system, and present RGS22 as a potential diagnostic and therapeutic target for hydrocephalus.

目的探讨早期经胰管括约肌预切开术(transpancreatic sphincterotomy,TPS)应用于导丝进入胰管的内镜逆行胰胆管造影术(endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography,ERCP)困难插管的有效性和安全性。方法回顾性分析2019年1月至2021年11月于昆明医科大学第二附属医院消化内镜室行ERCP诊疗的胆道疾病患者临床资料,排除在常规选择性胆管插管技术尝试5 min内即成功进入胆管者,共纳入154例导丝误入胰管的ERCP困难插管患者。将导丝首次进入胰管且插管时间5~0.05),早期TPS组的插管时间[12.0(10.0,15.0)min比21.0(16.0,27.0)min,Z=8.262,P<0.001]、手术时间[29.0(25.0,34.0)min比50.5(41.0,67.8)min,Z=9.097,P<0.001]显著短于延迟TPS组,两组胰管支架留置率差异无统计学意义[9.7%(6/62)比16.3%(15/92),χ^(2)=1.381,P=0.240]。早期TPS组的插管成功率[100.0%(62/62)比88.0%(81/92),χ^(2)=6.282,P=0.012]显著高于延迟TPS组,ERCP术后胰腺炎发生率[0.0%(0/62)比16.3%(15/92),χ^(2)=11.200,P=0.001]以及总并发症发生率[37.1%(23/62)比59.8%(55/92),χ^(2)=7.626,P=0.006]显著低于延迟TPS组,两组高淀粉酶血症发生率[21.0%(13/62)比31.5%(29/92),χ^(2)=2.080,P=0.149]以及术中出血发生率[21.0%(13/62)比30.4%(28/92),χ^(2)=1.699,P=0.192]差异无统计学意义。两组均无穿孔和操作相关的死亡发生。结论在导丝误入胰管的ERCP困难插管中,早期实施TPS可以提高胆管插管成功率并减少ERCP术后胰腺炎发生率,是安全和有效的。

Ultrafast charge exchange recombination spectroscopy(UF-CXRS)has been developed on the EAST tokamak(yingying Li et al 2019 Fusion ***.146522)to measure fast evolutions of ion temperature and toroidal ***,we report the preliminary diagnostic measurements after relative sensitivity *** measurement results show a much higher temporal resolution compared with conventional CXRS,benefiting from the usage of a prismcoupled,high-dispersion volume-phase holographic transmission grating and a high quantum efficiency,high-gain detector *** the UF-CXRS diagnostic,the fast evolutions of the ion temperature and rotation velocity during a set of high-frequency small-amplitude edgelocalized modes(ELMs)are obtained on the EAST tokamak,which are then compared with the case of large-amplitude ELMs.

基于密度泛函理论计算了NO和As_(2)O_(3)在Cu-ZSM-5表面的吸附性能.通过确立As_(2)O_(3)在Cu-ZSM-5表面的最佳吸附位点,对As3+在其活性位点吸附的反应路径进行研究,计算As在催化剂上的吸附反应活化能垒和决速步骤,揭示As_(2)O_(3)与活性位点Cu-O-Cu的成键机制和相互作用机理.结果表明,NO和As_(2)O_(3)都以非氧端吸附在Cu-ZSM-5活性位点Cu-O-Cu的晶格氧位,吸附能分别为-218.515kJ/mol和-206.422kJ/mol,吸附过程中有电荷转移且发生了强烈的相互作用.As_(2)O_(3)在Cu-ZSM-5活性位点Cu-O-Cu的晶格氧上的氧化过程分两步进行,As^(3+)作为Lewis碱与Lewis酸中心的Cu-O-Cu发生非均相氧化反应,第一阶段的氧化产物As_(2)O_(4)在相邻的活性位点上发生二次氧化反应,生成的As_(2)O_(5)成为As^(3+)吸附后的主要存在形式.其中,生成As_(2)O_(4)的反应阶段需要跨越242.75kJ/mol的能垒,成为整个氧化进程的决速步骤.
