As a critical component of coherent X-ray diffraction imaging(CDI),phase retrieval has been extensively applied in X-ray structural science to recover the 3D morphological information inside measured *** meeting all the oversampling requirements of sayre and shannon,current phase retrieval approaches still have trouble achieving a unique inversion of experimental data in the presence of ***,we propose to overcome this limitation by incorporating a 3D Machine Learning(ML)model combining(optional)supervised learning with transfer *** trained ML model can rapidly provide an immediate result with high accuracy which could benefit real-time experiments,and the predicted result can be further refined with transfer *** significantly,the proposed ML model can be used without any prior training to learn the missing phases of an image based on minimization of an appropriate‘loss function’*** demonstrate significantly improved performance with experimental Bragg CDI data over traditional iterative phase retrieval algorithms.

The identification of jets originating from quarks and gluons,often referred to as quark/gluon tagging,plays an important role in various analyses performed at the Large Hadron Collider,as standard Model measurements and searches for new particles decaying to quarks often rely on suppressing a large gluon-induced *** paper describes the measurement of the efficiencies of quark/gluon taggers developed within the ATLAs Collaboration,using √s=13 TeV proton–proton collision data with an integrated luminosity of 140 fb^(-1) collected by the ATLAs *** taggers with high performances in rejecting jets from gluon over jets from quarks are studied:one tagger is based on requirements on the number of inner-detector tracks associated with the jet,and the other combines several jet substructure observables using a boosted decision tree.A method is established to determine the quark/gluon fraction in data,by using quark/gluon-enriched subsamples defined by the jet *** in tagging efficiency between data and simulation are provided for jets with transverse momentum between 500 GeV and 2 TeV and for multiple tagger working points.

Three-dimensional (3-D)self-assembly of nanos- tructures and nanodevices on a large scale remains a grand quest for *** nanostructured assemblies with controlled 3-D shapes can exhibit attractive properties for sensor and other applications. Protocols for 3-D self-assembly that can be scaled up for mass production on a large up to tonnage)scale, while preserving morphological features on a small (down to nanometer)scale,are needed to allow for widespread use of 3-D nanostructures in advanced ***,these often conflicting requirements of scalability and precision pose a difficult challenge for synthetic (man-made)processing routes.

A one metabolic-equivalent-of-task increase in peak aerobic fitness(peak MET)is associated with a clinically relevant improvement in survival risk and all-cause *** co-dependent impact of free-living physical behaviours on aerobic fitness are poorly *** purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of theoretically re-allocating time spent in physical behaviours on aerobic *** hypothesized that substituting sedentary time with any physical activity(at any intensity)would be associated with a predicted improvement in aerobic *** volume rate of oxygen uptake(VO_(2)peak)was assessed via indirect calorimetry during a progressive,maximal cycle ergometer protocol in 103 adults(52 females;[38±21]years;[25.0±3.8]kg/m^(2);VO_(2)peak:[35.4±11.5]ml⋅kg^(-1)⋅min^(-1)).Habitual sedentary time,standing time,light-(LPA),moderate-(MPA),and vigorous-physical activity(VPA)were assessed 24-h/day via thigh-worn inclinometry for up to one week(average:[6.3±0.9]days).Isotemporal substitution modelling examined the impact of replacing one physical behaviour with *** time(β=0.8,95%CI:[-1.3,-0.2])and standing time(β=0.9,95%CI:[-1.6,-0.2])were negatively associated with VO_(2)peak,whereas VPA was positively associated with relative VO_(2)peak(β=9.2,95%CI:[0.9,17.6]).substituting 30-min/day of VPA with any other behaviour was associated with a 2.4–3.4 higher peak *** standing time was associated with a lower aerobic *** little as 10-min/day of VPA predicted a clinically relevant 0.8–1.1 peak MET ***,replacing any time with relatively small amounts of VPA is associated with improvements in aerobic fitness.

Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)are large class of hydrophobic,semi-volatile organic contaminants that may enter the environment from both natural sources and anthropogenic *** PAHs arise from the incomplete combustion of fossil fuels and organic matter and following dispersal via long-range transport and may subsequently deposit in surface waters,soils and sediments of remote regions,including the *** current review summarizes and discusses Arctic data that is available for combustion-derived PAHs between 2004 and early 2018,focusing largely on data collected from remote,unexploited Arctic regions and from studies that provide some evidence of a pyrogenic *** increasing use of attribution ratios,which aid in discriminating PAHs from petrogenic or pyrogenic sources,suggest PAHs found in Arctic marine waters and sediment predominantly originate from natural underwater seeps,while those measured in air,freshwater,and terrestrial environments are likely to have originated from atmospheric and combustion-derived *** efforts indicate that atmospheric PAHs in the Canadian and Norwegian Arctic are likely to have originated in the northern hemisphere e predominantly from Western Russia,northern Europe,and North *** Asia appears to be a minor source of PAHs to the Arctic,despite contributing more than 50%of global PAH *** comparison to the growing data for atmospheric PAHs,environmental data for these compounds in terrestrial and freshwater environments remain *** have been detected in Arctic biota from terrestrial,freshwater and marine environments,indicating exposure,however,levels are generally low,as most organisms efficiently metabolize parent ***,PAH emissions are expected to decline in the future,however models suggest the Arctic may not experience the same magnitude of decline projected for other world ***,future changes in climate may contribute to a re-volatilizati

Hexachlorobutadiene(HCBD)is a halogenated hydrocarbon that is primarily produced as an unintentional byproduct in the manufacture of chlorinated *** between HCBD and other persistent organic pollutants(POPs)led to its listing in 2015 for global regulation under the stockholm Convention on ***'s toxicity and propensity for long-range transport means there is special concern for its potential impacts on Arctic *** present review comprehensively summarizes all available information of the occurrence of HCBD in the Arctic environment,including its atmospheric,terrestrial,freshwater and marine ecosystems and ***,reports of HCBD in Arctic environmental media are *** has been measured in Arctic air collected from monitoring stations in Finland and Canada,yet there is a dearth of data for other abiotic matrices(***,sediments,glacier ice,freshwaters and seawater).Low HCBD concentrations have been measured in Arctic terrestrial and marine biota,which is consistent with laboratory studies that indicate that HCBD has the potential to bioaccumulate,but not to *** data for Arctic biota suggest that terrestrial birds and mammals and seabirds,have comparatively higher HCBD concentrations than fish and marine mammals,warranting additional *** spatial and temporal trends in HCBD concentrations in the Arctic are currently limited,future monitoring of HCBD in the Arctic will be important for assessing the impact of global regulations newly-imposed by the stockholm Convention on POPs.

目的　比较两种超顺磁性氧化铁 (superparamagneticironoxide ,sPIO)对比剂 ,Ferumoxides及sHU 5 5 5A在肝脾MR成像中的效应。材料与方法　 3 6例已知为肝转移癌患者于sPIO造影前后进行T2 WI快速自旋回波成像 (T2 WITsE)及T1WI梯度回波快速去相位成像 (T1WIFLAsH)。扫描仪为 1.0TMR机。 18例患者行Ferumoxides增强后 90分钟进行MR成像 ;另 18例行sHU 5 5 5A快速团注增强 ,注药后即刻、3 0秒及 480秒行T1WIFLAsH成像 ,10分钟行T2 WITsE成像。测量肝脾、肝转移癌sPIO增强前后的信号强度(signalintensity ,sI) ,计算两种sPIO对比剂在肝脾、肝转移癌增强前后sI变化的百分比 (percentagesignalintensitychange ,PsIC)及病灶肝脏对比噪声比 (lesion to livercontrast to noiseratio ,CNR)及其变化 (ΔCNR)。结果　在T2 WITsE图像上 ,两种sPIO对比剂造成的肝实质sI下降无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。Ferumoxides引起的脾信号下降显著大于sHU 5 5 5A(P sPIO对比剂均导致肝转移癌CNR显著增高。T1WIFLAsH图像上 ,两种对比剂均可导致延迟像上肝脏sI的轻度下降及肝转移癌CNR下降 ,两者肝脏PsIC之间无显著性差异。T1WI上两种对比剂均可导致脾脏sI显著升高 ,两者脾脏PsIC之间无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )
