Application of an extreme learning machine network with particle swarm optimization in syndrome classification of primary liver cancer

Objective: By optimizing the extreme learning machine network with particle swarm optimization, we established a syndrome classification and prediction model for primary liver cancer(PLC), classified and predicted the syndrome diagnosis of medical record data for PLC and compared and analyzed the prediction results with different algorithms and the clinical diagnosis results. This paper provides modern technical support for clinical diagnosis and treatment, and improves the objectivity, accuracy and rigor of the classification of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) ***: From three top-level TCM hospitals in Nanchang, 10,602 electronic medical records from patients with PLC were collected, dating from January 2009 to May 2020. We removed the electronic medical records of 542 cases of syndromes and adopted the cross-validation method in the remaining10,060 electronic medical records, which were randomly divided into a training set and a test *** on fuzzy mathematics theory, we quantified the syndrome-related factors of TCM symptoms and signs, and information from the TCM four diagnostic methods. Next, using an extreme learning machine network with particle swarm optimization, we constructed a neural network syndrome classification and prediction model that used "TCM symptoms + signs + tongue diagnosis information + pulse diagnosis information" as input, and PLC syndrome as output. This approach was used to mine the nonlinear relationship between clinical data in electronic medical records and different syndrome types. The accuracy rate of classification was used to compare this model to other machine learning classification ***: The classification accuracy rate of the model developed here was 86.26%. The classification accuracy rates of models using support vector machine and Bayesian networks were 82.79% and 85.84%,respectively. The classification accuracy rates of the models for all syndromes in this paper were between82.15% and 93.82%.C

Their structures were elucidated on the basis of 1D and 2D NMR as well as ESI-MS spectral data.

Selection Method for New Energy Output Guaranteed Rates Considering Optimal Energy Storage Configuration

The output of new energy represented by wind power and photovoltaic power features volatility and randomness. It is a practical approach to use the guaranteed rate with statistical characteristics to analyze the output coefficient of new energy. However, there is a lack of analysis and demonstration on the value of the new energy output guaranteed rate. To solve this problem, a selection method for the new energy output guaranteed rate considering optimal energy storage configuration is proposed. First, the influence of the new energy output guaranteed rate on the new energy output coefficient is analyzed. Secondly, with the goal of minimizing the comprehensive costs, an optimal configuration model of energy storage based on the output guaranteed rate of new energy is constructed, and particle swarm optimization is used for the optimization solution. Then, according to the optimal energy storage configuration results under different guaranteed rates, a reasonable new energy output guaranteed rate is determined by maximizing the comprehensive benefits obtained from energy storage. Finally, an example applied to the power grid in an area of Guangdong in Southern China is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Multi-Objective Optimization Based on Life Cycle Assessment for Hybrid Solar and Biomass Combined Cooling,Heating and Power System

Establishment and evaluation of a prognostic model for patients with unresectable gastric cancer liver metastases

Due to their precise atomic structures, photoluminescent copper nanoclusters (Cu NCs) have promising applications in basic research and technical applications, such as bioimaging, cell labeling, phototherapy, and photoactivation catalysis. In this work, we report a simple strategy for synthesizing novel CuNCs co-protected by alkynyl and phosphine ligands with the molecular formula [Cu7(PPh3)10(PE)3(CH3O)] (Cu4@Cu3). Single-crystal X-ray crystallography reveals that the NC core exhibits an open square structure and an overall pyramid shape. Two Cu4@Cu3 units are connected through weak interactions to form dimers in crystals, creating a molecular cage that looks like two tightly closed bowls. Cu4@Cu3 exhibits dual emission in the visible region. It is also an aggregation-induced emission (AIE)-active luminescent substance, which exhibits strong emission in the visible light region when aggregated. Besides, it has the properties of radioluminescent (RL) and could be a potential scintillator material. This study not only enriches the types of atomically accurate AIE clusters, but also holds significant importance for the development of a new generation of high-performance and environmentally friendly X-ray scintillators.

Comparison of microwave- and thermal-assisted rock fragmentation methods at different temperatures and loading rates

Understanding the effects of microwave irradiation and thermal treatment on the dynamic compression and fragmentation properties of rocks is essential to quantify energy consumption in rock *** this study,Fangshan granite(FG)specimens were exposed to microwave irradiation and heat *** damage of FG specimens induced by these two methods was compared using X-ray CT scanning and ultrasonic wave *** temperatures of FG after microwave irradiation and thermal treatment were effectively evaluated using a newly proposed technique.A novelty method for precisely determining the geometric features of fragments is developed to estimate the fragmentation ***,the dynamic uniaxial compressive strength(UCS),the dynamic fragmentation characteristics,and the fragmentation energy of FG after these two pretreatment methods can be reasonably *** noticeable distinction of loading rate effect on the dynamic UCS of FG between these two pretreatment methods is first observed.A relationship is established between the dynamic UCS and the damage induced by microwave irradiation and heat ***,fragmentation energy fan analysis is introduced to accurately compare the fragmentation properties of FG after two pretreatment methods in dynamic compression tests.
