Objective:To explore immunochemical characterization of antigens of Brucella canis(B. canis),and the use in seroprevalence study of canine ***:External hot phosphate buffer saline extract(HPBSE) and internal sonicated(SA) antigens were prepared from *** strain MEX 51 and imniunochemically *** antigens were used to test 527 serum samples of dogs by 2-mercaptoethanol-tubc agglutination test(2 ME-TAT), agar gel immunodiffusion test(AGID).dot-ELISA and indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(I-ELISA) to assess the seroprevalence of canine ***:The protein content of HPBSE and SA antigens was 0.387 mg/*** 0.195 mg/mL,respectively,whereas carbohydrate content was 0.174 mg/mL and 0.150 mg/mL,*** sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(12.5%) of HPBSE and SA,revealed 6 and 8 visible peptide bands ranging from 18-80 kDa and 12-45 kDa,*** blot analysis showed immunodominant bands of MW 12.28.39 and 45 kl)a for HPBSE and 20-24 kl)a for SA. The AGII) revealed HPBSE as more specific antigen than SA but both I-ELISA and dot-ELISA indicated SA antigen to be more specific and reliable than *** seroprevalence of canine brucellosis was 2.27%by 2ME-TAT.1.5%by AGID.3.03%by dot-ELISA and 16.12%by I-ELISA. Conclusions:On the basis of the results of present study,we concluded that HPBSE is suitable antigen for AGID,which is more specific:whereas SA antigen is suitable for I-ELISA,which is highly ***,initial screening of serum samples should be carried out by I-ELISA followed by confirmation with AGID.

Volume instability of expansive soils due to moisture fluctuations is often disastrous,causing severe damages and distortions in the supported *** is,therefore,necessary to adequately improve the performance of such soils that they can favorably fulfil the post-construction stability *** can be achieved through chemical stabilization using additives such as lime,cement and fly *** this paper,suitability of such additives under various conditions and their mechanisms are reviewed in *** is observed that the stabilization process primarily involves hydration,cation exchange,flocculation and pozzolanic *** degree of stabilization is controlled by several factors such as additive type,additive content,soil type,soil mineralogy,curing period,curing temperature,delay in compaction,pH of soil matrix,and molding water content,including presence of nano-silica,organic matter and sulfate *** of nano-silica not only improves soil packing but also accelerates the pozzolanic ***,presence of deleterious compounds such as sulfate or organic matter can turn the treated soils unfavorable at times even worser than the unstabilized ones.

Phase pure powders of SrCeO3 and Sr2Ce O4 have been synthesized by calcination at 1000℃for 14 h via solid state ceramic ***/pellets of these samples have been obtained by sintering at 1200℃for 12 *** Rietveld refinement of X-ray diffraction(XRD)pattern of sintered powders confirmed orthorhombic structure of both the samples with space group Pnma and Pbam for SrCeO3 and Sr2CeO4,*** electron microscopic(SEM)studies indicated that both the compounds have dense microstructure,but morphology and size of the grains are *** impedance spectroscopy technique has been employed to study the relaxation *** conductivity of the samples has been measured in the temperature range of 200–600℃to understand the conduction *** activation energy for relaxation(Erelax)and DC conduction(Econd)are found to be the same for both the *** on the numerical value of activation energies,relaxation and conduction mechanism in both the samples are attributed to migration of doubly ionized oxygen vacancies(Vo··).Photoluminescence technique has been employed to confirm the existence of oxygen *** studies have indicated that migration of oxygen vacancies in Sr2CeO4 is occurring mainly along a and c direction,i.e.,via perovskite ***,the present work has clearly indicated that besides optical properties,electrical properties of Sr2CeO4 are also interesting and can be utilized for various applications such as oxide ion conduction electrolyte in solid oxide fuel cells(SOFCs).

Microstructures and impact toughness behavior of Al 5083 alloy processed by cryorolling and afterwards annealing

The influence of rolling at liquid nitrogen temperature and annealing on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Al 5083 alloy was studied in this paper. Cryorolled samples of Al 5083 show significant improvements in strength and hardness. The ultimate tensile strength increases up to 340 MPa and 390 MPa for the 30% and 50% cryorolled samples, respectively. The cryorolled samples, with 30% and 50% reduction, were subjected to Charpy impact testing at various temperatures from 190℃ to 100℃. It is observed that increasing the percentage of reduction of samples during cryorolling has significant effect on decreasing impact toughness at all temperatures by increasing yield strength and decreasing ductility. Annealing of samples after cryorolling shows remarkable increment in impact toughness through recovery and recrystallization. The average grain size of the 50% cryorolled sample （14 μm） after annealing at 350℃ for 1 h is found to be finer than that of the 30% cryorolled sample （25 μm）. The scanning electron microscopy （SEM） analysis of fractured surfaces shows a large-size dimpled morphology, resembling the ductile fracture mechanism in the starting material and fibrous structure with very fine dimples in cryorolled samples corresponding to the brittle fracture mechanism.

To investigate the effect of post cryorolling treatments on simultaneous enhancement in strength and ductility of ultrafine grained material （UFG）, AI 6061 alloy was subjected to cryorolling followed by warm rolling （CR ＋ WR） and compared with cryorolling followed by short annealing （CR ＋ SA） at the same temperature. Transmission electron microscopy （TEM） was used to characterize the microstructural features of the processed material. The mechanical properties were investigated through Vickers hardness testing and tensile testing at room temperature. TEM, X-ray diffraction （XRD） and differential scanning calorimetry （DSC） were used to investigate the precipitation evolution in UFG material. Results indicated that the alloy subjected to CR ＋ WR has shown improved mechanical properties （114 HV, ultimate tensile strength （UTS）： 350 MPa） as compared to that in the case of CR ＋ SA （105 HV, UTS： 285 MPa）. The size of the precipitates observed in CR ＋ WR sample after peak ageing treatment is finer than that of peak aged CR ＋ SA sample. The UTS of peak aged CR ＋ WR sample （UTS： 390 MPa） was found to be higher than that of peak aged CR ＋ SA sample （UTS： 355 MPa）, without decrease in ductility.

There are various intense forces causing customers to use evaluated data when using social media platforms and microblogging ***,customers throughout the world share their points of view on all kinds of topics through these *** massive volume of data created by these customers makes it impossible to analyze such data ***,an efficient and intelligent method for evaluating social media data and their divergence needs to be ***,various types of equipment and techniques are available for automatically estimating the classification of *** analysis involves determining people’s emotions using facial *** analysis can be performed for any individual based on specific *** present study describes the analysis of an image dataset using CNNswithPCA intended to detect people’s sentiments(specifically,whether a person is happy or sad).This process is optimized using a genetic algorithm to get better ***,a comparative analysis has been conducted between the different models generated by changing the mutation factor,performing batch normalization,and applying feature reduction using *** steps are carried out across five experiments using *** maximum accuracy obtained is 96.984%,which is associated with the Happy and Sad sentiments.

In recent years,social media platforms have gained immense *** a result,there has been a tremendous increase in content on social media *** content can be related to an individual’s sentiments,thoughts,stories,advertisements,and news,among many other content *** the recent increase in online content,the importance of identifying fake and real news has ***,there is a lot of work present to detect fake news,a study on Fuzzy CRNN was not explored into this *** this work,a system is designed to classify fake and real news using fuzzy *** initial feature extraction process is done using a convolutional recurrent neural network(CRNN).After the extraction of features,word indexing is done with high ***,based on the indexing measures,the ranking process identifies whether news is fake or *** fuzzy CRNN model is trained to yield outstanding resultswith 99.99±0.01%*** work utilizes three different datasets(LIAR,LIAR-PLUS,and ISOT)to find the most accurate model.
