目的比较多模态超声与超声引导下细针穿刺抽吸(US-FNAB)活检鉴别中国甲状腺影像报告和数据系统(C-TIRADS)4类甲状腺良、恶性结节的价值。方法回顾性分析201例甲状腺结节患者共247个甲状腺结节,包括193个恶性、54个良性,以术后病理为金标准,对比多模态超声[联合应用常规超声、剪切波弹性成像(SWE)及超声造影(CEUS)]与US-FNAB鉴别甲状腺良、恶性结节的价值。结果常规超声诊断甲状腺恶性结节的敏感度、特异度、准确率、误诊率及漏诊率分别为86.53%、59.26%、80.57%、40.74%及13.47%;SWE分别为78.76%、74.07%、77.73%、25.93%及21.24%;CEUS分别为90.16%、77.78%、87.45%、22.22%及9.84%;多模态超声分别为97.93%、88.89%、95.95%、11.11%及2.07%;US-FNAB分别为89.64%、96.30%、91.09%、3.70%及10.36%。多模态超声鉴别甲状腺良、恶性结节的敏感度、特异度、准确率高于,而漏诊率和误诊率低于单一常规超声、SWE及CEUS(P均<0.05);其敏感度、准确率和误诊率高于,而特异度和漏诊率低于US-FNAB(P均<0.05)。结论对于鉴别C-TIRADS 4类甲状腺良、恶性结节,多模态超声敏感度、准确率较高但误诊率高,US-FNAB特异度较高但漏诊率高。

Complex Precipitation Mechanism of Ti-Nb-V Microalloyed Bainitic Base High Strength Steel

The addition of high Ti（>0.1%） in microalloyed bainitic high strength steel was designed, and the precipitation morphology of steels with different Ti, Nb, and V contents was studied by utilizing transmission electron microscopy（TEM）. Based on the classical nucleation-crystal growth theory and the Johnson-Mehl-Avrami equation, the precipitation thermodynamic and kinetic model of second phase particles in austenite was established in the form of（Nbx,Vy,Tiz）C, and the complex precipitation mechanism of second phase particles was emphatically studied. The experimental results show that the complex precipitation particles could be divided into two categories: the coarser particles with about 100 nm grain size and the independent complex precipitation particles in the form of（Nb,V,Ti）C with 35-50 nm grain size. The latter has a better precipitation strengthening effect, and the calculated PTT curve shows a typical "C" shape. When the deformed storage energy is 3 820 J?mol-1, the fastest precipitation temperature of calculated PTT curve is 925 °C, and the calculated result is essentially consistent with experimental values. The increase of Ti content increased the nose point temperature and expanded the range of fastest precipitation temperature.

目的分析miR-4756在前列腺癌组织中的甲基化水平并探讨其对前列腺癌细胞增殖和迁移的影响及作用机制。方法采用iMETHYL数据库分析前列腺癌组织中miR-4756的甲基化情况。采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(qRT-PCR)检测前列腺癌22Rv1、DU-145、PC-3、C4-2B细胞中miR-4756的表达。采用5-氮杂-2′-脱氧胞苷(5-Aza-CdR)试剂处理前列腺癌细胞,以qRT-PCR检测5-Aza-CdR对前列腺癌细胞中miR-4756表达的影响。采用miR-4756模拟物转染22Rv1细胞上调miR-4756的表达。采用克隆形成实验和划痕愈合实验检测上调miR-4756对22Rv1细胞增殖和迁移的影响。采用双荧光素酶报告实验验证miR-4756和磷脂酰肌醇蛋白聚糖-6(GPC6)的靶向关系。qRT-PCR和Western blot检测上调miR-4756对22Rv1细胞中GPC6基因表达的影响。Western blot检测上调miR-4756对22Rv1细胞中Wnt信号通路蛋白Wnt1、Wnt2、ROR1、ROR2表达的影响。结果前列腺癌组织中miR-4756甲基化水平高于癌旁组织(P<0.01)。与人正常前列腺上皮细胞(RWPE-1)比较,前列腺癌细胞中miR-4756表达降低(P<0.01)。5-Aza-CdR试剂能够促进前列腺癌细胞中miR-4756的表达(P<0.01)。miR-4756组22Rv1细胞克隆形成数目低于对照组(P<0.01)。miR-4756组22Rv1细胞迁移率低于对照组(P<0.01)。miR-4756能够靶向结合GPC6信使RNA(mRNA)(P<0.01)。与对照组22Rv1细胞比较,miR-4756组22Rv1细胞中GPC6基因表达明显受到抑制(P<0.01)。与对照组比较,上调miR-4756抑制22Rv1细胞中GPC6蛋白表达量,Wnt信号通路蛋白Wnt1、Wnt2、ROR1、ROR2表达降低(P<0.01)。结论前列腺癌组织中miR-4756甲基化水平高于癌旁组织,上调miR-4756通过靶向下调前列腺癌22Rv1细胞中GPC6表达抑制前列腺癌细胞的增殖和迁移。

The dynamic tensile behavior and deformation mechanism of ultra-high-strength dual-phase(UHS-DP1000)steel were investigated over a wide range of strain rates from 10^-4 to 10^3 s^-*** the strain rate increases,the transition strain decreases from 2.73 to 1.92,and the martensite plastic deformation starts *** strain rate of 10^-4-0.5 s^-l,the inhomogeneous plastic deformation ability increases because the dislocation density in the ferrite matrix *** leads to a decrease in uni form elongation and an increase in fracture *** the strain rate increases from 0.5 to 500s^-*** amount of mobile dislocation increases,which is the main reason for the enhancing uniform elongation and fracture *** nwhile,because the dislocation motio n resistance rapidly in creases,the yield strength and ultimate tensile strength also *** the strain rate is higher than 500 s^-*** hardening behavior caused by the dislocation motion resistance has not been offset by softening due to the mobile dislocation and adiabatic *** voids at the early stage of deformation could not uniformly form and grow,and thus the homogeneous plastic deformation ability decreases.

Microstructures and mechanical properties of the 25Mn twinning induced plasticity （TWIP） steel at different annealing temperatures were investigated. The results indicated that when the annealing temperature was 1000℃, the 25Mn steel showed excellent comprehensive mechanical properties, the tensile strength was about 640 MPa, the yield strength was higher than 255 MPa, and the elongation was above 82%. The microstructure was analyzed by optical microscopy （OM）, X-ray diffraction （XRD）, and transmission electron microscopy （TEM）. Before deformation the microstructure was composed of austenitic matrix and annealing twins at room temperature; at the same time, a significant amount of annealing twins and stacking faults were observed by TEM. Mechanical twins played a dominant role in deformation and as a result the mechanical properties were found to be excellent.

The microstructure and crack behaviour of twinning induced plasticity （TWIP） steel during tensile deformation was investigated with in-situ scanning electron microscopy （SEM）. The results show that there are two modes of plastic deformation during tensile test in the Fe-Mn-C TWIP steel： dislocation gliding and deformation twins. During the process of tensile deformation, secondary deformed twins are found. Inclusions have played a role in the course of ductile fracture, and microcracks initiate from inclusions and twin-twin intersections.

In this study,a series of poly(butylene succinate)(PBSU)/gelatin composites were prepared by *** morphology,physicochemical analysis,biomechanical properties,biocompatibility,and biodegradability of the materials were *** results showed that the ultimate tensile stress of the vascular PBSU/gelatin grafts at(95/5),(90/10),(85/15),and(80/20)was(4.17±0.54)MPa,(3.81±0.44)MPa,2.94±0.69 MPa and 2.11±0.72 MPa respectively,and the burst pressure was(282.7±22.3)kPa,(295.3±3.9)kPa,(306.8±13.9)kPa and(307.6±9.0)kPa respectively,which met the requirements of tissue-engineered blood ***,the addition of gelatin improved the hydrophilicity and degradation properties of PBSU,thus enhancing cell adhesion and promoting the inward growth of vascular smooth muscle *** summary,the research in this paper provides a useful reference for the preparation and optimization of vascular scaffolds.

The quenching and partitioning （Q＆P） process was experimentally investigated on the thermomechanical simulator （Gleeble3800）. The microstructure and fracture mechanism of the sheets were investigated by means of TEM. It was found that the microstructure of quenched and partitioned steel consists of fine lath martensite and thin inter-lath austenite films. The optimum quenching temperature of producing the maximum amount of retained austenite after final quenching at room temperature was predicted by Matlab software package. It was found that the calculations by Matlab software can provide guidance for experimental processing design reliably. The volume fraction of retained austenite at room temperature was approximately 8%, which was measured easily by the software VC6.0＋＋ programming. The results verified that quenched and partitioned steel possesses a good combination of strength and plasticity due to its fine microstructure. This steel exhibited high ultimate tensile strength （exceeding 1 000 MPa） and good elongation of 25%. The results showed that the fracture mechanism of the sheets is typical tough fracture under the condition of tensile failure.
