Efficacy of Real-world Entecavir Therapy in Treatment-naive Chronic Hepatitis B Patients

Object detection is one of the hottest research directions in computer vision,has already made impressive progress in academia,and has many valuable applications in the ***,the mainstream detection methods still have two shortcomings:(1)even a model that is well trained using large amounts of data still cannot generally be used across different kinds of scenes;(2)once a model is deployed,it cannot autonomously evolve along with the accumulated unlabeled scene *** address these problems,and inspired by visual knowledge theory,we propose a novel scene-adaptive evolution unsupervised video object detection algorithm that can decrease the impact of scene changes through the concept of object *** first extract a large number of object proposals from unlabeled data through a pre-trained detection ***,we build the visual knowledge dictionary of object concepts by clustering the proposals,in which each cluster center represents an object ***,we look into the relations between different clusters and the object information of different groups,and propose a graph-based group information propagation strategy to determine the category of an object concept,which can effectively distinguish positive and negative *** these pseudo labels,we can easily fine-tune the pretrained *** effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by performing different experiments,and the significant improvements are achieved.

We propose an eco-service provision unit method for estimating the benefit and spatial differences of forests in controlling soil erosion.A total of 197 eco-service provision units were grouped on 1424.43 km2 of forest according to differences in vegetation,slope,soil,and *** amount of soil conservation and its economic value were *** forests in Anji County prevent4.08 9 105 tons of soil from eroding annually,thereby avoiding 1.36 9 104 tons of nutrient loss（on-site cost） and preventing 149 tons of nutritive elements from entering water systems（off-site cost）.From an economic perspective,the soil nutrient conservation in the forests of Anji County generated an annual benefit of 43.37 million RMB（Chinese Currency,6.20 RMB = US$1）.On average,each hectare of ecological forest contributed up to 436 RMB annually because of soil *** complexes with higher rainfall intensity,such as broadleaf forest and red soil on slope gradients [25°,contributed the highest soil conservation *** study identified and quantified the dominant contributors and magnitudes of soil conservation provided by *** information can benefit decision making regarding differentiated ecological compensation policies.

Aqueous rechargeable zinc-ion batteries(ARZIBs) are expected to replace organic electrolyte batteries owing to its low price,safe and environmentally friendly ***,we fabricated vanadium-based Na1.25V3O8 nanosheets as a cathode material for ARZIBs,which present a high performance by electrochemical de-sodium at high voltage to form Na2V6O16 phase in the first cycle:high capacity of 390 mAh/g at 0.1 A/g,high rate perfo rmance(162 mAh/g at 10 A/g) and superior cycle stability(179 mAh/g with a high capacity retention of 88.2% of the maximum capacity after 2000 cycles).In addition,the cell exhibits a high energy density of 416.9 Wh/kg at 143.6 W/kg,suggesting great potential of the as-prepared Na1.25V3O8 nanosheets for ARZIBs.

Ecotoxicity assessment of soil irrigated with domestic wastewater using different extractions

The toxicity of soil irrigated with treated domestic wastewater （site A） and untreated gray wastewater （site B） were investigated. Soil extracts were prepared using distilled water, acid solvent （0.1 mol·L-1 HCl）, and organic solvent （acetone：petroleum ether：cyclohexane= 1：1：1） to understand the type of pollutants responsible for the ecotoxicity associated with wastewater irrigation. The soil toxicity was assessed using a luminescence inhibition assay with Vibrio fischeri for acute toxicity, a micronucleus assay with Vicia faba root tips and a single cell gel electrophoresis assay of mice lymphocytes for genotoxicity. The physicochemical properties and the heavy metal （HM） contents of the irrigated soil were also analyzed. The results indicated that the wastewater irrigation at site A had no effects on the soil properties. With the exception of Pb, Zn, Fe, and Mn, the accumulation of HMs （Cu, Ni, and Cr） occurred. However, the irrigation at site A did not result in obvious acute toxicity or genotoxicity in the soil. The soil properties changed greatly, and HMs （Cu, Ni, and Cr） accumulated in site B. There were significant increases in the acute toxic and genotoxic effects in the soils from site B. The ecotoxicity in site B came primarily from organic-extractable pollutants.

Effect of Salinity on the Survival, Ions and Urea Modulation in Red-eared Slider(Trachemys scripta elegans)

To understand the tolerance to salinity and osmoregulation of the introduced Trachemys scripta elegans, the salinity stress of four groups （salinity 5‰, 15‰, 25‰ and control group） were conducted. Inorganic ions, osmotic pressure, glucose and aldosterone of blood and urine in T. s. elegans （BW： 125.60 ±19.84 g） were analyzed at 30 d, 60 d and 90 d stress. The results showed that： 1） inorganic ions concentration of blood and urine increased with ambient salinity, which indicated that high influx of ions was combined with higher outflow when exposed to saline water in T. s. elegans. However, blood aldosterone decreased with increasing salinity, which indicated that an increased sodium intake resulting in a diminished aldosterone production. However, with elapsed time, inorganic ions in urine decreased, which indicated that inorganic ions in blood would be accumulated, and Na^＋ and Cl^- in the plasma inevitably build up to harmful levels, at last death was happening when T. s. elegans was exposed to salinity 25 during 90 d salinity stress; 2） blood osmotic pressure increased as ambient salinity increased, it would reach 400 mOsm/kg in the group of salinity 25, which was about 1.5 fold of the control group. Higher blood osmotic pressure was due to both higher blood ions and urea concentrations. There may be another mechanism to avoid an excess of NaCl together with an important loss of water using one of the end-products of nitrogen metabolism; 3） blood glucose in each group except the group of salinity 5 decreased with time elapsed and with salinity increased. Therefore, we can conclude that T. s. elegans is an osmoregulator that limits the entry of Na^＋ and Cl^-, but can also tolerate certain degrees of increases in plasma Na^＋ and Cl^-. When ambient salinity was lower than 15‰, T. s. elegans can increase blood osmotic pressure by balancing the entry of NaCl with the secretion of aldosterone decreased, and by accumulating blood urea for osmoregulation effectors, and s

Artificial Cycle with or without a Depot Gonadotropin-releasing Hormone Agonist for Frozen-thawed Embryo Transfer： An Assessment of Infertility Type that Is Most Suitable

The clinical outcomes of five groups of infertility patients receiving frozen- thawed, cleavage-stage embryo transfers with exogenous hormone protocols with or without a depot gonadotropin-releasing hormone （GnRH） agonist were assessed. A retrospective cohort analysis was performed on 1003 cycles undergoing frozen-thawed, cleavage-stage embryo transfers from January 1, 2012 to June 31, 2015 in the Reproductive Medicine Center of Wuhan General Hospital of Guangzhou Military Region. Based on the infertility etiologies of the patients, the 1003 cycles were divided into five groups： tubal infertility, polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS）, endometriosis, male infertility, and unexplained infertility. The main outcome was the live birth rate. Two groups were set up based on the intervention： group A was given a GnRH agonist with exogenous estrogen and progesterone, and group B （control group） was given exogenous estrogen and progesterone only. The results showed that the baseline serum hormone levels and basic characteristics of the patients were not significantly different between groups A and B. The live birth rates in groups A and B were 41.67% and 29.29%, respectively （P〈0.05）. The live birth rates in patients with PCOS in groups A and B were 56.25% and 30.61%, respectively （P〈0.05）. The clinical pregnancy, implantation and on-going pregnancy rates showed the same trends as the live birth rates between groups A and B. The ectopic pregnancy rate was significantly lower in group A than in group B. We concluded that the live birth rate was higher and other clinical outcomes were more satisfactory with GnRH agonist co- treatment than without GnRH agonist co-treatment for frozen-thawed embryo transfer. The GnRH agonist combined with exogenous estrogen and progesterone worked for all types of infertility tested, especially for women with PCOS.
